With hundreds of car dealerships in the area to choose from, it’s the little things that made a difference in my car buying experience. The website included 60+ pictures of the car I bought from every imaginable angle. I had a good sense of what the car would be like even before stepping foot into the warehouse. I also appreciated that the car was represented exactly as it appeared and that there were no surprises. It also helped that their price was extremely attractive for the car I was evaluating.
I was greeted with a friendly smile, offered a drink, and was told all about the features of the car I was interested in. All of my questions were answered in an honest, no nonsense, and professional manner.
When I was ready to execute the purchase, Justin completed all of the paperwork and explained in detail what every page was about. The process took no time at all and I had a copy of all my paperwork in a nice envelope ready to go. As a bonus, I had pre-​approval on a car loan through my bank at Chase… was curious to see what Austin eAutos could do. Not only did they approve me, but they were actually able to beat my rate which meant one less trip to the bank to complete all of the loan paperwork.
At the end of the day, if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle without the typical hassle, Austin eAutos is the place to go.

What isn’t easy to compare across dealerships is the experience. There was no haggling, no up selling and no pressure. Just honest people trying to make sure they run a quality business by making sure customers are happy.
After I bought my car, Brian helped me drive it home since I didn’t have anyone to drive the car that I originally came in with.
Since then, a whole 9 months after my purchase, Brian has since helped me with routine questions, oil changes, tire replacements and minor scuffs that I’ve gotten from the crowded parking lots of Austin. Brian even offered to help me find a loaner car while I was getting my car serviced for a routine check-​up.
I can’t say enough about the whole experience. They’ve won my business for a lifetime!

This was my 2^nd time buying a car from Austin eAutos (Acura and Lexus). It’s low pressure sales 110% (awesome) and they are very fair with trade in and pricing. Gary is a breeze to work with and super responsive. They will probably get a 3^rd sale from me — but I’m enjoying this GS350 F-​sport a little too much so not for a while!

I had a great experience working with Gary at Austin eAutos! He was very patient with me throughout the process. He never tried to pressure me at all and had no qualms about me having my mechanic check out the vehicle. When a possible issue came up during my test drive, he took it very seriously and immediately had it checked out.

Not much to say which is unusual for a car dealer. I found a Nissan Leaf they were selling, saw it was as described, and took it for a test drive. Their offering price was fair and the final price was slightly lower. I traded in a Ford F-​150 and was offered a fair trade in price. They called me promptly when the license plates were in.
It’s so easy to say so many awful things about a car dealership and I don’t feel any of these things apply for these guys. Business was simple, straightforward, and honest.

Great experience and it continued after purchasing my Infiniti. I had picked out a car at Austin e Auto, but my wife wanted us to check out the Infiniti dealer. Gary was calm and understanding when I told him I would let him know the next day.
The dealer would not budge on their price. They were also $ 1,000 less on the trade in value. Their rational was that someone will pay their price. I called Gary and by next morning had bought the Infiniti. Process was quick and easy.
After two weeks the brakes started squeaking. Gary had me come in and I received a loaner while the car was repaired. Week later, same problem. Again i was asked to bring car in and they would provide loaner and have car repaired. All repairs were done at their cost. Per Gary, «That’s what customer service is all about.» So far, no squeaks.
Needless to say they deserve the 5 star rating!!!

Great place to buy a car. Gary and Kim are easy to work with and make the car buying experience easy. We just purchased our second car from them and couldn’t be happier. If you are looking for a place where you will be treated with respect and not have to wait for the sales person to go «talk to his sales manager» to get the right price then this is where you should be buying your next car.

I was looking for a new to me vehicle and had a strict budget. I had my financing in place (and a great rate) with my credit union that was out of state. I knew that the vehicle I was looking for in my price range was going to be difficult to find. I did a lot of research and went to several dealerships that basically told me that I wasn’t going to find what I wanted, I needed to use their financing because out of state financing was a huge pain and so forth. I was starting to think I was never going to find anything. Then I stumbled across Austin eAutos.
The vehicle I found was already priced under NADA and was in pristine condition. It was also over my budget. I read on their site that no question was out of bounds, so I spoke with Gary, and told him my parameters. He was confident that we could work something out. I was still skeptical.
I told my friend with me who used to work for a dealership and she agreed, this seems too good to be true, especially for a smaller dealership. So she went with me to meet Gary and test drive the vehicle. We were both blown away.
Gary was able to get me the exact price I wanted and there was no pressure to buy, no hassle about my financing, and was upfront and honest about some very minor things on the car as well as all the work that had been done to it. He printed all the info for me without me even having to ask! The carfax was listed right on the website, so I knew ahead of time it was good to go!
Gary wasn’t there when I went in to sign all the paperwork, so I did that with Kim, who was also great! Gary called me later in the day to ensure I was happy and that everything had gone smoothly. The whole process was quick, easy, and without stress.
I can’t adequately describe how different this was from any other car buying experience I’ve ever had. These guys are honest and will put you in a great car that fits your budget. Your satisfaction really IS their number one concern.
I’m moving from TX in January, but I’m keeping Gary’s card, because I would definitely buy from them again!

I can’t say enough good things about my recent car purchase through Austin e Autos! They had plenty of cars to choose from in the model I wanted. They sent my husband and I out for a private test drive on a Monday afternoon. I came back Tuesday evening, delivered my trade in and drove out soon after with my new car! They offered a great deal on my trade in, terrific rates on financing and Gary could not have been more pleasant to work with. I have told everyone I know to look there first before going to a traditional dealership that plays games with pricing and financing. The price I paid for my 2014 Lexus IS250 was better than the Plano Lexus or San Antonio Lexus dealerships were offering. And if they don’t have what you want on the lot, Gary will try to find it for you. You cannot beat their customer service. I will definitely come to them first for our next car purchase!

I love these guys!!! I’m in sales and I loathe having to purchase a car. Best car shopping experience I’ve ever had. They understand how people feel about the car shopping/​buying experience and have a business model set up to provide people the best cars at the lowest price. I even tried to go through Costco to for the year model Lexus I wanted. I shopped for a week and no one, not even the Lexus dealer could beat the deal or come close to what they offered. There was no pressure at anytime to purchase. I will buy my next car from them. They even delivered my new car to my home for me. Now that’s service… Thank you Gary, Kim and the whole team.

I have recently purchased my Audi A6 from this dealership and I have nothing but goo d things to say about this bunch of absolutely fantastic and professional folks. I have been looking to a buy a car for sometime now and visited ‘n’ number of dealerships to buy a car of my liking and at all these dealerships I faced of lot of pressure to buy a car of salesman liking rather then focusing on my choice.
But am I glad I found this little place in RR, the minute I walked in I knew this wouldn’t be a typical dealership kinda place. When I got there, I was greeted by Gary and was personally taken around the warehouse and shown the car, he was pleasure to deal with him. Gary was so easy to work with and he gave me a overall description of the car and just handed me the keys to go for a drive (ALL BY MYSELF), I have to say I absolutely loved this, it was just me and the car for me to examine its performance in absolute peace and do not require to small talk with the salesman as I was taking it for a test drive.
They made all the process so easy and understandable. I want to make special mention of the owner ‘Brian’, and want to thank him for all his insight about the car that he passed on to me and the way he was handling my car even after it was sold to me was absolute pleasure to watch. He handled it as he would handle his own car with so much of care.
I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for hassel free environment in buying a car. I wish you guys all the luck for you future expansion.

Bought a BMW 535i tonight. Best car buying experience. Easy to work with, straight forward and honest guys. Mr. Coen got us in and out quickly. Very happy. They had great selection. I was shocked how nice used cars could look but everything they had really looked like new. Very happy.

This is my first ever Unilocal review, which should speak for itself. Like other reviewers, I can easily say this was the best car trading/​buying experience I’ve ever had. The offices were clean and comfortable, the staff couldn’t have been nicer, and the inventory was great. Plus, I got a great deal – much better than what the Audi dealerships I spoke to were offering me. Austin eAuto priced the car I was trading in at least 1500k higher than what the dealerships offered, and the car I traded it in for – despite being a better option than what the Audi dealerships had– came in around 3 – 4 (maybe even 5k) lower than how everyone else was pricing theirs. The entire transaction was pleasant, easy, and all around fantastic.

I started researching what I wanted for my next car about six weeks ago. I’m a software engineer, so I don’t do anything the easy way. This really translates to driving my wife nuts as I ponder over and over every aspect of both autos and dealerships for weeks, which is what I did in this case.
I was looking for a very specific used car — an Infiniti G37 Coupe — 2010 to 2012. I found several sedans but only two coupes. One was at Austin eAutos. The other at a major dealership. I had never purchased a used car other than from a big name dealership and in most cases, «Certified» on top of that.
I admit I was a little hesitant in seeing that all the reviews here on Austin eAutos were positive. Having been the social media business before, I’ve seen about every trick in the book for filling your page with stellar reviews. At the same time, I know many tricks for tracking down whether a reviewer appears to be legit or not. After close scrutiny, I felt satisfied that the reviews were legit.
I visited Austin eAutos on a Saturday around 9am two weeks ago. I walked in and was greeted by Gary who is one of the owners. «How can I help you today?». I responded «I got the impression online that this is the place to go if you absolutely hate buying cars.» I got quite a laugh at that, and I think Gary immediately understood where I was coming from in that I usually dislike the whole buying and haggling experience.
Gary had several G37’s and a G25 in stock. I didn’t immediately say which one I was interested in so I could use this opportunity to drive a few to help make up my mind. Gary took a copy of my license and handed me the keys to a couple of them. I am used to the test drive being just part of the sales «experience», with the salesman sitting in the passenger seat and either making me nervous or hard selling me the whole drive. Not the case here. I was free to drive and evaluate each car alone.
I drove the G25 sedan which was the «prudent» model. Then I drove the G37 Coupe which was the one I really wanted. At 47, I decided to go with the vehicle I really wanted this time :) Gary answered several of my questions, but if I wasn’t asking a specific question, he pretty much just stood at the ready … that means no ongoing sales pitch at all.
I came in with a pre-​certified loan, so the closing process was uneventful. I was on the fence about whether I wanted to trade in my 2004 BMW 325CI or to sell it myself to eek out a little more money for it. I let Gary inspect the car and make an offer which ended up being within the range it took for me to make the trade. I was willing to take less than I could getting selling it myself (not a lot less) in order to avoid the hassle of everyone and their brother coming to my house to «test drive» the car.
I’d also like to mention Kim (hope that is spelled correctly) who actually closes the deal, handles financing, etc. In similar fashion to Gary, she made the experience painless and pleasant. I had read here that there would be no heavy up-​selling and such, and again this proved to be accurate. There wasn’t a list of a dozen other «items» presented to be tacked onto the loan like I had seen many times before at other dealerships.
A few days after purchasing the car, there was one standard maintenance item that I couldn’t determine whether the previous owner had completed within a certain mileage or not. I emailed Gary and asked if he could find out for me. I just wanted to get the mileage when it was completed if possible. If that couldn’t be determined, I fully expected I would just have the item completed myself. Instead, Gary asked me to just bring in the car and he would complete the item himself, no charge, so we could be sure. Try that at any other dealership — I bet your results «will vary».
In closing, I hope the next car that anyone in my family purchases will be from Austin eAutos. I can’t give a stronger recommendation than that.

I absolutely love this dealership, and have officially purchased my second automobile from them! They are a locally owned, showroom dealership who have an excellent selection of loaded imports (and domestics) in exceptional condition. If you’re someone who is weary about buying used like I was, I highly suggest this place. I bought my first MINI Cooper S from Justin back in 2011, and a MINI Countryman S ALL4 from Gary this year– both excellent. This is a no-​push, haggle-​free dealership where you will *never* feel like you’re being taken advantage of. I feel truly great about doing business with these guys, and recommend Austin eAutos to anyone buying a car out of Austin/​the surrounding area. Your expectations will be exceeded, and you will drive away in quality vehicle that you love :)

I bought my first BMW from these folks. They are a small team of well versed individuals who know their job really well. They have a small set up up north, which does not show up on your car’s GPS but its there ;) They deal in luxury cars mostly and care about your cars [well eventually its yours], so they park them indoors. I still remember the first day when I walked in, say like a month and a half ago and I felt very welcoming! I was out on a spree to buy my first car, I was very excited but scared at the same time.
I really appreciate how Gary tackled my inquisitive yet stupid questions and answered them all. Like really, I have been unreasonable and have asked for a discount of $ 6000 ;) but he never lost his mind, he treated me well and explained its a small business and they are into making your car buying experience as exciting and haggle free as they can. Believe me, they are committed to just that.
I have been to various dealers, but the car collection that Austin eAutos has, is not comparable. They seem to take extra ordinary measures to pick the best cars in the market so that naïve people like us can get them at a really good price. The cars are at least $ 3000 cheaper compared to the same spec car at another dealer.
Buying experience: Gary went to extraordinary measures to give me a take-​it or leave-​it deal. Yes you have a scope of negotiation, all you got to do is ask! Brian is an amazing person too, he explained all the details in the car when I was getting it delivered. He literally ran through the manual when he didn’t know about something which I really appreciate as he didn’t give any B/​S. Brian made sure I was happy before I left their lot :) Kim does all the paper work, so she is the one involved in making the car legally yours.
You guys rock! Kudos and keep up the excellent work. I wish to buy more cars from you guys in the future!

I bought a little mini from these guys over a year ago. While my time with the car was limited — finding my next car has been an unusual process.
I look for the car I want — and then I look at Austin Eauto’s website to see if they have it. I really want to buy another car from them because car buying is generally a pain in the ass. Somehow these guys have managed to remove that part of it.
I buy a lot of cars and are hopeful they get in stock something I want — i wouldn’t hesitate to by another one.

At first I was skeptical about Austin eAutos because their dealership is very small, deals mostly in «internet sales» and is a little off the beaten path in Round Rock. However, plenty of people get screwed at big name dealerships and this place had decent reviews and a car I wanted — so why not look?
Overall the experience was GREAT. They were very accommodating with the test drive, stayed open late (all the way up to 7), and treated me well. There was no fuss about my service dog being in their office or joining me on the test drive – in fact, they even gave him a bowl of cold water which was very cool of them (treating him well is an easy way to get brownie points from me).
I can be a pretty forward person and sometimes say whats on my mind with zero filter, so I think that Kim (the rep I worked with) was a little unnerved by that because she seemed slightly rough around the edges. But, hey, I’m not always the easiest person to meet sometimes!
We were able to work together with the owner of the car to come to what I feel is a very fair price. After a thorough inspection (see review for Auto P I) they agreed to fix my taillight and CV Boots without charge and did so immediately. The car looked good, smelled good, and drove beautifully! I purchased the car on a Friday and they had my plates ready by Monday.
I worked with Justin for the majority of my sale and repairs and he was very, very easy to get a hold of and speak to. Justin is also very prompt with paperwork and communicating with my bank/​credit union.
Overall, this is a GREAT dealership, especially for females if you don’t want to feel bullied, pressured, or taken advantage of just because you have a pair of tits.
I am VERY happy with my new truck!
