George cleaned our rental home today. The tenants had pets that soiled the carpet in all rooms and the tile floor grout was black. We thought the 4-​year old carpet was a goner. When George left, the carpet and tile looked and smelled like new. If you are looking for professional carpet and tile cleaning, George is your guy!

He was great! Very friendly and accommodated my schedule since my husband was in the hospital during the first scheduled visit. I would recommend him because … He was professional and friendly, the visit was quick (not because he didn’t do a good job), he worked around my last minute cancellation and his prices are very good!

So very impressed! George is a really great guy who genuinely cares about his clients and the quality of his work. He takes no shortcuts and even pre inspects all areas with special black light that showed stains I never knew existed from kids spills and animals too. He even took some time to help with a carpet repair that was exposing nail tips potentially harming my crawling baby. Needed to get carpets cleaned. After reading all reviews, decided to go with ABC. No regrets! George was very prompt in setting up an appointment. He arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. We had 2 rooms, a bonus room and stairs cleaned. His price was very reasonable. He charged us $ 25/​room including our bonus room which is much bigger than the average room. He also pointed out several urine stains we never knew existed (urgh!) and got them out! We’ll be in touch again with ABC for future carpet and tile cleaning! Thanks George!

Our carpets were terrible when we moved into our new home; I was sure we would have to replace them. After abc was just out on saturday my carpets look AMAZING. Extremely thotough cleaning at a very fair price. Arrived on time. I just cant say express enough how satisfied I was in the work.
Only down side is that the owner is a one man team so when I called to confirm I wasnt sure if I was calling the right number because it would just go to a standard voicemail. I was expecting a receptionist or something, but this really wasnt a big deal.

We usually get our carpets cleaned twice a year and with my stepdaughters H.S. graduation nearing it was that time again.
We purchased our home in late 2010 and it was built in 2004 with the original carpets still in use. We had a «dishwasher incident» in Dec and immediately had the carpets steamed but I was starting to see the water marks left by said incident. We scheduled for Memorial Day and George, the owner, showed up early. George advised that he’d work to restore the carpets as previous carpet cleaners only used the steam cleaning method. He used a different steamer/​cleaner than I’d seen used by ALL of the previous carpet cleaners that I’ve ever used. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! THE CARPETS TURNED OUT INCREDIBLY! George took his time and did a thorough job. He wasn’t rushing to get to his next job!
Not only is George’s work exceptional, his prices are extremely fair for the work that he does. We’ve been looking for a reliable and consistent carpet cleaning service and we’ve definitely found it in ABC Carpet & Tile Cleaning. In fact, I’m going to have the grout in our kitchens and bathrooms cleaned next. DON’T HESITATE, GEORGE AND ABC CARPET AND TILE CLEANING ARE THE GENUINE ARTICLE!

Once again, George, did a great cleaning job on our carpet. However, this time we also had him clean our tile. Our house is mostly tile and he did a beautiful job! We could not be more pleased with his work! We will surely be hiring him again to clean our flooring. Also, his prices for this work is competitive and reasonable.

I never write reviews but had a great experience with ABC Carpets I had to take out time to write one. Since we moved into our home the carpets were extremely bad and we thought they needed to be replaced. We decided to just get them cleaned anyway so I called got a quick appointment and he did an amazing job! My carpets look new and he took time by scrubbing some spots not just using a machine the whole time. Definitely recommend ABC Carpet and will use them again soon for my tile grout cleaning!

Got George to do carpet restoration cleaning for a rental house in Folsom. Figured I would probably have to replace the carpets. But to my pleasant surpirse, George turned on his magic and made the carpets look as good as new.

I’ve never had my carpets professionally cleaned before and in a house with two dogs and beige carpet I really should have called much sooner. I was able to book an appointment for the same today and they were able to arrive early and get started. After a quick assessment, they gave me a quote of $ 70 for the combo living/​dining room, hallway, and master bedroom. Which I thought was quite reasonably priced. Before they got started, we addressed several problem areas, mainly the master bedroom where my brother ephad a toy Maltese. There were urine stains he admitted wouldn’t come out, along with several other stains that seemed to have been there for too long.
They quickly got started and from start to finish it took a little over an hour, I was quite pleased with the difference I saw especially because we had used a rug doctor on the same living/​dining room and hallways not too long ago. And we had probably spent a whole day and more money on chemicals then what these guys did in a shorter amount of time.
The carpet dried within a day and I’m convinced! I definitely will be booking cleanings at least every six months now, I’m just amazed at the difference and feel orpf the carpet now.

We called around to get some price quotes for carpet cleaning for our new home. Based on the Unilocal reviews, we narrowed it down to 2 cleaners. For the same amount of room for carpet cleaning, another company wanted $ 220, ABC cleaners only charges $ 120. It was an easy choice.
George, the owner, is very nice and knowledgeable about what he does. He has only been in the business for about 5 – 6 years, but he does one heck of a job. Our carpets were pretty disgusting in some areas. George even found paint stains and dog urine that we missed (yuck). After about 1.5 hour (this is super-​fast by the way) he was done with the entire house. He did a deep clean for 6 rooms and the total was only $ 120.
I asked him why his prices were so cheap because on his website, he advertises $ 30 a room. If you vacuum your own house, he will only charge $ 20 a room; however, if you wish for him to vacuum your rooms for you, it will be $ 30 a room.
Make sure you have cash on hand. You are able to pay with a debit/​credit card, but tax is charged for the service. We didn’t know about it, but we didn’t mind because the service was amazing.
Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone that need to carpet cleaner. George is friendly and experience in this field. You will be very happy about the cleaning.

ABC carpet cleaning is the best. They came out today to clean the the rental property I’m trying to rent out and did an exceptionally well job. I have never seen carpet come up to it’s original form, like new I tell you. George and his partner came out to the property at 3, like we scheduled, he was very nice and walked through the house trying to get a feel of what he was going to be working with. Let me tell you the 2 story house has been through 2 tenants and the first lived in it for over 2 years, let me tell he & his family ruined the carpet. The last tenant that moved out rented the house was not pleased with the carpet. When they moved out I found ABC carpet cleaning, I’m very pleased to give them 5 stars. $ 180 for the entire house, a 3 bedroom 2 ½ bath home. I will definitely use their services again and I recommend their services for all the dirty carpets they need to be restored out there. Call Anne today to schedule, she is very polite and honest! George is the owner and operator and man does he take pride in his work. My wife and I own a seven year old, two story, five bedroom house. We also have tile in our kitchen and bathroom, and slate in different parts of our house. George did an amazing job cleaning everything!!! There were stains I thought were impossible to remove and George removed it.
Having a clean house for family is very important to us. Over the past five years we have used four different carpet cleaning companies. We have even rented the Rug Doctor and the «commercial» carpet cleaning system from Home Depot and tried to clean the carpet ourselves because we were really disappointed in the quality of work we were paying for. Honestly, some of the companies I have paid do not even do as good a job as the Rug Doctor I rented. What is really disappointing is that these companies sometimes hire people (college kids?) to do the work for them. These kids are not thorough and were rushing through job so they can leave. Quality as you can expect was terrible!!!
George, on the other hand is on a different level. He has the newest equipment and worked very hard to get every stain out I had considered changing the carpet this year, but after George finished, I think I maybe be able to wait another year! If you’re looking for a professional carpet and/​or tile cleaner you really need to give George a call. You won’t regret it.
