I went to this office for multiple fillings, and every visit has been pleasant. The receptionist is very responsive with scheduling appointments and reminders. Dr. Chan is very skilled and has a genuinely caring personality. One of my cavities was quite deep, almost reaching the nerves. Dr. Chan successfully filled that cavity and saved me from a costly root canal therapy.
Since Dr. Chan is the only dentist here, this office isn’t open every day of the week. However, that won’t be an issue if you plan a little bit ahead and schedule an appointment. The dentist and staff here are wonderful, and I would definitely recommend going here.

We have been seeing Dr Chan for years, one of my sisters found him when she was searching for a dentist for her son. Best thing she ever did. Since than we have all switched to him.
I moved to the Inland Empire and drive 25 miles one way just for him. My kids now see him also.
He takes his time, explains EVERYTHING to you and somehow managed to pull my 6 year old’s tooth WITHOUT scarring him or making him cry.

I’m not sure what the other guy posted on here is talking about. I called and have such a hard time booking/​scheduling an appointment. The receptionist can’t even seem to speak English right because of her heavy Spanish accent.
this dentist charges higher than average compared to other dentists and makes it such a hassle to get any work done. Find other ones in the area.

Dr. Chan is probably the nicest Dentist out there. He cares about all his patients and won’t lie about giving you expensive procedures unlike other shady places. The staff are friendly and down to earth.
