If you come here ask for Sam! I did what no car buyer should ever do. I test drove a car and instantly fell in love with it. Running through my credit, Sam said I most likely wouldn’t get approved unless I made a much higher down payment which I didn’t have anywhere near enough money for. I was so upset I started crying. Luckily he has two daughters and it broke his heart just as much as it did my own fathers. He said to give him a day or two to see what he could do for me. I left the car lot super depressed and started looking at lesser quality cars that I could afford easier. About 3 hours later I decided on a car at a different lot down the street because I felt I didn’t have much else of a choice due to credit problems. As soon as I sat down to start signing papers for it, I got a call from Sam and I was approved! Long story short, I got up and started to leave the current dealership I was at and the salesman completely flipped out and treated me with so much disrespect. And later that night I drove away from Atayas lot in my «new to me» 2006 Range Rover and it took every ounce of me to not stop by the other lot with a big middle finger! Sam really pulled the strings for me. He wasn’t pushy in any way like every salesman in the world. He was truly genuine in the fact that me crying like a baby hurt his own heart! The cars here are in excellent shape. And everyone who works here are some of the nicest people that you’d ever want to give all your money to! I don’t plan on buying another car anytime soon because I’m so in love with with my Range Rover, but if I do I’ll definitely be going back to Atayas. Thank you so much Old Man! I was going car shopping for a used car and noticed this place had good reviews. When I got there, the sales guy was really nice and wasn’t hovering over me the entire time. He gave me my space to look all the cars on my own and wasn’t pushy at all; HOWEVER, when I found a car I really liked, another sales guy was telling me I would have to pay at least half of the value of the car. Uh what? I don’t think so! The original sales man told me I would only have to put down 1.5% which I had on me, smdh. There was contradicting info so I chose to just go somewhere else.

Just purchased a car from Ataya’s. I will picking it up tomorrow. I am so excited! Thank you, Ataya’s Motors! Excellent customer service.

I got a great deal from Atayas. I bought my 2005 Trail Blazer from Sam back in 2009 and got a great car for a great price. I have since paid it off and sold it but it was a very reliable vehicle for me for a long time.
I was in a jam when I went to Atayas. Had a recent repo and in the middle of an ugly divorce. Sam got me financed for an awesome suv. It had to have a low jack installed for the bank but whatever, I didn’t care. I was and will always be grateful for them helping me like they did. I definitely recommend them.

I’m pretty laid back in general but the dishonest and deceptive practice offered here just had to be shared.
I called to asked for a used vehicle they had on their lot. Adam picked up and assured me the vehicle is in prestine condition for the year. I told him I’ll be driving 2 hours just to see the car so the description has to be spot on. When I arrive, I find a shoe box size dent on the side on the car, the from bumper imprinted with rock chips, a cracked windshield, a engine malfunction
plus more.
This is unacceptable to say the least. I also noticed most of the cars on the lot are in the same condition.
I hope everyone thinks thinks twice before they visit this shady establishment.

So i went by to look at a s2000 they had… boy was i disappointed… not about the car but the salesman… i guess he thought i was some sort of idiot… i dont believe im an idiot… anyways first strike… sales rep told me kelly blue book and Edmunds is inaccurate??? last i checked not true… second strike … finance guaranteed? nope tried to down sell to a car i wasnt interested in… third strike… this really blew my mind we were talking about lowering the price of the car his excuse for not being able to budge on the price cause when the bank give him a lone he doesnt get the full amount for the vehicle they reduce the amount in which the dealership gets…
would never recommend to a friend or even enemy complete rip off… car was 4000 over priced compared to the excellent price…

Had a little miscommunication with atayas a few months back but leo explained everything to me so I am now a very satisfied customer I am a first time car buyer so I would reccomend them they helped me out and
I will be buying again from them

Love this place! Eddy is the guy to see! I had problems with pushy sales men at Paul Blanco so happy I left and went tho atayas! I recommend it to everyone looking for a car! :-D

Was overcharged for a car with verbal promises that never happened. I love the car but the business was nothing special. I urge people not to make the same mistake.

Rated one star — if I could do less I would. Took a friends advice — saw Sam, what an ass to say the least. Low class service and disorganized sales team and lot looks like a playground !!!

These people are terrible and have no integrity. We dealt with them on a vendor purchase, to which they complained and recieved their money back — and kept the product AND then started spreading rumors about our business. We have receipts and proof that they did this. They got our product for free, including shipping. Don’t deal with these people, you WILL get screwed over.

Very helpful in getting my roommate a car and the right financing.

I have to admit, I’m skeptical when it comes to buying a car. Especially, a used car from a used car dealership. But, after looking on Craigslist and seeing the types of cars people are trying to pawn off their salvaged cars, I went looking at a used car dealership. I went down Fulton Avenue and wounded up at Ataya’s. I met Jeremiah and told him what price range I was looking for. He showed me a few cars, I took them for a test drive and decided on a ’96 Passat.
Best thing I did was go to Ataya’s! I found the car I wanted, in the price range I could afford, and there was no pressure! Mind you it’s an «older» car. There were things that I wanted fixed before I bought the car. Jeremiah said make a list and we’ll take care of it. Sure enough, he did. I was very surprised! Also, I wasn’t able to drive the car home. So, I asked if they could deliver the car once everything was fixed (and again to my surprised), Jeremiah said it wasn’t a problem. They didn’t even ask for a delivery fee. That is truly service!
So, stop looking on Craigslist! Go to Ataya’s and go see Jeremiah! Be reasonable and you may find a good car to drive home.
