This was a waste of money, I should have just sucked it up and cleaned the place myself. I got a move-out cleaning service and they left dust on the door frames, the cabinets were still a mess and there were parts of the floor that were still filthy. On the plus side, it was easy to set up an appointment, and easy to pay through Paypal.

UPDATE: Shortly after my experience, I was contacted by the owner Dustin. Sincere apology with offers to fix the situation. Steps were also taken to ensure this does not happen to other customers (yay!), so they certainly listen to feedback and strive to make things better.
My impression of Got it Maid has been changed, and I would be willing to try them again based on their customer service response.

I’ve been using Got it Maid for about a year and couldn’t be happier with their service. Yazmine and her team were always on time and they left my house spotless. They even called to let me know they were finished after each visit. Lisa, the account manager, always sent a reminder via email about my appointment and was always quick to respond if I needed to change my appointment or if I just had a question. The price is reasonable, too, with different packages available to fit your needs. Love this service!

Awesome communication, prompt, professional and thorough cleaning. I emailed on Tuesday afternoon when I learned I was going to have «surprise» houseguests. My house was spotless Wednesday morning!

After my initial review of Got It Maid I was contacted by the company offering to come back and redo the cleaning. The two ladies I had come in today did a great job. The areas that were issues before (showers, stove, dusting) were done very well. I have a very busy schedule and two young kids at home which makes keeping the house as clean as I’d like it a pretty daunting task. Great job on the cleaning.

They were much cheaper than the other options but the cleaning was just ok. I will pay the extra and use another service next time. However, they were nice and timely so I did not have a bad experience… I just need a bit more.

These girls always do a great job! They give you their 100% when cleaning… if you’re not satisfied with something, just let them know, and they will fix it. I’ve been very satisfied with this company… after having tried 4 different other cleaners over the years, I can say that this company is the best so far. They don’t slack off like the others do.
I took 1 star off because of scheduling… there were a few appointments where the girls arrived late because they got overbooked, and I felt that they had to rush through my cleaning time. But other than that, I highly recommend Got It Maid!

I think when anyone hires a maid service for their home, there’s always a lot of finger crossing and breathe holding. I recently called on these guys to help me out with my house, and they did awesome! My 6 yr old’s room was a headache to even look at, and they straightened everything up super well. I would, and have, recommend these guys to anyone needing some cleaning assistance.
