Consistently good. Not the best burgers ever but consistently good. Very friendly service. Lots of choices to personalize your burger and vegetarian options. Decent shakes(though they could learn something from shake shack in this area). Would recommend to anyone looking for a burger fix.

The worst service I have ever experienced they messed up my order then refused to change my order and gave me sass about it. The burger and chicken not so great but the fries are ok

We’ve eaten here twice while in the neighborhood. I get my burger wrapped in lettuce and lots of fixings and it’s always good. My husband gets a cheddar, bacon, double stack(ps he never gains weight lol) and he loves it. We both like the fries a whole lot also. Oh… and horseradish sauce is a MUST.

Super duper tasty! My son and I walked away and kept saying, wow, that was a really good burger! We both ordered the kids cheeseburger because we didn’t want to be stuffed. Once you order your item you add all the fixings that you want. I added onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and blue cheese dressing. My son added mayonnaise and cheese and lettuce. The fries are very skinny, with minimal salt and extremely large. We shared one order of fries. They are cut with skin I and are great! There were so many options to drink, it was hard to pick. We ended up picking from a new fangle juke box like contraption. Lol mostly coca cola products I believe and several organic drink options. A bit pricy, $ 20.00 for two kid burger, two soda, and one order of French fries. But the fast and organic factor makes up for it!

$ 28 for two burgers and fries! For the quality of the burgers and burnt fries, I’ll go the Smashburger and keep the change!

Wanted a good burger, thought we’d give this a try. Inside the store, they sure want you to know that they serve grass fed free range fresh ground daily beef, and some totally vegan dishes too. I had the mushroom swiss burger, she had the bacon barbeque wrapped in lettuce(nice option), we shared fries, and drinks. $ 28 later… we received our food. On a tray. no plates. the meat was chewy and dry. Ground beef chewy? yup. It wasn’t very flavorful. the burgers reminded me of unseasoned, overcooked, stew beef. the fries were greasy and burnt. the meat tasted just marginally better than wendy’s, the fries were disgusting, no way in hell is the food here worth the price they ask.

I ordered a Vertigo-4 Burger(4 beef patties) from this location. Instead, I received only 3 patties. So as a «consolation», they gave me one plain patty on the side. Thank you for providing me with a «wonderful» Vertigo-4 experience. Poor customer service to say the least.

Cute place. Average service. Pretty ordinary food. Not as good as Smashburger I recently visit Elevation Burger again(6⁄2016) and want to add a star. My burger was very juicy, fries hot and tasty. Complimented it with a banana malt. One more visit like this and I’ll up it to five stars! Good job Elevation Burger. :)

I just moved to Rye Brook and have been looking for great local spots. I love the burgers at this place especially the swiss and mushroom burger. Very juicy and the fries are great as well. Place is clean and staff was very nice. It would cost you about $ 14 for a burger with fries and a drink but its honestly worth it. Will be back for sure

Came here for lunch with my coworkers and we were all so excited for burgers. Until we saw the price. The burgers were alright but damn, a burger, fries, and drink was almost $ 18. Yikes.

Love this place !! Food is delicious, very clean(even restrooms!) and staff friendly! It’s pricey but I don’t eat out very much so I want a place that the food is good, clean and nice atmosphere. Worth it to me!

Elevation Burger, please train your employees better about food allergies. My boyfriend asked the aloof server if they had Gluten Free buns and she said yes. As it turns out, Elevation Burger does not offer gluten free buns and he was just served a normal bun with *Gluten Free* written on the receipt(I did not order mine GF and it was identical to his). Luckily, the burger ended up in the trash and not his stomach, otherwise he would have gotten extremely sick. I understand that not all restaurants can offer GF options but this was unacceptable.

Delicious fast and friendly. Ordered a Veggie burger #1 on a lettuce wrap, the lettuce was crispy, fresh and added to the texture. The burger itself was cooked perfectly. They were quite careful to make sure the moisture was not lost, as many places cook theirs to a dry patty. A very lovely worker gave me and my friends some extra fries that had been extra from another unfulfilled order. The fries are to die for. Thinner than most, but full of fry goodness without being too greasy. I would definitely recommend, especially to vegetarians looking for a veggie friendly burger joint. Go try for yourself, you won’t regret it!

My husband and I stopped into Elevation Burger because I had heard they had good vegan options. Options might be stretching it a bit far since there is only one choice but the cool thing about Elevation is that you pick out the toppings and sauces so you can choose whatever combo of flavors you like. PRICE: Cheap, I think we spent less than $ 20 on 2 veggie burgers with fries. Totally worth the price for the quality they give you. AMBIANCE: This isn’t somewhere fancy you would want to go on date night but for a quick lunch/dinner it’s clean and nice enough. The staff are extremely friendly and bring your food to your table. FOOD: Honestly, they make a pretty mean veggie burger! The bun was toasted nicely and the ingredients were super fresh. The fries were extremely tasty as well. I’ve spent much more money at other places to get a burger not anywhere near the quality or taste. Reminded me of In-n-Out burger actually. If the owner reads this I hope in the future they will consider adding vegan cheese and a dessert option to the menu!

I really like the concept, but it’s so outrageously overpriced and the product is not superior. Yesterday, I burnt my mouth on a very dry burger. It was certainly not worth what I paid for it.

I love Elevation Burger in Rye Ridge. The food tastes amazing… elevation burger wrapped in lettuce, chicken wrapped in lettuce, grilled chicken over salad and french fries. The place is always clean and personnel friendly. Jose, the manager is a gem and true asset to this place. If UnderCover Boss visited there then he got some a raise and extra vacation. Highly recommend this Elevation Burger.

I tried this for the first time. It’s like a bareburger… Compared to other burger joints this place makes up in quality versus quantity. Think burger king and McDonald’s. The fires are shoestring fries which are not my favorite but palatable. The drinks are coke products and the tea is honest tea brewed sweet and unsweet. There is wild bills root beer. Unlike five guys you don’t come out smelling like grease. Glad I came but not my favorite place. Would rather go to a diner…

Had late lunch with my family. Their basic double pattie burger cost $ 6.29 around so if you add cheese and bacon it ends up over $ 10. No sides included so we ordered French fry $ 2.99 and drink. Total $ 15.00 over… It was not worth a pay that much, even they insist their beef was organic, cause their bun, ketchup, mayo so on did not seem organic at all. Also the taste was just mediocre. We much prefer Bareburger, they have much great variation of menu and stick with organic ingredients, more important thing was they definitely taste far better!

Got the standard burger, fries. Burger=Greasy, flavorless and mediocre with stomach pains all day. Fries=meh Will never return. Do yourself a favor and avoid(better options in the area and without the stomach pains) One star cause Unilocal made me give stars out.

Honestly, this place would have gotten a 4.5. Even a 5. BUT. They don’t have organic ketchup. For a food place to be so proud of its organic meat, serve organic milk(love), and cook their fries in healthier olive oil, how can they forget the ketchup?! It’s all about the details! But in all honesty, as soon as I walked in I knew I was going to have a tasty meal. Was feeling a burger, but wanted to save the money, saw organic and was sold. And although its a tad on the pricey side(college budget) it was worth it. I also got the kids burger, which was 1 meat patty rather than 2. They also had veggie burger options which is good to know. However, all items must be purchased separately, there are no combination orders. The burger? delicious. amazing. Seriously, and I don’t say this about burgers unless I really mean it. The server, Juliana(?) got my order 100% correct(which I always appreciate) and my meal was out quickly, and hot. The tables were 95% clean(few things here and there, no biggies) and the bathrooms were clean. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this place. And just wish the owner(hint, hint) would take the initiative to realize it is all about the details, and that everything down to the condiments(because, who doesn’t love condiments) should be organic as well.
