I set up a grooming appointment a while back and he never showed. No call, nothing. Guess he didn’t want a new customer.

I called and left 2 seperate messages and I never got a call back. This really bothers me. It seems like business’s these days, just don’t care to return calls.

Bobbie Jean, my beautiful Border Collie, has NEVER looked so beautiful! Loretto of Bark-​n-​Bubbles just finished grooming her (and she was a mess!); all I can say is OUTSTANDING work Loretto!!! His mobile grooming van is spotlessly clean, he was very kind to my girl and his work is outstanding! I highly recommend his services — I am so impressed with his work. Bobbie Jean loves him too! First time using Bark– n– Bubble…
We have 2 dogs that needed brush outs and all the trimmings. This was the best grooming experience ever, I will recommend Bark– n– Bubble to anyone and everyone. Loretto was awesome we have tried several groomers the area and no one compared to Loretto’s knowledge and expertise. Stop looking, you found your groomer, trust me!

Laretto has been grooming my senior dogs since 2013. I had never tried a mobile groomer before but loved the idea. And let me say, it’s fantastic! Quick. Convenient. Priced extremely competitive.
I’m very picky with the quality of care my fur babies receive while being groomed. This is why I refuse any type of crate drying situation. From their first groom he was very mindful of findings spots on both of the dogs that may get hit with the clippers. And they were never hit with his clippers, ever! If you are looking for a groomer who is cautious, compassionate, and patient with your dogs then he is the man. I value his opinion at the end of my pups groom as to how they responded. I highly recommend bark n bubbles!

We had used Loretto in the spring to groom our two 12-​year-​old Golden Retrievers. He came on time & did a stellar job. His prices were very fair. Called him again recently, and again, came on time and we have two clean, groomed, happy dogs and two happy owners. Loretto is at the top of our list for dog grooming.

Loretto is the best! Groomed my two huge Newfoundlands and they look Fantastic! He handled my older newfie with such compassion and my younger puppy with patience. I called this business and the man got back to me. I hadn’t used him and had questions. I tried to tell him the situation with my dog. Finally I said I wasn’t comfortable with the situation and what does he say?! «I feel the same about you.» Quite frankly, this hurt my feelings. I could tell he didn’t want to take care of my dog, but he didn’t have to say he didn’t like me!!!

I am so glad I found Loretto! He is great with my Pomeranians and asks what you want and does it with great care and concern. He was on vacation last week and squeezed me in early this morning since I am on vacation this week. I even recommended him to my daughter and everyone at work. Thanks Loretto!

We are very pleased with Loretto’s grooming service and attention to detail. I feel that I am leaving my «fury schnauzer baby» Trekker in SAFE hands. Loretto is caring and gentle when it comes to Trekker. We have been dealing with some allergy issues with Trekker and Loretto is very knowledgable when it comes to caring for Trekkers skin and diet. We have a schnauzer and with schnauzers comes a beard. Loretto knows how to cut my breed to his specific needs. Loretto was the first groomer to trim Trekker’s beard correctly to prevent periodontal disease. The grooming van is organized and CLEAN! We have used Bark-​N-​Bubbles for 3 months now and I am pleased!!! I have booked Trekkers spa’s days 3 months in advance to assure we have Loretto! We communicate with Loretto the night prior to confirm and he always returns my texts promptly. He is reliable and if he is running a tad being schedule he always texts me and it’s no more than 10 minutes!!! Thank you Loretto for caring for my baby!

This was my first time using a mobile groomer and I must say I was disappointed. I was charged extra for my dog being matted however all he did was shave her. He refused to trim her nails because they were «too long», her hair had uneven patches and she smelled as if he didn’t even bathe her, and rather than cleaning the hair out of her ears he just clipped it so now my dog is digging at her ears. Iwill try mobile grooming again but not this company.

This is the 7^th or 8^th time Loretto (Bark N Bubbles) has come to our house to groom our Lhasa Apso. I have had a lot of groomers over the years, but Loretto does the best job and Lewi likes him! Loretto is interested in the dog and the dog’s health and has worked with me on various problems.
The only sad thing is that he needs a clone. He is ultra busy, always booked months in advance and it’s worse during the holidays. He’s worth taking a little time off of work to make the appointment. No kidding. I’m finally getting a steady once a month slot, and I’m leaving work 90 minutes early to do it.
Loretto’s prices are reasonable, about the same as PetSmart, but he doesn’t traumatize my dog like they did (long story).
Loretto is a great guy and a great groomer. Fair warning re: appointments — he responds to texts better than phone or email. And he is extremely busy. All day, every day. If you can get an appointment, go buy a lottery ticket! It’s your lucky day!

Had a appointment today at 11:30. No showed! Called 10 minutes later and straight to voice mail. Made an appointment a week ago and even texted him after our phone conversation with the time of the appointment and address and still no showed! Poor business… Had my girlfriend stay home from work for nothing!

Very disappointed!!! I waited 3 weeks for an appointment since he was booked up. My appointment was for today at 4 pm. Loretto did not show up to groom my dog and he didn’t call either. I left a message at 4:30 and did not receive a call back. I had even left work early since he only takes appointments during business hours. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Don’t waste your time.

So my mobile dog groomer of many years moved to another state. I had the guy come out that bought her business come out & groom my dog. The first and only time he came out to groom my dog he gets out of the van and takes off. Okayyy, hmmm, paying customer with an appt here. Turns out he took off to a neighbors house, I couldn’t see over the van, so I’m left cooling my heels waiting for him a good 10 minutes. Have you ever waited in line and then when it’s your turn the phone rings and the cashier takes off to help the caller, wth, yeah kinda like that. So when he shows back up I have to ask where’d you go? Not even a voluntary explanation. Poor customer service skills. He asks what I want and instead of just going with it he makes me feel like I’ve asked for a poodle cut on a cat. Never had that happen before but oh well. I get the dog groomed and this guy has zero personality.
Needless to say the next time I wanted my dog groomed I called around and couldn’t find any mobile groomer taking new clients, wow. So I did leave a message for Bark & Bubbles and didn’t get a call back, like a previous Unilocaler said, but I did continue in the next week looking for a groomer. I called B&B again and he called me right back. He explained that he’s swamped and had numerous voicemails and apologized for the time delay.
Loretto showed up this morning, very personable, big plus obviously I mean I’m not visiting a mey on my dog, and he was really great. Asked exactly what I wanted to the tee. My dog looks great & I’m very happy. It’s easy to see he’s an animal person. If you find yourself in my shoes, check him out. I think you’ll be pleased.

I’ve never tried a mobile groomer before today, but I’m stoked with how easy it was and how well it turned out!
I called Loretto yesterday afternoon, and he was able to fit me in today at noon. He was on time and friendly and treated my little yorkie baby like the princess she is. After looking at a couple of pictures of ideas I had, he said it’d take him about an hour and off he went.
Like clockwork, an hour later he was done and my puppy looked gorgeous. This was her first full groom with a cut and he took great care of her. He gave her a great cut, perfect top knot and I can’t believe how good she smells! I’ll definitely use Bark-​N-​Bubbles in the future!

A returned phone call or returned e-​mail would be nice. I have tried contacting these people for almost 2 weeks and there has not been a response. Either they are out of business or should be out of business for not responding to customers. I don’t know what their actual grooming is like but I can say their customer service sucks up to this point.

We are dog sitting a stinky dog and don’t really know how dog grooming places work. But, we were in desperate need of a grooming. After one call to Bark-​n-​Bubbles we booked an appointment easily and had a great experience.
No more stinky dog. Claws clipped, fur combed, shampooed, glands expressed. Full service. Awesome service. We will be back. And, Schatzi loved it too.

Awesome service and super convenient! Setting up the appointment was a breeze and he was amazing with our little guy. The best our dog has smelled ever! We will definitely be using Bark-​n-​Bubbles again and you should too!
