Called them up today to fix 2 locks at 2 different houses. Neither one was an easy fix. They ran a bit behind BUT I was called on a consistent basis to update me their estimated time of arrival. They fixed both doors and off they went! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

After locking my keys in the car, I was stranded with two children under age 2 on a very cold January day. Unlockit came to the rescue!!! They arrived very quickly and got the keys out very easily… All for a surprisingly affordable price!
Josh B. had a great attitude too, he calmed me down and was very friendly to me and the kids.
Hopefully I won’t lock my keys in the car again, but if I do I know who to call!

I was searching for a company to help protect my firearms and help give me some added security for my work vehicle. I called for a residential lock repair, but they were «short-​staffed» and didn’t know when they could get a technician scheduled. There are many locksmith’s who promise a 24 hour response, but this company does not. Sounds like they do good work, but I’ll never know!

Excellent service both customer (Sierra) and field technician (Carlos). They were prompt, courteous and thorough. My concerns for my moms safety have been alleviated with one phone call to this excellent company of true professionals. It is so nice to know that there still are honest company’s out there with honest employees!

I can’t say enough about how great and professional this company is. Ciara at the call center was very friendly and personable. I was only around the house that same day and she was able to work me into the schedule within a few hours from call. The lock smiths arrived and they were extremely nice and accommodating. They even offered to help me re-​align some of my doors’ deadbolts that were not locking properly, included in their service call fee. Also, when they were finished, they even voluntarily asked me if I wanted them to fix the doorknob spring in an old front door of mine! Lastly, their pricing was competitive and was much lower than the other locksmiths I had called in the area (you even receive a 5% off discount if you mention that you were referred from Unilocal). If you are in need of a locksmith, you must call this company!

Answered the phone right away. Called in advance to let me know exactly when they are coming. Showed up on time. Professional recommendations and good work. Great attitude. Good price. I am a very happy customer.

This review is a little late because we utilized their services in 2011, but I reviewed on Kudzu and not on Unilocal.
My Security Specialist was Gil. Not much to say other than I loved him! Loved his bedside manner, his thoroughness, and how he helped us saved money. We’d had a series of break-​ins in our neighborhood recently and I was on high alert. He installed 2 double cylinder deadbolts on our front and back doors and the StrikeMaster II Pro strike plate which we had already purchased. Price was very reasonable and he re-​keyed all of our locks the same. It’s great to have 1 key that unlocks every door in the house. They have a 5% coupon on Kudzu, not sure about Unilocal.I recommended them to all of our neighbors and everyone was happy with their service.

At the risk of sounding to the Unilocal community like a bit of a broken record, I’ll continue to heap praise on Unlockit.
I had them come out to rekey my home after I recently purchased the property. They were great and flexible with appointment times, and certainly not the 2 or 4 hour windows of other service providers. They gave me an estimate over the phone, which I appreciated. About 45 minutes before the technician was due to arrive, they gave me a call to confirm the appointment and to be sure that my schedule was still free.
I got home, and about 20 minutes later (about 50 minutes after the call) got a knock on the door. I showed the tech the doors which required rekeying, and he set to work. About 20 minutes later, he provided me with a set of new keys to the home, and had everything installed and tested.
Additionally, the technician noticed a sticking lock and was able to make a quick adjustment (gratis) to make it operate more smoothly.
Then the best part: The bill was presented, and came in under the original estimate. I can’t remember the last time I had a contractor come in on time, under budget, and take care of any extras without surplus charges.
In short, I’ll wholeheartedly recommend Unlockit to anyone who asks!

I called to request for a home estimate (adding more locks or better the locks I currently have). I had an appointment within a day or two! Handi came out and he not only stated how well we had done on our own, but didn’t try to «over sell» us on products we didn’t need which some companies would do.
I LOVE the new door guard (extra lock) they put in on our front door. It blends in and looks very modern. They send you, via email, the cost for the job and the appointment was set within the next couple of days! From start to finish was less then a week (4 days to be exact)!
They were very professional, protected our floors using rugs and floor booties, and helped in other things (adding a screw here and there without cost and tightening my door knobs). There was NO OVERSELLING what-​so-​ever! I would use them again without hesitation and would refer them in a minute. GREAT SERVICE and very reasonable in cost!

We’ve been needing to change the locks at our house for some time now and after a weird experience I was starting to feel a little anxious. I found Unlockit’s stunning reviews here on Unilocal and knew that this was the right company to call.
We were able to schedule an appointment very quickly. Brent came out, on time, and rekeyed all of our locks for us. He even fixed one of the door knobs upstairs at our request. He was so nice and very professional.

I had taken my locks to Home Depot to get rekeyed and found out the locks I had were so old that they could not be rekeyed at the store. I called three locksmiths to compare prices, and this was the best quote I received. The locksmith arrived in a clearly identified truck and uniform and I showed him exactly what I needed rekeyed. He was able to complete the job very quickly.
I will gladly recommend them, and will use them again anytime I need any locks rekeyed in the future.

I called Unlockit this morning after locking myself out of my house. I wasn’t at home at the time I called, but Unlockit sent someone out to my house to wait for me until I could drive to meet them! What business does that? The cable companies and HVAC companies need to take lessons from this business.
I was quoted a very reasonable flat fee on the phone. The entire experience was a pleasure. My technician was fast, friendly and professional. This company truly cares about their customers. They deserve all the positive reviews. Thank you, Unilocal reviewers, for helping me find a wonderful locksmith.

I cannot recommend Unlock-​It strongly enough.
I called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate to re-​key all my doors and install a few more deadbolts. The Unlock-​It employee came out on time (In fact his office called to let me know exactly when to expect him) and gave me an estimate and a 5% discount for finding out about Unlock-​It on Unilocal.
Within a day I received an email of the estimated cost for the locks and labor. I accepted the price and scheduled the appointment.
The office called me to let me know that the installer would be about 15 minutes late. The communication was accurate and professional.
The installer came to my home, identified himself and spent 6 hours installing all the locks and re-​keying them. Everything works great now!
My home is secure and I would recommend Unlock-​It to anyone who desires a security upgrade at their home.
