I have had Yates insurance for several years. Whenever I have a question I know I can call my independent agent Ashley help me and answer all my questions. She has helped in getting the best rate for Home and Auto. She also gives suggestions that can help lower some of my cost. It puts my mind at ease knowing that I have someone I can contact with my insurance questions.

They are very helpful in explaining step by step the process from their policies to the benefits of their different insurance. It’s been my car insurance agency for 10 years, and they are always really helpful, and let me know when I am eligible for discounts, and what’s the best value (and/​or cheapest overall) policy.
That said, I always ask for Luz because she is the most knowledgable and friendly. Mike, the owner, is also great if you ever need him for anything.
I don’t generally need a lot from them, but last fall I did have to transport my sister-in-law’s car to LA after her insurance lapsed and she moved out of the country, and it was registered in another state, but that lapsed too, and I needed it covered by insurance for the 2 days I’d be there… and without making be feel completely sketchy, Mike helped me navigate the situation. I guess I’m just trying to say that I get myself into odd-​ball situations and they are always there to help. And they’re cheap.
