Alas, they are no more.

Mitrch Mitchell returned to his grandfather’s farm with a love for cooking and for Colonial history. His devotion to both shows in this charming, no frills restaurant. His motto is, «If you have to talk to me, Im not doing my job.»
We enjoyed chili (no kidding) instead of opening salad, then a burger, someone else fish, someone else filet. Pretty good sampling, and all done to taste.
Once you go down a steep flight of stairs, you are eye level with a few rolling hill golf greens and a lush surrounding of New England countryside. And the slightly hilly ride down Dodge Road to get to here takes you through woodsy, new residential areas where people are doing their normal out & about things like raking or running with their dogs.
It’s a very old home feel, with really enjoyable food without pretense.
