Acierno Denise DDS

After moving, it was necessary for me to find a dentist new my new home. I had only ever seen one dentist my entire life so I was nervous but Dr. Acierno and her staff made me feel at ease and were very helpful in educating me on what was showing up in the x-​rays. I would highly recommend this office! And hey, they have a great treasure chest of goodies to offer their clients, which is always a fun bonus!

I have to be honest, all the work she has done on me has fallen apart. I know at least two other people who say the same thing, whether it’s a crown, cap, or filling, it will fall off or crack if it’s done here. The superstar salesperson persona will fool you at first, but then you’ll realize they are strictly there to get more business, not promote your health or well-​being. If your filling falls apart or your crown falls off, they get paid, remember that. Also, I had to reschedule an appointment twice due to a death in the family and was told I was put on their «blacklist,» meaning I can’t book an appointment in advance; same-​day only. Nice. I guess my Aunt Janice’s death wasn’t profitable for this establishment. Thanks, Dr. Acierno, after padding your pockets upwards of $ 6,000 over the last several months for dental work, then dental rework, then one more time, we had to employ another Dentist to not only pick up the pieces of your dental work, but drill them out and refill them as well.

Dr. Acierno and her staff provide quality, friendly and efficient dental services. I have gone to Denise for years, and now that I live out of state as a student, I still go to her practice for all my oral health needs. An upscale, state-​of-​the-​art office with knowledgable hygienists and staff makes for a high-​quality and virtually pain free visit to the dentist. Highly recommend if you’re live in metro Detroit and looking for a new dentist.

I have lived all over the U.S. and abroad, and can say –without hesitation-​that you will not find a better dentist and supporting staff anywhere! Dr. Denise has been my personal DDS for many years, and when we lived in the area, my entire family was well-​served and cared for at the highest possible levels of professionalism, friendliness & quality. Especially great with families w/​kids, teens & young adults! Quaint & easy-​to-​get-​to RO location, park in structure @ 5^th & Layfayette (free for 2hrs).

From the moment you walk in this place, you feel welcome and completely comfortable! Dr. Acierno actually greeted me at the front desk. She is incredibly friendly, as is the entire office. She was extremely flexible in scheduling and the office itself is very relaxing and offers modern amenities (paraffin wax treatment is a plus!).
I’ve been searching for a general dentist for sometime and after a referral from a friend, I’ve found a business I’m happy to patronize and refer friends and family to.
