Great service! Friendly, cheerful place! So nice to see people that give 100%! This is how a business succeeds.

Been to the place a few times this was definitely the last, only 1 clerk took for ever to get the tiniest little kids scoop I could have probably eaten it in 1 bite just ridiculous compared to the one on riverside blvd for example not a satisfied customer.

I HATEHOLLOWSCOOPS! and that’s just what you get from this location. I purchased a three scoop sundae and I live just around the corner not even a half block away when I open it just melted poof not even icecream anymore. My car was a/c cold too. My granddaughter had started eating hers in the car and she looked at it and said grama they gave us empty icecream! Lol when I spoke to management they were aware of this and said that’s how they were told to serve it. Omg. I have not and will not return.

I experienced the WORST customer service from this particular location!!! I will never return. The young girl there light skinned with curly hair is THEMOSTRUDE person working I’ve ever seen. She made eye contact, looked away, then says Hello May I Help You, all while looking outside. I asked for a cappuccino blast and she asks very rudely What Kind? I want aware there were so many to choose from ad I normally just get the regular. Her attitude was extremely awful and good thing I’m a Christian because I would’ve WENTTHERE if I wasn’t able to keep my cool. I’ll continue to go to the location close to my house in the Pocket area. Horrible service!!!

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m pretty certain that this Baskin Robbins has been a permanent fixture of the Southgate Shopping Center since the early 1970’s! So many stores and shops have come and gone from this strip mall, but it seems ice cream never goes out of style! I have been a loyal Baskin Robbins fan since the disco era. It never fails in quality and in its subtle efforts of temptation. They used to be popularly known for having 31 flavors with a new flavor invention each month. Those were the days when we looked forward to trying out their new concoctions after eating dinner, during a date, or after rafting down the American River. Such wild and crazy teenagers we were! Whenever I have a craving for ice cream or frozen yogurt, Baskin Robbins comes to mind first! Those ice cream cakes are always on my birthday wish list and make a great gift in general. Every time I pass by this place, I find myself singing their commercial jingle: «Ice cream and cake, do the ice cream and cake! Ice cream and cake, do the ice cream and cake!» This shop often gets busy, and having to wait my turn can try my patience, but after that first taste of a double scoop ice cream cone, hot fudge sundae or banana split, my vice is satisfied, I relive my youth, and everything is made right with the world…

I come to the Baskin Robbins on Meadowview Rd for their pre-packaged quart sized ice cream. They always have them on sale and I have a major sweet tooth so this is my normal stop after work before getting home. It is never too busy and staff are always nice. The only thing I can complain about is that they don’t have much flavors to choose from.

Three stars based only on the LACK of ice cream flavors! They are missing yogurt based ice cream and sorbets :( The workers are nice/friendly, the photos of kids and their ice cream cakes look amazing I’m just dissatisfied with the stores selection

Baskin-Robbins ice cream is always good. They are my favorite chocolate chip provider. The chocolate flakes are actual light flakes that melt in your mouth, not giant chunks that you have to bite into.
