I was referred here by my primary dentist to get my three wisdom teeth removed under light sedation.
First of all atmosphere was so delightful, it made me feel less like I was in a scary dentist office.
Secondly, the receptionist was so friendly. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to get all three wisdom teeth removed, and she kindly told me why this was the best idea and made me feel better about the impending pain.
Thirdly, Dr. Ho himself is very nice and friendly. He seemed down to earth which helped me to relax before I was sedated. I had a wisdom tooth that was completely sideways facing, and he reassured me it was easy for him to handle.
After the procedure, I got a call from Dr. Ho himself to check up on how I was doing. In the afternoon following the procedure I got another call from the receptionist to see how I was doing.
The entire experience was delightful. I wish Dr. Ho was more than an oral surgeon.

A wonderful oral surgeon.
I had my bottom two wisdom teeth pulled out three days ago (horizontal impaction, YUCK). I had other estimates from other oral surgeons when I decided to go with Dr Ho based on how close I was to home I was and from other Unilocal reviewers.
My appointment was 1:30 PM. Very quick for the consultation, I provided the panoramic X-​Rays that were taken by another oral surgeon office. Dr Ho recommended sedation, advised me of all the post-​op medications and complications, and was very comprehensive in his consultation.
Paid for my operation, and I was in the operating room. It was 2 PM then. An assistant hooked me up with an oximeter and other instruments onto me to monitor my vitals while I was under. Dr Ho administered an IV quickly and I was out in 30 seconds. What I felt like 2 minutes later, I was up and felt gauze in my mouth. I looked at the clock on the heart rate monitor and it was 45 MINUTES LATER. Wow. I woke up with no pain, but a lot of numbness on the lower half of my mouth (presumably to prevent the pain from setting in too quickly.
They had my friend come in and escort me out for my drive out and gave my friend the medication and SockIt gel that I used for post-​op care.
That day, couple hours later, Dr Ho called to check up on me.
An amazing and professional experience for wisdom teeth extraction. Would highly recommend it without a second doubt.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed 2 weeks ago, I didn’t feel a thing during the entire procedure, believe it or not, it was quite wonderful actually. Dr. Ho is a very skilled oral surgeon, after the extraction, there was some bleeding but it subsided within an hour. Once anesthesia wore off, the pain was tolerable, even without the pain medications. The thing that surprised me the most was the minimal swelling on my cheeks. I thought I was going to be swollen and ugly but neither happened, my face just felt really sore. Post extraction recovery was brutal, but that is expected with any surgical procedure. Overall, I had a great experience and i would definitely recommend anyone who is thinking about getting their wisdom teeth extracted to consider Dr. Ho. Thank you Dr. Ho! Much appreciated.

Yes — I am writing this as I am resting and recovering from my wisdom teeth extraction.
From start to finish I was very happy with my level of care from the front office staff to Dr. Ho — beginning to end.
The consult was very professional — showing videos on the procedure and everything that it entails. Then he comes and does the overview of your specific case.
I elected to come back a couple weeks later, and everyone was friendly and calming me down as this was my first time going under and needing anesthesia. I woke up and the extraction was over!
I had no bruising and barely any swelling — nothing like what people say about looking like a chipmunk!
Dr. Ho called a couple hours ago to check on me and see how I was doing — wonderful service and would definitely recommend!

Very professional and patient dr. Brought my son here for his extra teeth. He was very professional in telling him what he will be doing with him in our next visit.

This is my second time here and I chose to do local anesthetic instead of being knocked out. I was worried about it being painful but the staff and dr ho got it done so quickly I was so shocked that, that was it. If you are nervous for your first wisdom tooth appointment don’t be, Dr. Ho will make you feel comfortable.

Friendly staff and very professional. I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted and they made me feel comfortable. They explained everything very thoroughly so that I would know what’s going on and have a fast recovery. If I could, I would definitely get my wisdom teeth removed here again.

Dr. Ho was also very professional and he even called me the night of getting my wisdom teeth pulled just to see if I was doing okay. Great staff and great Doctor! Highly recommend him.

I was referred to Dr. Ho by my dentist for some teeth-​pulling. Getting dental work done is not always the most pleasant experience, needless to mention getting an oral surgery! I was honestly a little terrified before heading in there, but everyone from Dr. Ho’s practice was very kind and patient — and that really helped me to relax. The procedure went well, and the recovery after one week has been speedy so far. During the evening immediately after the surgery, Dr. Ho even personally contacted me to make sure that I was doing okay. Thanks so much for all the wonderful care! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I got my wisdom teeth extraction here & I am sooo glad I did! I was honestly so scared because I don’t do well at dentists. But the girl that was preparing me for it was making me feel so comfortable & was talking to me like I was a friend. It made me calmer & I wasn’t as nervous.
I’m so afraid of needles so the IV was the main thing I was scared of. Dr. Ho put in the IV and I barely felt anything lol. Next thing I know my surgery is done: o
If you need somewhere to go for wisdom teeth removal & you wanna be put to sleep then definitely come here! The place is really clean and the staff makes you feel comfortable. 5 stars :)

The doctor did a good job removing my wisdom teeth. I did not suffer from a lot of pain. The nurses were nice and I was impressed they called me to make sure I was okay. HOWEVER, I was not happy with the receptionists. First, I took the initiative to REMIND them to send me an email confirmation about my appointment several times and I STILL did not receive one. Second, they refused to find out, until the day of my surgery, whether my insurance covers it and how much. I know other dental clinics provide this service so I am not sure why this clinic is making an exception. I made my peace with that, but when I went to the clinic, they took about an hour to determine whether general anesthesia was going to be covered by my insurance… I was left with two choices — pay up or come back in a month after they make a request for approval. Since I already took time off work, I did not have much of an option. But thankfully I called my insurance company to confirm whether anesthesia was covered — the answer was a simple no! So waiting for another month is completely pointless… instead of apologizing to me, both receptionists made me feel i was unreasonable and unwilling to pay the cost… Do I like paying out of pocket for something that may be covered by my insurance??? NO. But if I need to, would I? YES. So the receptionists were not treating me fairly and did not provide good customer services. If this behavior is strictly due to office policy, I hope the clinic is willing to change it. It would be nice to know ahead of time what my insurance will cover on the day of my surgery because the list goes on and on. I simply want to know my options. I rather not come back in a month when I already took time off work. If this office policy cannot be modified for whatever reason… please at least be polite… I rather not be in more pain when I’m already in pain. Thank you.

Had my first ever dental surgery and the staff was so helpful and professional. Felt comfortable throughout the entire time. The Dr was absolutely amazing. Nothing critical to say at all. Thank you.

I just want to say that the staff was great. I took my daughter in today to get her two bottom wisdom teeth pulled it was my first time here I was referred by our dental
Office. The Staff was welcoming, knowledgable, helpful and so polite! Dr. Ho even followed up this evening with a call to just check and see how my daughter was feeling. What great service! My daughter said she loves it and the assistant that helped her today my daughter said «she’s so cool» she liked it here. I will definitely recommend this practice! Quick service and the best customer service!!!

After being referred to Dr Ho by my dentist, I saw him to evaluate me for a tooth extraction and an implant. After having the procedures, I can highly recommend him and his staff.
Dr Ho seems to make an extra effort to explain the work that he plans to do and let you know how things are going during the process. He and his assistants work well together and are clearly very competent and professional. Front office staff are also cheerful and helpful.
Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to trust this office with my oral/​dental care.

My experience with Dr. Ho and his team has been excellent thus far… and I have not even returned for my 7 day follow up yet! As others have said, his dental office is very nice and modern but for me the services they provide definitely outweigh aesthetics.
The receptionists were both very sweet and helpful especially when dealing with the mix up of my insurance. From what I’ve experienced in the past, receptionists and insurance trouble do not mix well, but they were so helpful and made the check in process so much easier for me.
Dr. Ho was extremely warm and kind, and makes you feel at ease. He takes the time to come talk to you about the procedure being done and explains every step starting from sedation. This was great for me because I was extremely nervous about having 2 of my wisdom teeth extracted, let alone 4 (which we ended up doing). The procedure took about 45 minutes, but since they put you through a process (check-​in, x-​ray, informational video, consultation, payment, surgery) I was there for a total of about 2 hours. It would have been sooner if there was not a mix up with my insurance, but overall I am extremely happy.
I was expecting the healing process to be extremely painful, and I was expecting a large amount of swelling but what I got was the complete opposite. The pain is very minimal, a slight soreness, sort of like what I feel after chewing gum for a whole day (I rarely ever chew gum). My swelling lasted only a few hours after the procedure and by the night/​next morning, I didn’t look like a chipmunk! That is not to say, however, that there isn’t any swelling, there is, but it is barely noticeable, even to my family who see me everyday.
For those of you wondering about the diet restriction… THERE IS NONE! This was the best news for me because I was not looking forward to eating soup for a week! Dr. Ho’s rule is, you can eat whatever you want as long as it doesn’t hurt. Since there was very minimal pain, I have been eating normal food! I did choose to consume mostly liquids for the first 2 days out of fear of getting food stuck in the extraction sites, but that was just me being me and I soon realized that it will not hurt me to eat real food.
They did call me the day after, I assume from reading the other reviews the purpose was to check in on how I was doing. But unfortunately for me, I was so busy I missed the call and did not get to return the call :(. On my 2^nd to 3^rd day after the surgery, I started noticing something at the extraction sites that I thought might not be normal which prompted me to call and ask about it. They let me come in on the same day to have someone look at it to make sure it wasn’t anything serious. I thought this was great because most places would have told me they were booked for the day and just completely dismissed it. With that being said, communication with them is not difficult, THEY ARE ALWAYS ACCESSIBLE TO THE PATIENTS! Dr. Ho even provides you with his own personal number after the surgery just in case something goes wrong during the healing process and you need to speak with him.
All in all, such an amazing experience with a great team! They definitely made my 4 teeth extraction easy to recover from. I would recommend Dr. Ho and his team to anyone looking for an oral surgeon! They are the best of the best!

I came here to have my wisdom’s removed, but before the date of the surgery there was a consultation with how much I would have to pay and what the procedure would be. (So a given amount of how much my insurance would cover and how much I would have to pay was all written out) I agreed with the amount and came back for the surgery another day.
Couple months later I received an additional invoice on top of what I had already paid.
There was also a letter from my insurance company stating «There was no documentation that bone removal or sectioning of the tooth was required in the extraction/​removal of this tooth.» (I remember the doctor stating the removal would be easy and no bone removal was needed)
This place is just shady and a rip off. Stay away unless you want to be scammed

I have my wisdom tooth #16 removed this morning after an unsuccessful attempt by my regular dentist. He is very professional, very efficient, state-​of-​the art equipment x-​ray and such, tools, comforting, fast, painless with not much pulling movements at all, smooth procedure and highly recommended. Staff are very friendly and nice, plus very nice office. I will use him again next time for my family for extraction or other needed. Thanks Doc.

Don’t judge an establishment by it’s Exterior!
Dr. Victor Ho’s Facility is impressively MODERN, COZY, & High-​Tech for a Dental surgery. It looks mom/​pop outside but when you enter you have plenty, clean, seats, modern reception, a flat screen and perfect privacy shades on the windows and entrance door. Its so aesthetically designed you won’t even notice it houses those accordian-​like security gate!
The Receptionists are welcoming and properly inform you of the check-​in process. The dental employees of Dr. Ho are equally kind and reassuring. It being my FIRST time, my apprehension was countered by the helpful answers and info given to me. After a very MODERN style Panoramic X-​Ray, I was led to the room where my consult would begin. Prior to meeting Dr. Ho, they played an informative short video on what to expect pre/​post op and satisfactorily informed me of the procedures and reasons for my type of surgery (Wisdom
Tooth Extraction).
The Doctor was young? Speaks ENGLISH clearly. Very kind and was patient with all my questions and concerns. After payment for service to be rendered was paid, they got me prepped for sedation.
I remember them talking about the Voice show and fell asleep before I could hear them mention a judge’s full name. I woke calmly and thought oh no, I can still hear them, thinking they hadn’t started yet, only to realize it was my boyfriend speaking with the staff on post-​op care!
Super FAST, No PAIN (slight soreness at home) an absolutely HAPPY! I don’t want to have surgeries, but if I need to — I won’t hesitate to COME BACK here!
