History

Established in 2013.

Trusted Heating and Cooling is family owned and operated right here in the Austin area. Trusted was founded on the idea of wanting to be a pillar of refuge for consumers who have been cheated and taken advantage of in our industry. We provide customers with the absolute best experience and value during maintenance, service and installation. We do not take shortcuts! We believe in our craft and in doing the job right the first time. Training and certification is something that Trusted takes very seriously.

100% of our technicians are NATE certified. We hold BPI (building performance) certifications and the owner sits on both local boards for ACCA & RSES.

Trusted stands for everything consumers could possibly want in an a/c service provider. With Honesty, Integrity and Respect branded into our core values and logo, we promise to never put the mighty dollar before great customer service.

We understand that it is you, the customer, who feeds our family and we greatly appreciate that.
