I give this place two badly painted thumbs down. I’ve been here before and service hasn’t been all that bad in the past. This time I went for the simplest thing, a manicure. Actually, the only reason that I went was to have the gel manicure that I had gotten a few weeks ago removed. For starters it seemed as if they weren’t aware of how to remove the gel(maybe they thought that it the SMS type manicure that they offer there). Once they removed the gel by mechanically buffering it off, she proceeded with the manicure. While shaping my nails I asked them to be a mix of a curvy squared nail… Sadly, some are squared and some are curved… uughhh. When she was done and ready to paint there were still pieces of the old paint left on my nails. When she noticed that I noticed it, she started chipping it off to correct her half ass job. The end product was lumpy clear nail polish… Thinking that my 13 year old cousin could’ve produced a better manicure.

I’m surprised they don’t cringe when they see me coming«Hurry, whip out the potato peeler and chain saw. We gotta haw on those dogs!» But let’s be serious… I’ve been coming here for YEARS and I always regret when I choose another salon over this tried and true gem because their mani’s and pedi’s last the longest hands down! The décor isn’t as beautiful as other places, it’s kinda outdated but if what you really want is pedi that lasts… look no further!

The décor is ok, but every thing after this is tops! I had a mani and pedi(for $ 35). The pedi is one of the best I’ve ever had. My son smudged my pretty toe flower as soon as he saw it. The ladies at the spa were so kind to fix it. The ladies easily laughed with one another, making the atmosphere light and pleasant. I will absolutely go back and encourage others to give them a try as well.
