2nd Generation Carpet Cleaning

Abel from 2^nd Generation Carpet Cleaning hand-​cleaned my large leather sectional. Beautiful job. I knew it was dirty but it came out three shades lighter. He was on time and was very professional. Knew what he was doing. And ended up charging me less than original quote. I had contacted another (chain) company that was going to do it by machine in about an hour, for somewhat less money, but I did not want to trust my Italian Leather to a water-​pressure system! This was well worth the extra cost for the hand treatment.
Abel also cleaned my marble floors. Came out great. Not much you can do with stains on marble — they are etched in — but the layers of «cleaner» I had been using came off, and the grout returned to it’s original color. I would definitely use this company again.

LOVE this company! Abel is amazing. 2 kids and 2 dogs really take a toll on our carpets. When Abel comes and works his magic, they look new again. He just cleaned the kitchen tile as well. It has never looked this good!

I’ve been meaning to write this review for awhile. I moved to the area about 6 mos ago and was scrambling to find someone to clean the carpets in my new place before I moved in, which happened to be just after a holiday weekend. Second Generation was able to fit me into their schedule, which alone was pretty great. They did a great job on the carpets and were flexible when working with my long-​distance coordinating. The customer service was wonderful. Working with Second Generation made my moving experience so much smoother and more pleasant. I would definitely recommend them!

Wow! Affordable, friendly and on time. What more could you want? Abel showed up, asked my concerns and got to work. He was able to remove the stains I was concerned about and he even left a bottle of the Spot Out stuff for free. Other places will try to sell it to you.

I was moving into a house and just wanted the carpet cleaned. I searched around Unilocal and called about 10 different places and asked for price quotes. For my 2 bedroom 2-​story house, I got ranges from $ 150 – 200.
I called 2^nd Generation Carpet Cleaning, left a message, and about an hour or two later, I received a call back from Abel, the owner/​carpet cleaner. He was extremely friendly and gave me an affordable quote for my house. I told him I would call him back (because at that time I was still scouting around for prices/​time availability).
When I finally decided to go with Abel, he got my information down and scheduled my appointment.
Abel arrived on time and was friendly and professional. Since there was no furniture in my house (because I was just going to move in) he gave me a DISCOUNT! The job was done thoroughly and efficiently.
I HIGHLY recommend 2^nd generation carpet cleaning and would DEFINITELY have them clean my carpet again in the future.

Excellent, friendly, and reasonable. We’re an outdoor family with two dogs who have not quite learned to make it outside «every time.» Able surveyed the damage, treated the stains (and smells) and left us with a carpet that looked almost like new. The cost was less than I anticipated.

1. Affordable: Most carpet/​cleaning companies will charge you additional fees for the most ridiculous reasons (loading equipment into their own vans, for example.) Not Second Generation! You pay an affordable price for their services, and their services are exceptional. There are no outlandish «additional fees» — they are extremely reasonable.
2. Service: Able is great. He will work around your schedule to come out promptly, even with short notice. They make it work. The entire staff is extremely nice… and I don’t throw that word around loosely. They treat you like you’re family.
3. Suberb Results: I have used «2^nd Gen» for carpet cleaning, janitorial, AND MOST RECENTLY, tile steaming. I live with FOUR twenty-​something dudes so you can imagine what my floors were like. I left for the day with disgusting tile, filthy grout, and mystery stains … and came home after 2^nd Gen cleaned to a floor I didn’t even recognize. The tile was squeeky grout was sparkling white. i highly recommend!

We have had a problem with carpet tacks poking our feet. I have hesitated calling and having someone come out because I feared the worst. (…the carpet will need to be replaced and/​or it will be very expensive) Well, I was wrong. Abel came out and was able to stretch the carpet and re-​attached the carpet to the tacks. No more Pokies! The cost to have him come out and fix the carpet was very reasonable. I even talked to him about coming out again to do carpet cleaning. I would definitely recommend 2^nd Generation Carpet Cleaning.

I recently was referred to this company by my apartment managers initially figured the pricing would be high but at least the job will get done to managements satisfaction was in for a surprise. Pricing was fair, the clean up was done quickly, they arrived on-time.(which i really liked. most placed give you a window of four hours in which they will arrive.)
I’d knock over a whole pot of wax onto my carpet over 3months ago, and they were able to get it out.(I was impressed) I will definitely use them again. EN
