Since 1988 Security Networks has been a leader in residential and commercial security services specializing in the monitoring and maintenance of residential and commercial Burglar Alarms, Fire Alarms, Medical Alert and Video systems.

When I notified County Process Service that I had posted a good review (my first on Unilocal), they replied: «We’ll see if Unilocal filters the review. All of our good reviews get filtered. I’m not sure why Unilocal thinks our good reviews are fraudulent.»
When I checked a week later, Lo and Behold! My review had been removed. Did Unilocal tell me about it? Not one word!
My wife, a Realtor, had a similar experience: «They seem be wary of first-​time reviewers. If your first review is negative then they let you post other reviews, but if your first review is positive then they remove it. The same goes if all your reviews are positive.»
Call me if you are a real person.

I bought a security system from Rayle Security. I had some initial issues with the install date but eventually John Grubbs made it right. Brad installed the 2nd part of my security system and was AWESOME!!! The system still works great and I’ve since added a few other items into the system.
The reason I figured I’d post was I noticed the
weblink expired on 2÷27÷2015 last week. Does anybody else who bought a system from them know if Rayle is still in business or what happened?

I originally gave this business 5 stars because the owner was really great up front… this business has become a problem since.
Unfortunately due to a divorce, i dont even live at the home anymore, and the current resident of the home has replaced the service with another provider.
This company has been continuing to charge for a service that is not being provided. I have contacted my attorney and the owner due to the harrassing phone calls to my family. The owner even came and collected the equipment as if to resolve the problem and yet they continue to bill me for a service that is not even being provided or received.
Very unprofessional people who do not value customer service or satisfaction. If you do business with these guys, just hope you don’t have some kind of tragedy in your life because they dont care. Your house could probably burn to the ground or you have to move for a new job and they’ll continue to bill you and threaten to harm your credit.
I dont have a problem paying for a service that i’m receiving but this is ridiculous. I will definitely be looking elsewhere in the future.

One Saturday afternoon I was greeted by John Grubbs at my front door. I immediately knew he was a salesman and I was glad to hear he was selling home security systems. After a break-​in in our previous home, my wife and I have regularly discussed getting an updated system for our current home. John Grubbs described all the technological innovations and benefits of the system and clearly outlined all the upfront costs I would incur (which was not much). We agreed on the equipment and term of service… John made me a deal I could not refuse.
Shortly after, James and Brad stopped by to install the equipment. They patiently described how each component worked and how to modify every setting.
All in all, I am very happy with my new Monitronics/​Rayle home security system and would highly recommend John’s, James’ and Brad’s service to anyone questioning the safety and security of there home.

Was weary at first; John the sales dude shows up and starts the pitch.
Did a lot of research on BBB, Unilocal,neighbors with the system; it all checks out.
Negotiated a fair price BECAUSE the owner sincerely cares about what kind of insurance discount tire getting, what your needs are, etc. I worked with the Owner and the Salesman to find the exact product for our family and when a tech couldn’t come out at a time convenient for me, THE OWNER installed it instead. (Including a «systems for dummies presentation» for my third-​grade level of technology.
This is an example of a company that really wanted my business. I’ve been texting all night with the owner to ask questions regarding my new cool stuff and he’s responsive and patient.
And by patient I mean «seriously dumbing it down even though it’s Friday night and he probably has a date and is spending his time texting a tech moron» patient.
Would absolutely look into this company if you want to feel safe and do cool stuff from your phone like adjust your thermostat and arm your alarm.

I don’t typically write review’s but I do believe that my experience with this company is worthy of one. After shopping the competition over the past two months I decided to move forward with Rayle Security Networks because of their persistence to win my business. At the end of my two months of shopping the industry Ryle was the only company that consistently stayed in touch through the end and gave me the best deal. Long story short i put everyone through the ringer that wants my business and they got it. I highly recommend this company.
