Bravo Intimates

I feel like I experienced somewhat of a «Pretty Woman» moment at Bravo. My apologies in advance that I have a six week old baby at home but I’m pretty sure I was wearing clothes, shoes, had my hair done and was even wearing makeup. I dressed up for you, Bravo! Why were you so mean?
My first turn-​off was the fact that there is a sign right when you walk in stating that you must pay for a fitting (if you don’t buy a bra). Ok, I GUESS (???) that might make sense, what with all those women out in Royal Oak stealing bra fittings, or whatever. Ok, fine. So I sign in and eagerly await my turn, as I mentioned, baby at home waiting for food. I don’t have tons of time to spare but am willing to put in the effort because as a nursing mom with a new bra size, I am in desperate need of support in a major way.
My name gets called and I am immediately asked what I’m looking for. Bras — nursing, regular, I tell her I just want to get sized and get a few bras that fit and work with what they have. I’m not picky at all! Which is good, because she doesn’t seem interested in the style of bras I prefer, instead jumps to the measurement. This is where things get annoying. She won’t tell me the size. She measures me (I’m paying for this, right) and then leaves to go retrieve some bras. I ask about size more than once — «What size is this one? What size am I?» throughout the appointment and she is super hesitant to share this apparently sacred information. But I’m getting ahead of myself.
So she brings in a variety of bras and the long and the short of it is, none of them fit. I have an extremely weird size (32G, I think… remember, I had to sneak peeks when I could before she whisked the tags away). «The size doesn’t matter,» she says. Wait, but um, yes it does. I get it, women across the world are all wearing the wrong size. However, I came to get my size and buy some bras, but also to have the knowledge of what my size was so I could shop online elsewhere too. I don’t have a ton of time on my hands to peruse fancy bra stores IRL. That’s the only reason I came to this store in the first place, because of it’s super easy and close proximity to my house.
One would think, then, that since none of their «high end, specialty» bras fit me, they would give me my size, maybe some suggestions as to where to find bras out of the decency of their hearts. NOPE. SORRY. In face, I’m told «we don’t carry Vanity Fair bras.» Implying that I wear that brand? Excuse me, but I wear all your fancy Le Mysteres and Chantelles too, lady. And I’m pretty sure you aren’t the only retailer that sells them.
I was also told certain «high end» brands don’t stock my size when in fact I found the exact brand and styles online when I got home. She tells me to check back in the spring, maybe they will have bras by then. Ummm. Ok so I’m supposed to have ill-​supporting bras for the next few months in the off chance that Bravo decides to randomly stock up on size 32G bras. DOUBTFUL! Couldn’t she have given me some suggestions as to where to go? As self-​proclaimed bra experts, you think the people working there would be helpful in this arena if their store couldn’t supply said needed product. That’s called basic customer service. And furthermore, woman to woman, help me out, I need bras! Now, I’m just pissed. This place is a joke, how are they still in business with this type of service model?
I went home with my size, which I think was my size again, she kept trying to confuse me… and ordered a bunch of bras on Bare Necessities (which is a great bra site, BTW). So in the end, I guess I won because I didn’t pay to get my size. I think I was supposed to but I kind of just walked out after she left me to get dressed. Over it. The reviews about the poor customer service and downright rudeness of employees are 100% on point. Should’ve come to Unilocal first. Fingers crossed my online bras fit.

First and foremost, my daughter and I, love our bras we purchased, the customer service is amazing along with the excellent bra fitting service we received. I think EVERY woman should have a professional fitting at Bravo. The representatives concentrate on what fit and works for you instead of sizes. Department stores are not equipped and do not provide the service or options that were available at Bravo. The downside is I wear a 36D or 36 DD and my daughter wears a 38 C and I think they specialize in large, hard to find sizes therefore on two occasions they did not have the bras we were looking for in our sizes. Nevertheless, bravo has led us in the right direction. We will always patronize and refer friends and family to this amazing store.

I was referred to Bravo Intimates by The Wedding Shoppe in Berkley as I’m getting married in January and am starting my fittings this month. I went on their website the Tuesday before Thanksgiving (Nov 24^th), and requested an evening appointment for that same day. They emailed me back and said «they could schedule me a fitting for 2:00pm”(I work till 5:00 on Tues out in Macomb), «or I could walk in at anytime that day». Well, I took them at their word, and immediately rushed after work to make it to Bravo. I got there around 5:25 and they were closed. I realize yes, I was very close to the time that they closed, but I work everyday, and don’t get out of work till 7:00pm on Thursdays (which is their only late night, and only on the first Thursday of the month, I believe). I was definitely a little frustrated as I drove 40 min from work, only to drive another 30 min home, and all for nothing.
On this past Monday («Cyber Mon», Nov 30), I went on their website again to try to get another bra fitting, (and I needed to get in this week, due to my first wedding dress fitting being next Tues, Dec 8). I saw that they had a deal where you get a «gift card», $ 70 for $ 100 worth of product, so I bought it. They were mailing the gift cards out, and on Wednesday (Dec 2), I called to schedule an appointment for Friday, since I had the day off. I talked to Lou, and said that I need a fitting for my wedding undergarments, and also asked about what I would do if I still hadn’t received the «gift card» in the mail by Friday. Lou assured me it would be to me by Thursday and made me an appointment for 10:30am on Friday (Dec 4).
On Friday, my «gift card» still hadn’t come, but I didn’t feel worried as I had personally spoken with Lou over the phone. When I got to Bravo, I went in, and wasn’t sure what to do. They told me to sign in and they would be right with me. I had a lady with dark hair help me, and she measured and fitted me and found everything I needed. Very helpful! There was also another lady with blonde hair who I talked to, who was very kind as well. So far, great experience with Bravo’s employees! I went to purchase my things, which was over $ 250 worth of merchandise, and Lou was at the register. I reminded her that I had talked to her earlier in the week, and how I hadn’t received my «gift card» yet. (I’m sure you all are wondering by I keep putting «gift card» in quotes, and I’ll tell you why in a bit.) She wasn’t sure what to do, but was able to look me up in a handwritten binder, full of the only 250 names that were able to buy the «gift card» on cyber Monday. She told me she wanted to wait for a manager for assistance, but she was busy at that very moment, so Lou started helping the next customer. Well, not a few minutes later, in comes who I correctly assume is the store owner, walking in, her (very adorable) puppy by her feet, bursting in the door and roaming the store. Lou asks Rebecca, the store owner to come help me. I explain my situation again to Rebecca, stating I had not received my «gift card». She told me there was nothing she could do for me, except put my things on hold, and have me come back with this «gift card». I told her I was more than willing to bring in the «gift card» at a later date, if she just gave me the $ 100 off right now (I’m sure they are worried about me trying to get 2 discounts). She told me she could not do that and she physically needed this «gift card» in her hand. I politely explain now, that I had personally talked to Lou earlier in the week, because I had thought this may have been an issue, but that Lou had assured me I would be fine and scheduled me purposefully on Friday. Rebecca told me that they had trouble authorizing the credit cards, and that the «gift cards» were mailed later than they had expected. I explained, «This is your store’s mistake, and you need to make it right.» Not only did Lou schedule me for Friday, saying I’d be fine, but the store admitted to sending out the «gift cards» late. Rebecca loudly said that it was not the stores mistake, as if to embarrass me, and said there was absolutely nothing she could do unless she had this «gift card» in her hand. I had my things placed on hold and left the store in complete disbelief! What poor customer service, and coming straight from the store owner herself!
Well, I drive the 30+ min back to my house, yet again with nothing in my hand. Low and behold, the «gift card» had just been delivered. Not only was it just a piece of paper, with my handwritten name on it, there was no UPC or anything to scan on it!
Yesterday, I made the 40 min drive back to Royal Oak to pick up my things on hold. The nice blonde that I had spoken with was at the register. All she does is cross my name off of that handwritten binder they had looked me up in the day previous! Are you kidding me?! I will never again spend any money to support the owner of this company, and will go to Harp’s in Birmingham next time.

Poor salesmanship– I went with my friend yesterday because she needed a good bra and I loved getting mine at Bravo. I’m a hard to find size so I figured they could probably help her find what she needs. While we were there they only tried one bra on her and she said she was looking for something with a thicker band because she wanted her sides/​back to be smooth and not squeezed creating her skin to pop out. Rather than trying a different style on her they told her she should exercise more if she doesn’t want that. When we got out to the car she started crying. Who does that?! She just lost a ton of weight and people are all sorts of shapes and sizes. That’s why we go to specialty bra shops! And we trust the sales people to be non-​judgmental. Figuring they see different types of women all of the time (also, my friend isn’t large, she is just wide in the band area and curvy). I used to only go to Bravo but won’t be anymore. My friend is such a sweet person, and it broke my heart to see how they made her feel.

It’s unfortunate that I am having to write this negative review since I have been a long-​time customer of Bra-​Vo but my recent experience with this store has compelled me to tell my story to others before somebody else falls into the same disheartening scenario I did. First of all, I want to say that I am a huge supporter and advocate for local, small businesses. Having been a business owner myself, I understand and appreciate the hard work, dedication and risk that can go along with running your own company, however, with that being said, I believe there is also an extraordinary opportunity to provide exemplary customer service when owning your own small business because you have the rare chance of being able to connect and interact with your customers on a very direct, personal one-​to-​one level and nothing is MORE personal than shopping for undergarments and I have to say Bra-​Vo and specifically the owner, Rebecca, have COMPLETELY DROPPED THE BALL ON THIS! I don’t shop at any of the big box stores for undergarments because I desire a customized, quality fit. I also struggle to find undergarments that fit me properly due to the fact that I am a large chested girl (particularly after having had two children) and it always helps to have someone who can offer expertise in this area. Since becoming a frequent customer of stores like Bra-​Vo, I have also come to willingly accept that quality doesn’t come cheap and have always been more than happy to pay at least $ 50-​$ 100+ for one bra/​item no problem. But with that quality price, I also expect the best and with proper care and maintenance, I expect the garment to last for a reasonable amount of time. So earlier this summer, when I was coerced into paying close to $ 150 for a Panache Balconnet swimming tankini (this was the purchase of just the top, not the bottom) I expected it to last longer than one short swimming season! The owner, Rebecca, insisted this was the suit for me but it started to completely fall apart after wearing it for only 3 months! The «supportive» straps were unraveling and the full coverage fabric covering my chest and the sides of my abdomen was stretching out excessively losing their compression feature and becoming practically translucent (in the right light you could literally see through my bathing suit)!! There is no reason this bathing suit should have been falling apart in this manner and so soon after buying it, too. The result of this situation was caused by one of three things: this particular suit was defective, the quality of their products in general are extremely lacking, or the owner at Bra-​Vo did not size me correctly and sold me a suit that wasn’t a proper fit (but I wouldn’t know because she wouldn’t ALLOW me to try anything else on, not even a different size)!! Regardless of the cause, I definitely did not expect the unbelievable MISTREATMENT I was given when I politely called them about the issue initially and then brought the suit back into the store to show them the damage in person. I was treated as though I was a dishonest CON-​ARTIST trying to swindle a new free bathing suit from them! They didn’t seem to care that I have been a regular, loyal customer and have literally spent hundreds of dollars on their merchandise over the years. They accused me of purposely abusing the garment! Seriously?!? Why would I do that? Absolutely ridiculous and OFFENSIVE, especially since I really liked the bathing suit. It seemed to fit great, looked great, provided necessary support and I paid good money for it so I was really bummed out when it started falling apart! It was also clear that there is some contradiction with regards to endorsing the products they sell. On the one hand, they speak very highly of the products they carry and vow to stand behind them (especially when you are in there shopping and they are trying to make a sale) but on the other hand, if ANYTHING happens to go wrong with that product (at no fault of the customer), they completely absolve themselves from the situation and offer no sort of assistance whatsoever! And BOY ARE THEY RUDE!!! No apologies, no empathy! Their motto is «THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG»!! I told them I couldn’t BELIEVE this is how they treated their customers and I made it clear something needed to be done, so they finally begrudgingly offered to send it back to the manufacturer for review. I dropped the suit off in early September, almost two months went by with NO UPDATE, finally this week I received a package direct from Bra-​Vo with my old bathing suit crumpled up inside with a generic note stating the item did not qualify as defective. I called the owner again (who again was extremely rude) and informed her I will no longer be shopping with them anymore, I now question the quality of the products they sell and I let them know I would be writing this review and not shockingly her response and attitude to all of this was simply «WE DON’T CARE». Wow. Just wow.

I’ve been wanting to go to Bra~vo for years, but silly me I kept putting it off. Finally I made an appointment to have a REAL fitting. I went in tired, in pain from a terrible headache, and emotionally drained after a couple horrible weeks of scary ups and downs. Standing in front of a stranger having them measure your chest isn’t comfortable, and I really wasn’t up for it. I worked with Ammie, who was wonderful. Her professional attitude, measuring and making it routine (not strange) and her picking out the perfect bras for me without my having to pour through the many options they had, was exactly what I needed. If you are someone who likes to shop, they have tons of undergarments to peruse. That just isn’t me. I enjoyed having her make choices that I didn’t even know I wanted or would have chosen for myself. I actually wore one of the bras out of the store. Five minutes after putting it on my headache, back and neck pain were gone. The bra was so comfortable I started to feel relaxed. I also learned the proper bra selection protocol and bra maintenance which I will now incorporate.
Anyone needing a bra (or any type of intimate apparel) needs to shop here. The prices are the same as if you went to any other place to purchase a well made undergarment (I’m not talking Target or Walmart quality bras), and you get personal service with a large selection for any size & body type. Its well worth the trip to Royal Oak to visit Bra~vo! Thank you Ammie!

I LOVE Bravo! This is the first bra store I’ve ever been to that I felt fitted me properly. As a large busted person, I have few options for purchasing bras in-​store. Typically I go to Lane Bryant during their ‘semi-​annual buy two, get two free bra sale’ because it’s be best deal someone with boobs like mine can hope for.
With LB I would get (improperly) fitted and leave purchasing a bra that is definitely too small bust wise, and not going to hold up band wise. When I finally discovered Bravo, I leaped for joy. During my my multiple trips, I’ve been sized accurately each time and left in a comfortable bra that fit well.
Bravo is a bit expensive. I’ve found that I typically pay entered $ 60 and $ 80 per bra, but it’s worth it in comfort alone. As per usual larger sizes don’t have the variety that smaller sizes do. Despite that, I usually have a few choices so I don’t always feel like I’m stuck choosing between «sexy» leopard print, white, and white people nude. I do, however, have a hard time finding low cut bras that I’m able to purchase (and suffer through wearing) at Lane Brynat. I don’t know boobie science, but I’m pretty sure it’s possible to make low cut bras for large breasts. That isn’t Bravo’s fault, I’m sure — it’s difficult to find low cut bras in my size anyway. But, I digress.
Bravo is great! I refer all my friends (they have a great referral program), and I plan to keep shopping here.

After driving by Bravo for the last several years, my BFF and I finally went in. She is getting married and we both needed undergarments for our dresses. Rebecca took excellent care of us. After a quick measurement she put me in a perfect fit. I never knew I was a JJ cup! Not only did «the girls» look great but I looked slimmer — all because of a proper fitting bra. I was so happy with how I looked I bought 5 new bras (all of my old bras are going in the trash!). My BFF and I couldn’t be happier with our purchases. I will be buying all of my bras from Bravo! The ladies at Bra-​vo Lingerie are the best at fitting and finding the perfect Bra. I have been a customer for years but when I brought a coworker in for a fitting the magic happened once again. Her sigh of aahhh when she was PROPERLY fitted could be heard outside of the fitting room. Of course I told you so had to be said… lol. Ladies of Bra-​vo please keep doing what you do best! Another satisfied customer has left the building!

As a J cup, very happy to have myself be properly measured. I cannot remember her name now, but she did a great job measuring me and picking out bras, and giving me tips that I had not known before. She told me when a bra didn’t work or look right, and I was in near tears of happiness to walk out of there with a bra that provided me proper coverage. I spent years wearing bras that were too small or with no support because I felt that was my only option. It feels strange to be able to lay on my side or bend down without spilling partly out of my bra for two days now. My large and in charge girls go in, and stay in. So thank you very much, Bravo!
Only slight downfall was the lack of privacy. I’d be left to try on a few bras and she would just burst through with no warning, and almost me topless to the guy delivering delivering lunch (not intentionally, but still). However, I will be going back always. I look great in my new bras! First time saying that in my year 26 years.

The customer service that I received was friendly and helpful, and I’m always down to support a local business. I just visited this store today, and did end up buying a bra that works for me. With that being said, their selection of smaller sized bras was EXTREMELY limited. There were a total of 2 bras in the whole store that were a size 34A or smaller. Luckily, one of them fit very nicely, but I can’t say that I’d recommend this store to anyone who’s around my size.

I rarely post reviews unless I receive truly exceptional service and at Bravo, I did! I was apprehensive (to say the least) about shopping for a long line bra to wear under my wedding dress, so after waiting until basically the last minute before my first fitting, I went to Bravo based on the positive reviews.
I shouldn’t have been worried at all! I didn’t have an appointment, but I was shown to a dressing room after a short wait. My salesperson was extremely personable, knowledgeable, helpful and sensitive to my concerns. Not only did she properly fit me for my bridal lingerie, but she also helped me find new properly fitting bras for everyday wear.
I was so encouraged by how positive my visit was and excited by the huge array or sizes available. Thank you, Bravo, I will definitely be back and you have my strong recommendation.
Updated to add: I returned to look for some items for my honeymoon. The staff was once again attentive, informative and helpful. I will never shop for lingerie anywhere else!

Ladies, I can assure you that guys have the same problem that you do. As a guy, it took me nearly 45 years to learn that its worthwhile to spend a few extra bucks on good underwear that gives the right amount of lifting and separating. If your boyfriend or hubby is grouchy, treat him to a good pair of underwear, or better yet, convince someone to open a Bro-​Vo.
But in this case the ladies have figured it out first, and my Mom and I made a quick trip in to Bra-​Vo Intimates today for her first real fitting. She’s 73 and had been given a recommendation many years ago by a department store that seems to have gotten it all wrong. The sales staff at Bra-​Vo suggested she reduce her chest size by several sizes, and increase her cup size for a better fit. Sure enough, Mom says the new fitment is nearly like wearing nothing at all. I would typically use the word «perky» to describe her personality, and not her figure but the word fits on both counts today.
The staff was great, and somewhat surprisingly to me, there were other guys in the shop waiting for their spouses to be fitted. We chatted about home construction, alligator wrestling, and other very manly things while the ladies figured out the right bra construction to get the job done. Okay, maybe we didn’t talk about alligator wrestling, but don’t be afraid to bring your spouse… he’ll figure out a way to zone out.
Lastly, I’ll never feel guilty about spending $ 15 – 20 for a good pair of briefs again… a good bra can be WAY more expensive! I don’t know if their prices are par for the course, but considering that we received 45 minutes of individual attention on something that has long-​lasting benefit, it all seemed reasonable to me. More importantly, they had her size in stock (they have more than 7,000 bras in inventory), and will call Mom when the other colors she wanted arrive in stock.
Overall Mom and I are very happy with the experience she had there, and we’ll be suggesting it to her sisters. :-)

I had been recommended to try this place and so glad that I did! I had been at my wits end trying to find a good quality bra to fit. After 3 months of washing bras and panties that I purchased I am happy to report that the quality is top notch. Will be back soon! Thanks Bravo!

Bra~vo is the best women’s boutique I have ever been to. All of the women know how a bra is actually supposed to fit and will do their best to find the right one for your size and shape. My mother and I have been loyal patrons for over 8 years. We brought my sister in when it was time for her too. Now that I live out of state, I just call up the Bra~vo Ladies and they ship me exactly when I need.
You will not find a better fit anywhere.

Like many people, before going to this store, I checked the Unilocal!reviews first. I’m so glad I didn’t listen to them, because I’ve had nothing but a good experience with Bra-​Vo Intimates!
I’m a busty lady already (DD), and when I got pregnant, my chest grew so large I didn’t even know what the sizes were anymore. I have problems finding my bra size at most other stores to begin with, and now with these new astonomical proportions, forget about it. I had to go specialty.
My first experience was a positive one. The staff was very knowledgable and helpful, and I walked out with two bras that actually fit. They advised me to return a few months later to get fitted for a nursing bra, which I did. I had another great experience, even though my bras needed to be ordered.
I ended up having my baby before my order arrived in the store. In the excitement of having a baby at the house, I kept forgetting to call and inquire about my order. However, the staff came through once again and mailed my order to my house when it arrived so I didn’t have to go out in December with a newborn. (Note: This is without me even having to ask or request a shipment… they just took it upon themselves and did it.)
I will definitely be back in the future, and would encourage others to use this shop. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there is sometimes a long wait to see a consultant, even with an appointment. I still don’t mind waiting, because they take their time and treat each customer like they are the only one, but just a heads up if you have other plans to get to.
And yes, the bras are expensive, but no more than you’d pay at other lingerie stores. It’s worth the cost.

Ignore the negativity, ladies! This is a great store!!!
I have been shopping at Bravo Intimates since 2008. Rebecca will always get my business! There is a reason why this store has been voted best in Detroit – Rebecca and her team are knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. This team will get you into a bra that will fit properly and last you for a long while (if taken care of properly). Unlike mass market lingerie stores, you are measured and fitted in a garment that works for your body type. You are constantly checked on while trying on bras and I’ve never left the store in a garment I was unsure of. Your girls will thank you. Ignore the negative and stop in! This is store is bra nirvana!

So the girl who shoved me into a 30 before I was ready is gone. Good, she wasn’t as friendly as she should’ve been, nor understanding when I told her the bra hurt.
I popped in today on a whim because I already know my size and figured they’d have some for me to try on (I prefer to size myself as I have a fleshy and flared ribcage and sometimes fitters like to put me in bigger bands than I like). I do wish there were a few more options, but I was pleased that they had several.
I am also really pleased to note that they now carry J cups and a few 28 bands. You do not see 28’s in many places– even Nordstrom doesn’t have any in store, only online. It was a pleasant surprise. 28s are much more common than people realize because there are many small women, but until more are fit properly, purchasing 28s for your boutique is definitely a gamble. I completely applaud them for adding some to their store. Hopefully at some point they will also add some bigger cups (I saw a couple 28Es&Fs).
Today everyone was super nice and helpful. It was busy so I did have to wait, but I didn’t mind. Delilah (the doggy) was very into the pettings she was getting, so that was distracting me from the wait (and I wasn’t in a hurry anyway).
I am also pleased that they have so many choices of bathing suits. Tankini’s, one-​pieces, and bikinis. I am already entirely outfitted for this summer, but I checked them out anyway. Ladies, they carry the turquoise version of Freya’s Fever, which is super flattering (I have hot pink & red).
As far as brands go: They carry the usual. Lots of Panache, Freya, Elomi, and Chantelle (there’s probably more, but I usually don’t pay attention to the labels that don’t make my size).
Overall, today was a much better experience. As I mentioned, I did not get fitted because I am well versed in bras/​fitting and knew my size going in.

Like every lady, I like to make sure that that my, ahem, «assets» have the proper foundation. And because I do everything that Oprah tells me, I sought out an undergarment store in my area that would fit me properly and offer me some solid choices in the over-​the-​shoulder-​boulder-​holder department.
So I made my way to Bravo Intimates in Royal Oak. I was lucky it was a snow day, and there was one other customer in there aside from myself.
I got attention immediately from a salesperson. She was informative and provided me lots of different choices.
But here’s the thing — she wasn’t friendly or nice.
And at the very least, when I am topless in a fitting room with a complete stranger, vulnerable with my ladybits exposed, I would think she could at least be cordial. I mean, if you’re working in a intimates store, shouldn’t you have a shred of empathy for the customer experience?
So I will give Bravo a 3 star rating. Because aside from being a crankasaurus rex, the saleslady was at least knowledgeable about her product, she gave me alot of options and I was very happy with the way the bras fit me.
I wound up spending $ 300 on four bras. Like I said, I was happy with the product. And I didn’t care about spending money on something that worked for me.
However, as I was checking out, I noticed some swimsuits. I wandered over to look at them and asked about the different styles. She flatly informed me that they didn’t have any in «my size.» (Which was odd since it was the same manufacturer as some of the bras I purchased). I asked if they could be ordered. Cranky pants told me no. With that, she rushed me back to the register to complete my sale.
You know what? That’s cool. I’m a lady in my 30s, I have no time to be body shamed and I’m proud of what my momma gave me. I went to Bravo to be fitted and to come home with some bras that suited my assets. In that respect, mission accomplished.
Funny story, though. I went online, and guess what — I found the same bathing suit on Amazon and Nordstrom in my size! So Bravo saleslady, you just lost a $ 200 sale because you were crankypants.
Bottom line — small businesses need customers like you and me to survive. Maybe I’ll try Bravo again and hope for a more personable salesperson. Or maybe I go elsewhere and hope for a more pleasant experience. There’s always Harps in Birmingham. Or my BFF, Nordstrom, who always delivers.
