Brought a shirt to have coffee stain removed after they tried 2x there was still a stain. I asked for at least a discount because there was still a slight stain. They refused. I do not recommend them.

This place is terrible! I brought 9 shirts to be washed and ironed; all of them are creased as hell and one of them was even ruined! How is one supposed to dress professionally if the professionals can’t do it right? The shirt has stains ALL over it now. They’ll never get my business again. I should report a stop payment on my transaction.

Average dry cleaner, below average service and horrible alterations (I’ll post a picture later)
Great for last minute simple clothing pieces if you need a cotton t-shirt ironed lol
Misleading price quoting. Initially dropped off 10 shirts and 5 blouses. She quoted me one price then charged another saying the price she have me only applied to mens dress shirts even though I showed her blouses when inquiring. I paid the cost and never returned.

I have been using Adams Family dry cleaning for a few years now and I am always pleased with the quality of the alternations. In the 3+ years I have used them I have only once brought an item back (the dress wasn’t hemmed enough). I have had pants taken in, jackets taken in, jeans, pants, and dresses all hemmed perfectly.
Note: If you just want the item hemmed and not cleaned tell them. It is cheaper that way. Especially for things like jeans that can be washed at home.
*Debit/Credit card has a minimum so make sure to ask when dropping off your items.
