Went on a weekday and paid around $ 21. They were working on course in some areas so had to play around or skip those areas. Driving range area is fairly priced. Some grass should have been a little shorter than it was. Overall, not bad for price and would return.

The cost of 18 holes is slightly on the steeper end, but they do have Groupon or similar coupons that can knock that price down. The holes are pretty straightforward with its fair share of sand traps and with a decent amount of water around. They have a decent size club house that serves smacks and drinks as is expected from a clubhouse. I’ve never had a bad experience here and it is a decent course to get a relaxing round of golf in.

I’m giving this course 3 stars for the cost to play on a Saturday with a cart is $ 37. As far as the course condition and the way it is set up I give it 2 stars. The holes are kind of gimmicky. The front 9 has lots of water and dog legs while the back 9 has shorter and narrow fairways. I doubt that I would play here again, even if it’s where the guys want to play. It wouldn’t be my first choice. This would be a great course to bring your kids to learn the game. So the bottom line is that I give this course 2 stars which isn’t horrible but I have played much better public courses.

Decent course, but very over priced. The driving range is $ 8 for a medium bucket and $ 14 for a large. No specials. Renwood, it’s Round Lake not Libertyville, relax.
