Elk Grove Airporter

This was my first use of this service and I was duly impressed. I found them to be very professional, easy to work with, and they provided very good documentation. My trip involved my wife being picked up at SFO to meet me in Sacrmento. The driver was early and my wife stated he was pleasant and professional. I would definitely use them again.

i have a reseration at 10 AM. but no one to pick me up. i wait around 2 hours. i keep calling the office phone number. but that person just take my first call, and i cant call in anymore. i called like 50 times. no one answer my phone call. i look like a stupid sat on the pick up location. final i took a taxi to go home. i speed 300 dollars to sacramento.
i wrote this review just lets everyone know what happen on me. and i dont want to be next person is you

OMG, this company soo bad. keep lying. they left the comment, try to let the people think is my fault

They never take my phone call. I put the review on Unilocal,just want the other people know what happen on me, but they comment is show is my fault. they are keeping lying, 1. I waiting 2 and half hours, but they keep saying I just wait 10 min 2. they never pick up my phone call, they said did. they never say sorry to me about this thing, just keep saying they don’t have a mistake.

I used Elk Grove Airporter for the first time in May to travel to SFO and return. The driver was on time to pick me up at home and was courteous, fun to talk to and an excellent driver.
The van was there to meet me when I got off my international flight. In fact, the driver called me when I was still waiting for my luggage to let me know that he was at the airport.
The van was extremely clean and very comfortable.
I have used other shuttle services in the Sacramento area to get to SFO and have not been that happy with their service.
I highly recommend Elk Grove Airporter for transportation to SFO.

We had EXCELLENT service from our driver Jon with Elk Grove Airporter. He was on time picking us up both directions — getting us to the airport at exactly the time we wanted. The van was very clean and comfortable. We find driving back and forth to San Francisco airport from Sacramento exhausting, particularly after a long international flight. Using this service is a perfect solution. We estimate it cost only about $ 100 over driving to SFO and paying for long-​term parking — without the long drive back after being up 24 hrs — well worth the $ 100. We will use this service from now on.
