Once we find the root of these distortions and disorganize them, you will gain authentic connection with yourself and be able to create a life that is in alignment with your deepest desires.

History

Established in 1995.

I started my own private practice as a psychotherapist 15 years ago and have enjoyed a thriving business. My dream then and now is to relieve mental and emotional suffering and increase satisfaction and joy in the lives of my clients.

It is such an honor and a joy to watch clients realize who they are down deep and see the joy that opens up in them as they begin to support their authentic self and follow their truth into the world.

I became interested in psychology in my late twenties but worked for several years in a large engineering corporation before finally leaving to attend graduate school in Counseling Psychology. Once I started school, I felt like a duck who had finally discovered water. I was fascinated by the inner workings of the human self and the more I learned and applied to myself, the more my own life began to change and take the shape of my deepest joys. It continues to this day.
