Chipotle Mexican Grill

Walked in today and ordered my regular rice bowl! Then the guy in front of me was very confusing and kept going back and forth with his order, I was suppose to be next in line but someone cut ahead of me and I had to wait a little longer, and the cashier apologized about it and gave me a free bowl too!

My bf and I have been coming here for over 3 years now. Lunch or dinner; staff here is amazing! Since day 1, staff have always been so kind. Food is always great and the service is even better. No matter how long the lines are to however long we wait for the food to cook, we’ve always came back because the staff here is amazing! We’ve been to other locations and this one is always better even with the service. Never say it enough to the lunch and dinner staff here, thanks to each and every one of you ladies and gents for always providing such great service every time!!! Managers and staff: you guys are freaked awesome!!!

We went for dinner to celebrate my friend’s birthday. Food was great and the view, amazing! Had a wonderful time!

This is chipotle has one of the worst «managers» named Melissa (mean lady with lip ring). The way she talks to customers and workers is sarcastic and rude. I honestly don’t know how she still has a job there. Anyways, this chipotle has served raw chicken numerous times and should have been shut down. The GM is really nice but she needs to get a new set of managers to help run the restaurant better and keep the food up to standards. I would not recommend trying to do an online order, they will most likely mess up your order. I tried ordering sides of beans and cheese with my online order and they tried to charge me extra… Bottom line, I would not recommend this location!

Came here to grab lunch to go. There was no line and they helped me right away. But the portion size I received was tiny. Did they downgrade on the size? I asked for sour cream and didn’t notice I didn’t get any until I got back to work. Disappointing lunch today =(

Ok I’ve been going to this location for almost 3 years and it was great. Was… My last 2 visits in the past month have been horrible. Im guessing they have new management and/​or a lot of new employees. My beans were still crunchy from not being cooked long enough and the steak was really chewy from sitting in warming pans for too long. For this i give this location 1 star. If i could I would give them zero star especially for the price i pay for the food. Pretty sad seeing as how they were ranked 2^nd highest for the quality of food they serve.

Skimpy servings and the brown rice was not done. I ordered the veggie bowl and I swear I only ate 5 kernels of corn that I asked for. Very skimpy servings. I probably won’t be back for a long time. The guacamole had too much salt in it.

Horrible service literally gave me 5 pieces of chicken. I guess management told them they are giving out to much food.

The service is sooooo slow here. The line moves at a snails pace and for some reason it’s always packed for some unknown reason. Chipotle is good but not line-​out-​the-​door-​at-​3pm-​on-​a-​Tuesday good.

Located near Truxel and 80.
This one of the many Chipotles located across the country. Place gets fairly busy and often a line out the door like all of them.
You have burrito, taco, chips, along with a variety of mild to medium salsas or hot sauce. Orders are made through store or online.
Staff was quick and friendly. A good tip is to get the app and order ahead of coming in.
Food comes properly cooked, grilled and ready for dine in or take out. Order was taken without hesitation.
Good: fast.
Bad: always busy.
A good representation of Chipotle. I’ll come back someday

Just your average run of the mill Chipotle. The inside of it clean, the line moves fast even during the lunch rush, the staff is friendly. Got the Barbacoa burrito bowl and it was awesome as usual (btw… ordering a bowl is the way to go. If you can’t finish your burrito, you are stuck with a burrito that is falling apart. If you order a bowl… they give you to-​go foil and you physically get more stuff in the burrito bowl as well).

I love chipotle always hits the spot!!!
The guacamole is the best. This location is nice the staff is always friendly!

I love chipotle, it’s my go to spot when I need something quick and healthy.
I arrived at 9:45 tonight, 15 minutes before they close. They had ran out of steak and chicken but we’re cooking more chicken. Okay cool, no problem. I’ll wait 10 minutes for you guys to cook chicken. After waiting for the chicken to arrive, I was told I couldn’t get x2 chicken because they don’t have enough. So why did you make me wait to tell me you guys didn’t have enough chicken left?
To ice it, some of the workers thought it was funny that people were upset over them running out of meat. I could understand if this was a mom and pop place but this is a HUGE chain, you guys shouldn’t be running out of food. Poor customer service as well.
Do yourself a favor and go to Rubios across the street.

Came here for cinco de mayo dinner! Actually I’ve been here many times and I finally get around to write my review!
First off, it’s in a good location… The only competition is the firehouse sub next door.
It’s good Mexican food and some may argue that it’s not «authentic» but I think it is and it’s really good! I respect everyone’s opinions and I do you get quality food here.
The meat is cooked fresh, the produce looks fresh, he salsa is made from scratch… And I believe their guacamole is awesome!
I used to get the hard tacos… Then I used to get the burrito… But my favorite now is the burrito bowl with extra white rice!
U read right… You can ask for extra rice, meat, tortilla on the side, beans, produce, etc.
I love the steak because it’s tender, slightly fatty, and full of flavor! I tried the Barboca which is the pork, and that also is tender and full of flavor!
There is a variety of salsa… Medium, spicy, verde… Beans, corn, cheese, chips are all available too!
I ordered take out and the line moved so fast and the service is good… Nice, friendly employees…
Place is clean and has a friendly atmosphere! The only reason I knock off one star is one time I went, the steak was slightly on the dry side and I love my meat slightly pink and a little u fatty!
I recommend! Happy eating!

If you have never eaten at chipotle then come here an have some amazing food, with some of the best chips you will ever eat. Get the corn salsa and the hot salsa is pretty amazing.
The carnitas is AH MAZE ING. I usually get the carnitas salad and leave feeling satisfied and not like I just came from fast food hell. However, the last three or four times I’ve come they have said the carnitas was unavailable which is a total bummer.
My kids get the chicken tacos. They like them. Nothing to really say there.
The burritos are too big if you ask me. We never get a burrito. We only get salads, bowels and tacos.
The chips are honestly amazing. And your boss won’t know if you sneak a margarita I promise

My favorite place for a quick lunch that can be relatively healthy. This location is alright. I’m taking one point away because the staff seems slow and always new. Second point is taken because I feel they are smaller with their portions compared to other locations I have visited.
Over all good consistent flavor and quality in a clean setting.

I came here after class from SCC to avoid the line they have there at the Chipotle by the campus, buttttt I walked into a line out the door here at the Natomas location. I decided to wait since I crossed over to hell just to get here. (traffic is cray ya know)
Giving it 2 ½ stars (just pretend ok) for everything. The service, the attitude, everything was not right.
I know it’s busy, but hey, greet people with smiles! We love you for having to prepare our meals. Out of the 6 who were working the food line, only 4 greeted me and smiled. But the lady at the end of the food line, before the two cashiers, boy, she had the most hatred look towards me and my order. I’m sorry that you’re angry because you’re working in fast food.
I brushed it off, knowing it’s super busy so I just hurried up and paid, so I can get the hell out of there.
Portions: I get MORE from other locations than here. Everything in the food line looked empty! I was speechless on how cheaply made this was.
On top of that, I watched as the same lady with the hatred towards my food give the rest of the lettuce to someone behind me when I told her that I too wanted lettuce.
If you want good quality and quantity chipotle, go somewhere else than this location. I’m sticking to my west sac location, since there’s never any long lines and they actually pay attention to what you want!

I do like me some chipotle, and this location is in line with all of the other locations I’ve been to. The meats are cooked onsite, chopped up and placed in front of you and served how you want it. We came the other night to take advantage of the free menu offering if you purchase an item with their sofritas, which is their tofu mixed with spices. For the same price as the chicken menu item, I was expecting the same amount of tofu in my bowl, and this was not the case. The tofu was chopped very fine and hard to tell where it was since it blended with the rice, sour cream, cheese, and different salsas I had them put in. When I did find the sofritas in there, I tried it by itself, and it wasn’t bad. I just wish it was in bigger chunks like the rest of the meat offerings.
Service was fast for later in the evening and many others were there for the same reason. But I would say they need to clean up the bathrooms, they were quite filthy.

When we used to eat out more often, this was our go to Chipotle location. We enjoyed their food, service, cleanliness and being less than 2 miles from home. Unfortunately last night’s visit for the Sofritas promo seemed less than optimal. I’m not sure if things got messed up because they were busy due to the promo or if things have changed that much over time. Nonetheless, there are definitely areas that could use some work.
The Good
–We arrived around 7:30pm. Although the line was long, it actually moved pretty quickly.
–The service was pretty good. Servers were nice and the guy behind counter fulfilled my request for half white and half brown rice (I was torn).
The Bad
— The bathroom was pretty gross. I went in to wash my hands and there were paper towels and toilet paper everywhere. There was also a strong urine odor as if the floor needed to be mopped or bathroom cleaned in general. Yuck!
— My rice was grainy. I don’t know if it was the white or brown rice but it was definitely hard and crunchy and not soft and fluffy.
— The Sofritas were meh. It’s not like I’m not into tofu or vegan/​vegetarian foods or anything. In fact I eat tofu quite often. There just wasn’t enough flavor. I felt like I was having a burrito bowl full of rice and sauce. They might need to have large pieces of tofu or scoop more because it tasted as if there wasn’t any at all.
— Parking has always sucked at this location. Spots are super narrow.
Because the of the promo for the free burrito we’ll be returning sometime next month. We really like the food at Chipotle so hopefully improvements are made or we’ll have to find a new go to location.

This is my go to location whenever I’m feeling a good olé meal of chipotle, ever since they served barbacoa I try and go here for a healthy meal that I can track on myfitnesspal after going to the gym across the street at calfit. If you’ve never had chipotle before you must try the carnitas, barbacoa, and the steak those three are my favorite.
You have the option of choosing whether you would like a bowl or a burrito, but you can also ask them to have the tortilla on the side or in the bowl (which I always do).
You get to choose from black or pinto beans, the choice of meat, corn, salsa, lettuce, and other condiments. Oh and rice, white rice of brown rice. They also have a salad if you’re vegetarian.
When you get to the cashier make sure you get a bag of chips and a side of guacamole, you can thank me later. :)
Oh and they also serve tacos that are pretty good as well!
Last thing they have the «chipotle Tabasco sauce» at chipotle as well you gotta have some!
