This is a great place to pop in for a pedicure, no appt. needed. The staff is large so wait times are short. Prices are equivalent to others in the area. A basic spa pedicure: foot soak, nail shaping, cuticle detail, buffing, callus remover, with quick scrub and hot towel + polish will run you $ 23.00 without tip. I have never done the VIP packages which include a Mani, pedi, and mini facial OR30 minute massage for $ 80.00 but I may indulge for my birthday. Note: They do offer private parties for pedicures, nails, etc. Good for bridal parties, birthday events, etc. If you have a nail chip within a few days, go back in and they will fix it for free. On the rare occasion that I received a poor pedicure, it was repeated for free.

I came here the intention on going to another nail salon. But I figured let me try this place since it was closer. However, the service I got today was great! I was able to get my nails and feet done at the same time and it was great! I was relaxed and the service was professional in my opinion. While everyone is doing their Black Friday shopping I received a very relaxing, professional and overall wonderful service!

Since they went from ckp nails to vip nails in the same plaza, they certainly have sacraficed quality for quantity, I had a manicure and pedicure and I was in and out of there in 30 minutes. Aweful I won’t be going back!

I have been here many times and had different techs. All have been good, and have also been good with my 7 year old daughter who loves it! I had Kathy today and she did an amazing job. Did not skip any steps and from knees to toes I was massaged, lotioned, and everything looks and feels great!

Worst nail service I have ever received. Within five days my nails were breaking off! Ended up going to a different nail salon to get them fixed. The technician at the other salon told me that my nails were all lifting and if water got under there I would’ve ended up with a fungal infection. Thank you for putting me at risk. I had kori who kept getting up to do other things when there were other people working there that were able to do it. I will never go back, I spent $ 80 on what was supposed to be a basic pedicure and a pink and white fill.

New salon in the area. I gave it a try since many other local nail salons were crowded. They may be overpriced at $ 23 for a pedicure. They use the bags for the pedicure stations. SOME tools were removed from bags used to sterilize. My nail tech, Kathy, was okay… I thought she did an average job, but when I reached my car, I noticed she did not lotion my feet and she didn’t scrub them very well either. I was a little bothered by this due to the price being sort of high to begin with… However, she did an excellent job on my polish(french, which was an extra $ 5). Nevertheless, I will give this place one more try, using a different nail tech for sure, and I will update.
