My Gym Children’s Rowland Heights

The teacher is good, the place is not big, have lots of toys.
Just for me, very bad experiences, i bring kids attend 2 times, but for personal reason, suddently need to relocation. the new location they don’t have any office, i have to cancel. when i was trying to cancel, i was told i need pay one more billing cycle, and it’s wroten in contract (it’s my fault i didn’t read very careful before). and i have to pay. it’s too expensive for me, one time enrollment fee plus 2 billing cycle fee and just 2 hours already.
i know contract is there, just want to complain not friendly at all.

We just celebrated our son’s 2^nd bday here. We went to a My Gym at another location long ago when our son was still little. Now that he’s more active, we figured we can have his bday at a place where he can go crazy. We hang out sometimes in the area and saw this location. Unilocaled it, and read the great reviews from others who had their kids’ parties here. Let me just say… Gajillion stars for the staff!
We booked our party a little over a month in advance with no issues. We took the latest time slot so we can extend for another hour. Once you book, they email you all their info. They ask you not to show up until 15 before your party. Wow! Really!?! They do the set up and clean up. They offer catering from Baja Fresh (you get 10% off if you’re catering for a My Gym party) and Ono Hawaiian BBQ which are both in the same plaza, but I’m sure you can get your own if you choose to. They have 2 different party packages depending on what you want, but both include My Gym teachers with their activities to keep the kids busy.
We chose Baja Fresh for catering cuz it’s nice and close. Our party started at 4:30, so they were there setting up at 4pm. The hubs arrived at 4:15 and everything was ready! I arrived 5 min later with a tangled mess of balloons in hand and Cherry and Diana took the time to painstakingly untangle what I created. Once the guests arrived, the two of them took the time to make sure the kids are settled and they checked with us when they can start the activities. These two have the patience of saints. Granted there weren’t too many kids, but to command the attention of children 2 – 5 years old (and the «big kids» too) is nothing short of a miracle. Our son was the center of attention and loved it! They had him and the other kids going on zip lines, doing obstacle courses (which I didn’t think my son was going to follow, but he did!), throwing foam balloons (which the adults liked also), and all sorts of fun stuff. My son loves music, so he went buck wild every time the music was on. My family and friends who brought their kids thought it was the best party idea. Even the ones whose kids were too young were able to sort of let them go a little and run around on their own.
We definitely recommend My Gym, not just for kids’ parties, but for kids’ activities. The hubs didn’t know much about the place at first and now he wants to sign up for a membership. Big high fives to Cherry and Diana for creating such a fun environment for our son’s birthday.

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about my daughters 2^nd Birthday. Staff is Amazing! Place is clean! Children from 7months to 10 years old had a blast. A wonderful experience from beginning to end for my daughter, myself and my husband. Worth every penny. I even gave the girls working a good tip. By mid party they had learned almost all of the kids names and had them all engaged in special activities. Everyone asked how I found this place and some said it was the best kid party they had ever been to. Thank you My Gym!

Took my almost two year old daughter to the wad/​gymsters class tonight. Today was our first my gym experience. She loved it. The instructors were so amazing. Can’t wait to take her back next week!

Kids had fun. That’s all that really matters. But this review is for the staff working on 8÷22÷2015. Both Cherry and Diana were great with the children. Very engaged and answered those darn kid questions with humor and professionalism. The birthday party ran smoothly and I saw them hard at work cleaning up afterwards as well. Great job!

We started taking our daughter to My Gym in Rowland Heights first. That was 2 years ago. Now, we are bringing our baby boy there. He’s been going there for about a year and a half now. We love this place! Cherrie and the other teachers are amazing. They are all super patient and friendly, especially with my wild child!
Recently, we had a Ninja Turtle birthday party for my daughter. It was the BEST PARTY EVER! Seriously, all I did was show up to the party, and they took care of EVERYTHING. We ordered food from Baja Fresh (which you get 10% off of when it’s for a My Gym Party). Baja Fresh delivered the food too. Cherrie and the teachers did everything for us – from setting up games to managing the events (play time, dance party, cake-​cutting). I didn’t have to do anything but wait for the guests to show up!
I love how they were full of enthusiasm, energy and straight-​up awesome to all the parents and kids. Our guests were from 6 months to 10 years old, but everyone had a blast. They really focused on making our birthday girl feel special. They even involved the adults. Loved all the games they did.
We also celebrated our daughter’s two-​year-​old party at My Gym, Pasadena with the same guests. All our friends agree – they loved this one so much party!
Thank you so much for making my baby girl’s birthday so special, and being so great with my baby boy!

The facility was amazing! Great obstacles and things for kids of all ages to do.
Staff…not so much. When I came in for my trial class I wasn’t even greeted I had to ask about being part of the class. There was only one teacher that looked like she wanted to be there. One of th teachers (more experienced I could tell) kept giving the new teacher dirty looks like she was doing something wrong. There was no energy or spark.
I don’t recommend this place unless you just want to hold ur kid the entire time and not learn anything educational.

Gotta love this place for your little ones when you need to have them burn some calories while you bond with them! This My Gym is conveniently located right off the Azusa exit/​60 freeway and across the street from Puente Hills Mall of the Back to the Future movie fame! The staff here is second to none and very very child friendly. You can tell that every employee here is energetic and loves being around and playing with kids! I’ve been bringing all 3 of my kids here since they were able to crawl and just recently celebrated a birthday party here for my 3^rd kid! What a great time! Very clean and spacious, set up was easy as pie and my guests all had a blast! All the events were planned specifically to the birthday child’s wishes! My son loves Super Why so we were fortunate to have the Super Why theme during the 2 hour party! They put your child on a sled and pull him along in a circle while they give high fives to all the guests! They also have the place filled with slides, trampoline, climbing wall, balls and playing stations from corner to corner! They love it! So make sure you plan your next private event here or just drop off your children during their date night events! See you here!

We got a *free* try out session from the website so I took my 21 month old. I was super impressed. For the one hour we were there they coordinated quite a few activities with the kids, not too much free play which I appreciated, the teachers/​trainers are so nice and good with the kids, and it’s very clean. We’re signing up to be members.

My son (2 years old) has been going here for over a year and he loves it. He spends the week asking me to take him to My Gym. When he first started he was very clumsy and uncoordinated. Now he runs and climbs with no effort. His coordination is actually advanced for a 2 year old. My niece recently was signed up and she loves it. I highly recommend this place. The teachers are awesome.

We went to a toddler birthday party here recently. We’ve been fortunate to be invited to lots of birthday parties lately, so we’ve had the opportunity to compare and contrast a lot of these types of places. This one stood out to me enough to compel me to write a review. So, what stood out?
First, all of the kids had a really good time. Seems like it should be a given, but it isn’t always. Sometimes the party seems to have no direction and the kids are just kind of wandering around doing their own thing. But not at My Gym.
The girls working the party were super nice, and they kept the party moving at a good pace, by having just the right mix of activities like a short circle /​song time, and then free play time mixed throughout the party.
I was also very impressed by their professionalism. Kids are going to be kids, and a couple of things happened that could have been a major distraction, but they handled everything quickly and discreetly so that the party just kept moving along and no unnecessary distraction or embarrassment was created.
Also, the place was very clean, which is always important when your kids are the age that they constantly touch things and then put their hands in their mouth.
We will definitely plan on going back.

What can I say? Wow! Celebrated my daughters 3^rd birthday here yesterday. Love Love Love this place. The girls working the party entertained 20+ kids for 2 hours straight! Very organized and they helped with the setup and clean up. They sang Happy Birthday to Penny quite a few times which was great.
They made it a very special and memorable birthday for Penelope! on and the place was clean and smelled nice :)

my 4 y. o son luvs this place! teachers are so friendly. they have drop off play programs for certain age groups which is a breeze when i need to do some errands.

This is a great place to take your kiddo for exercise, entertainment, and to learn new skills. The instructors are not as good and energetic as the ones at our home My Gym (we are visiting), but I still consider them to be good. The facility is very clean and well decorated. It’s definitely worth the investment.

Debbe and I just stopped by this place today for the first time. The staff was quite friendly and we had a decent time. Everything was nice and clean. They were not to forceful about making you join, but give plenty of information if you decide to join. All the equipment looked new and clean which is a plus! It’s definately cleaner then the local park for sure.

My daughter loves this place. The owner and her staff are so wonderful with the kids and make their time there truly enjoyable. I like this my gym better than the surrounding ones because it is a bit larger. I also had a birthday party here and my daughter and her friends had a blast and it was so reasonable. The staff did everything including clean up. I would def reccomend joining as well as hosting a brithday party here.

i thought i had written a review about this facility earlier this year and was planning on updating it.
ive been taking my daughter to this location for over a year and she still loves what the facility has to offer. she enjoys all the activities and practice skills they introduce to her. she plays well with all the instructors. infact, at 29 months, she knows all their names.
we have the instructional one hour class a week. and we can also attend all their free play during the week, a total of 3.
i love the facility because there’s plenty of room for all the kids to run, their equipment are both appropriate and physically beneficial to all the kids, and their facility is always well kept including their equipment and restrooms.
the staff are super friendly, have terrific work ethic amongst themselves, the children, and parents. this class has allowed my daughter to explore her physical abilities which in return really enhanced her self confidence in everything she does.
