We arrived with out an appointment welcomed promptly and courteously, we got the truck of our dreams the day we needed it, everything they said was accurate, we could not be happier with the service and product, it was very clean, coffee offered, sales people were cordial… ford f150 amazing. thank you and can’t wait to do business again!

Everyone. I use Unilocal a lot. I did have an issue with D and D but to be honest. Dana did fix the problem and above all he has answered every complaint on Unilocal.A lot of these people hide behind what they write. I don’t there is my picture and either does Dana. Let’s all be fair with this Unilocal thing. Dana has. He answers all your negative posting and he stands by what he sells. I don’t see too many people on here getting trashed and they even answer. Unilocal is for good and bad and I have to say from all I’ve read here Dana has stood up to a lot of bull. Let’s not trash people for the sake of trashing people. If someone stands up then that’s a business I want to work with. Massachusetts has a lemon law. I don’t see anyone using that here so if you buy a car. It’s your job to check it out. If your not happy and the dealer is trying to fix it. Then that’s a good dealer. No one is perfect and not one dealer is either. Dana has done all he said he would do for me. That’s enough for me. You can’t be in business as long as he has and still be in business ripping off people. Come on, get real here people!!! Enough said…

He’s showing his true colors right there! Proving he is NOT the dealer to buy from. Disgusting that a «businessman» would respond with such lies. Backtracking and talking bad about a customer does not make you look better.
Also funny that the car was sold with a new motor, but no proof of it!
If you don’t want customers knowing you don’t pay YOUR bills, bring it up with your toe company.
As you know, it was not a battery/​interior light issue. The battery was taken out and tested as we waited for your response.
I still have the replies if you would like me to refresh you memory of the dates, the SECOND time it does was 2 weeks. The first was within ONE week of registering it. I am sure your confused since you dodged calls and pretended you had no idea who we were when we did get a hold of you.
The payments are up to date, but that’s not any of your business. I’m pretty sure you should be worrying about your own finances.

These guys wasted my time and unfortunately lived up to every negative stereotype associated with used car salesmen. The truck I test drove was a piece of junk all polished up to look pretty. They gave me a line about how the truck had one owner and was well cared for etc. And neglected to tell me that the whole front end was smashed up in an accident a few years prior… found the repair invoiced in the glove compartment. Confirmed my suspicion of why it drove so poorly. Total hassle… take a pass.

This dealership sold me a car that has done nothing but cost me money. The first month I drove it two weeks then the rest it was in the shop. I have spent over 3k in repairs since I bought the thing from these guys. They will tell you it’s fine but there is no way anything is fine with my vehicle. Avoid purchasing any vehicle from this company!
