BigMa’s Custom Cheesecakes is just starting out. Basically, a lady makes gourmet cheesecakes out of her kitchen and you can choose to have them delivered or pick them up. The process is pretty simple. You pick your type of crust, your filling, and then pick your topping. I was told that my imagination as to the flavors was my only limitation. I’ve had the key lime, white chocolate strawberry, and the pineapple so far. All have been very, very good. The cakes are thick just like a regular cake(not served in a pie dish). Rich, creamy and dense. A smal slice goes a long way. Prices depend on what you order. The cherry or strawberry with graham cracker crust is $ 30, the Turtle is $ 35 – 40 and the Gourmet Custom orders are $ 50. The cakes are served on nine inch settings and stand about three to four inches tall. She takes special orders for most holidays. The only downfall is that she is not set up for credit cards/debit cards and does not accept checks. So, you have to carry cash for this transaction. Small price to pay for a slice of heaven.
