Me and my boy Big Treece came down here for the Yugio midnight release. We were all cos played out bruh. I was trippin that they didn’t have Battle Toads anymore, they said that they didn’t carry that sh#%. That was some straight bufu man.

Came in at 4pm on a Thursday.
I don’t mind waiting in lines, but I did take notice when the cashier was taking his sweet time ringing up another customer because he wanted to flirt. It was funny to watch him, though.
Three stars, since, in all honesty, this is your average GameStop. It’s small, kind of old, but it has the newer lineup of consoles and games. Not many collectibles, but I don’t mind that. They also don’t carry refurbished phones and other non-​gaming related gadgets. What can be improved is how helpful and lively the staff acts. Seeing the unmotivated staff doesn’t really make this GameStop memorable in any way.
It’s been there forever, though, so it’d be sad to see it go, if it ever does.

Steve or Steven is one of the worse people working here… he lacks in customer service… was not helpful at all. Left me waiting for over 7 min. When I had a simple question that can be answered In 20 sec. Max.

Over the years I had roughly 12 collectors edition preorders where I did not get my rewards points for. I brought this up to their manager and he assured me he would look into this matter with all my receipt in hand. After visiting 3 – 4 times back to their location as well as several phone call to check the status, I finally gave up. I havent shop at any game stop for over a year due to this issue and move on to another company such as Amazon. Fast forward this May where gamestop is the only one that allows preorder for the collectors edition of dragon age inquisition, I decided to give them another chance. Beside having to paid in full, I was assured that whether I chose the shipment to my hours or to the store location, both option would allow my order to arrive on launch day. With this being said, I chose the option to just having it sent to my home. Now in November, not only was my order won’t be arriving on launch day as promise, I would have to wait 5 – 10 business days for my order to arrive, which would had been during or after thanksgiving. I talk to one of their customer rep over chat on their website and she told me there is nothing they can do about that and cannot change the shipment type even though the order has not yet been shipped. I spoke to her manager which ended up in the same result. It was only after talking to his manager that he said he can have someone from the warehouse change the order, but by the time I had move up the chain to speak to this manager, my package has been marked as picked up. The manager I spoke with pretty much sums it up by saying we have just lost the window to change the order and now I have no choice but to wait for the package to arrive. I gave this company a second chance after the whole cheating me out of my rewards points. I will not be continuing my business with them any longer and will stick to bestbuy or amazon as I had been for the last year.

I’ll have to say that GameStop has never given me any problems through my years of gaming. Games are pricy sometimes, but you can always find some good pre owned games it you look hard enough. Good customer service and always coming out with better deals for the trade ins.

This place has a racist owner or district manager and I will NEVER shop here again. Some black or latino people walked into the store and the manager was following them around pestering them because he suspected they were going to rob. After they left I was making a purchase and the manager said to me, «you can never be to sure with those people.» I said excuse me, then he replied «niggers and wetbacks are always stealing from our store so you can never be to sure.» I was so appalled I walked out and said people like you and Donald Sterling should not be considered American. Never again will I spend a penny at Gamestop, especially this one!

Depends who’s working. Some of the employees are extremely nice. Whereas others, aren’t. I’ve had my share of good experiences buying games here. I recommend it. Always call ahead to make sure they have what you’re looking for

This is my go-​to spot to get games and gaming-​related stuff. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can’t ask for much more.

This is my go to place for video games. Last weekend I went here to sell some wii games I will never play again. The guy who worked here asked me when I was going to get the new wii u. I told him that I don’t have money right now. I asked him if the price will go down. He told me that if I wait until after christmas it will be cheaper and the price will go down. He was real friendly like he really cared about his customers. I will always buy and sell games here!

Great service at this Gamestop. In fact, you can expect top notch and knowledeable folks at most of them. Picked up a few items for my nephew. I handed over my PS3 to him and he’s looking to play with something other than basketball games from three years ago. I had a few tough questions that were fielded in a highly satisfactory and friendly manner. Very patient folks. Thumbs up.

I’ve been going here since I was 8 and I still enjoy coming here to this day. The employee’s are super friendly also. I’m probably going to continue shopping here for a long time.

It’s the closest gamestop to where I live. My boyfriend and I come here often to preorder games that we want (: It has a lot of options and there are a lot of used things because I think there are a lot of people who sell their stuff here to get money. Some of the workers are really nice, but some of them are kinda blah. I bought my boyfriend’s new Xbox here and the girl who helped me was extremely nice. My boyfriend struck a conversation with one of the workers who are very nice and they talked for a long time. Boys –_​– so nerdy. Anywho, they seem like they really want to help you and I appreciate that.

Good things come in small packages, thats what my ex used to tell me, jk. This handy dandy Gamestop in the Puente Hills mall area of Rowland Heights seems to have everything you need. Easy access, well organized store, clean quiet atmosphere, lots of parking and a good overall experience.
Well organized separation of games and accessories. The games are lined up by game machine along the wall with accessories and other items at the center. On the North side of the store is the cashier area with gift cards, more items, Wii cards and more; gift certificates in front as well. To the South you will see three demos. I saw three young people playing Wii sports, and two other systems.
It was very refreshing to feel the air from this well-​conditioned room and it was equally refreshing to have a sales associate help me instead of watch me. He asked if I needed help, I said, «Yes, Wii games are expensive. He pointed me to used and discounted Wii games, I will be back for a couple real soon, unless I see them cheaper.
I was in and out real quickly today. When I come back to purchase a used game, a wii card and maybe a joystick I will probably be in and out quickly too, unless I want to bask in thier AC for a while or demo thier games.

i called in to ask what time they closed and they said 9pm. it was 10minutes to 9pm and i said i was on my way! I got there exactly at 9 and they had already locked the door. I was like pleeeaaaasee?! and they didn’t even have the consideration to come to the door and say sorry. they just looked at me and continued closing the register. policy or not, in this economic time you can’t afford to lose any customers and most definitely i will never return to this gamestop ever.
