Ate.O.Ate is a food truck out of Roxbury, NY serving the Catskills and beyond a wide variety of fabulous menu items. From great food on the street to full service catering, Ate O Ate has quickly grown into one of the Catskills premier caterers.

From lovingly braised Asian style pork cheeks, to a butternut squash grilled delight, to our famous rueben fritters – our menu changes daily and our catering options are boundless – and always exhibits a seasonal flavor.

We strive to use the freshest ingredients available and use 100% compostable containers, cups, lids, and dinnerware when serving from the Truck.

We serve Vly Mountain Spring Water bottled in Halcott Center by the DiBenedetto Family in exchange for our fryer oil, which will be converted into bio diesel.

We vow to continue to build this business by using local growers, producers, and suppliers whenever possible. And will continue doing everything we can to reduce our carbon footprint while providing great food and service to the Catskill Region. We strongly believe all of this is worth the effort and hope you do too.

We source as much as possible from local farms and producers and serve our delicious and delightful fare using 100% compostable containers and cutlery. We also trade our used fryer oil for conversion into bio diesel – one small step in reducing our carbon footprint.

Rich is a self-​taught chef who relies on quality ingredients and a high level of taste to guide his menu development. His ability to incorporate interesting concepts and textures to traditional comfort food sets him aside from the pool of regional food offerings. Ate O Ate offers full service wedding and special events catering in and around the Catskill Mountains in upstate, New York. Located in the historic hamlet of Roxbury, Ate o Ate offers all levels of catering to accommodate your budget and customized event. From platinum high end menus and service to a gourmet bbq to a casual and fun off the truck event, Ate O Ate is rapidly becoming known as one of the Catskills premier caterers. Ate O Ate was voted number 1 caterer by the Catskill Mountain News Best Service Awards for two consecutive years, and Delaware Chamber of Commerce 2014 new business of the year.
