I had some serious joint problems after I gave birth to my son. I went to rheumatologist for 4 years. at the same time, I saw different podiatrists and physical therapists. They cannot find any problem and none of the treatment helped much. I joined master Yanyue’s Yi Jing Jin class because one of my close friends recommended it. I have been doing it for 6 months, and the pain has decreased dramatically after couple months. I can once again go shopping without suffering feet pain the next day. I am much healthier now than before. I would recommend this class to people who really want to exercise.

My nephew started attending the youth kunfu class second half of the last year and has been loving every single class. He has been a bit of an ‘active’ kid, after attending the kunfu class, I noticed he started to be more calm and much more concentrating with any activity. He made new friends and have been asking to go to class all the time. The master Yanyue was patient and very attentive to the kids. My sister now also attends the adult class and she enjoys it too.
