Excellent service, every time! We have used their quarterly pest control for years with excellent service and no problems. We have also had an exclusion done for squirrels in the attic. Most importantly, we had a leak in our roof a couple years ago due to an accidental moving of the flashing during the exclusion. They came out immediately and repaired the roof and replaced all the drywall, carpet in the room and repainted within days. All with excellent service. I never had to call them to hunt them down, they called me!
We had another small, slow leak in the same area recently, after 2 years. They, again, came out immediately, re-​did the roof adding flashing and have already scheduled to repair the drywall. They are always pleasant, responsive and never hesitant about making a repair. We are in the process of selling our home and I was very stressed. They assured me throughout the process that I need not worry, they would take care of it. And they did! They take pride in their work, hard to find these days! A shout to Steven, Daryl, Jason and Wayne!

We were looking at termite treatment for a home we bought, but our timeline for getting it was advanced after squirrels took up residence in our attic. Michael came out to do a free inspection and give an estimate for the termite treatment and squirrel issues. He spent a good deal of time examining the attic and pointed out trails and nut shells that indicated that the squirrels had been around for some time. He also did a thorough inspection of the crawlspace and even pointed out where our dryer duct had become disconnected and was venting into the crawlspace rather than outside. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism, and the termite treatment estimate was very fair and on par with, even a bit lower than, others. Ultimately, we are going with another company that is also highly recommended and who can do a full exclusion for the squirrels with good warranty for less than Zone, but Zone was a very close second. Assuming their HVAC service is comparable to what we experienced with pest control, we will definitely consider them for our future needs there as well. Just wanted to give them a shout-​out in return for the time they spent on us!

Darrell Bryant did an excellent, professional job and was very thorough in his analysis/​recommendations. We had mold growing in a rental property and was worried about leaks or other large issues and the health of our tenants. Problem was minor (lack of enough HVAC usage) and Darrell’s thorough inspection and recommendations were professional.

called to set appointment for (2) of my houses and was told by an ansewering service someone will need to call you back. 8:30 AM and they are not open (bankers hours) to many choices out in Atlanta that to wait around on a company that cannot even work standard hours business hours.

I have so many wonderful things to say about this company so I will try to keep it succinct. From the second I called Zone, I have had constant contact in ensuring all my needs are met. Michael (VP) came to do our initial inspection. He was wholly competent in his assessment and went beyond his scope of duty, telling me how to fix issues he saw in our crawl space so we didn’t encounter future problems with our home. He never tries to push you into unnecessary services, simply does a spectacular job in assessing and resolving your current issues. He is in constant follow up to ensure everything we needed was being done. Darick (mosquito control) has a magical ability to make mosquitos disappear. My husband and I were being eaten alive and rarely could enjoy our back porch. We are now able to enjoy our outdoors as much as we want. He is excellent at his job and is extremely efficient. Frank (general pest control) is also amazing. He treated our house top to bottom and took the time to listen to my concerns. I Chose Zone Home solutions based on great Unilocal reviews. Initially had them come out to evaluate a failure to cool home + leak in my ~12yr old «builder grade» AC unit. Turns out, the unit was kaput. Scheduled to have an entirely new system put in. They (David and Steve) came at ~10am and finished ~2pm.
Very professional, worked quickly and quietly. When removing my old AC unit, Steve found a HUGE black widow spider + her nest under the unit. He squashed her and her eggs and showed me pictures to prove it. That alone earned him 5 stars! Then David told me about Zone’s Pest Control services and offered me information about it.
Once the new AC unit was put in, David helped me set-​up of my wireless thermostats and made sure they were working properly. They cleaned up and then walked me through to show me everything. In the walk through, I noticed there was no T-​connector in the upstairs unit to flush the drain periodically. They Immediately fixed it without question.
They came in, did exactly what they said they would do in the time frame they said they would do it, for the price I was quoted. There were polite and professional and I had no issues throughout the process. As far as I’m concerned, that’s everything you can ask for.
I have a couple home improvement projects in mind, and this company will be the first I look to.

Hot air hits Atlanta, read good reviews on Zone, called, greeted by nice people, made an appointment for the next morning and then David comes out, makes a quick and honest assessment, problem fixed!
Here’s the cool part… A neighbor comes down checking on her unit that another company was there earlier and she’s not happy. David took out upon his part to give her unit an analysis. It was screwed but I sat and listened to what he suggested and watched what he did and both her and I were immediately impressed. I think today they gained two new clients.

A friend referred me to zone. My furnace quit working and called them. David the tech called me within 30 minute’s and told me he would be there in a hour. David the tech arrived at my home and looked at our furnace and told us it was the circuit board. By the way this was the weekend and he did not charge me a overtime charge either and he let me know that he had a circuit board on the truck and told me it would be $ 395.00. I was ok with the price since he got me heating again. He also let me, know that they do termite/​pest control as well and home remodeling. I will be calling them for my pest control as well. Great service David!

Pleased returning customer. Zone has done pest control and termite control for my houses for years, and at one point did a construction project to get and keep squirrels out of my attic.
Friday they installed a new HVAC unit, inside and outside, for the main floor in my house. Everything went perfect! New thermostat is super cool! I can control it from my phone. Jason came out initially, and the service guys were great. Jason has also followed up with me twice to setup the app on my phone and help me setup my warranty. I have chosen to use their service agreement fir the future. They are going to check all if my units twice a year. I was very impressed with the whole process. They were able to answer all my questions, charged a fair price for a nice Carrier unit and did what the said. I will continue having faith in Zone for their services.

I truly had such a great experience with this company. I had to let anyone that is need of a good service company to call Zone Home Solutions. I was new to the area and had some roofing issues. I called and spoke with the office and they got me all setup quick and easy. The project manager was on time and answered all my questions. The project was completed on budget and time. The manager also let me know about zone other srrvices (GC, pest, HVAC) Which is good since I wanted to have my HVAC serviced. It makes it a lot easier to just call one company.

It’s so hard to find a company that delivers both great customer service AND great results. Zone does both. I originally read their reviews on
when I began looking for a new pest control company last fall. Their customers posted about how great their pest control guys were, and they weren’t lying. They’re knowledgeable and courteous and on time, which is huge for me.
Been using them for a while now and they’re pretty consistent in being great to work with. I’m sold!

We moved into a house that had been sitting vacant for quite some time. Immediately upon moving in we started to notice at least one cockroach in the house per day (some alive, some dead — thanks for our helpful little kitty). We put out traps, sprinkled some borax powder around the house, sealed up a lot of the cracks with caulk, but without fail, we kept finding them. After our DIY methods failed, we decided to call in a professional, so I turned to Unilocal.
Zone came up on a search and I was pretty pleased with the reviews. I submitted a web form for more information and was contacted the next day by Ben, the local branch manager. He called me the next morning at 10:00am and came out to the house the SAME DAY. Ben came himself and treated the inside as well as the outside. He was very friendly and pointed out our broken foundation vents (which we didn’t know about). He showed me the vents they offered, but wasn’t pushy about it.
We signed up for the quarterly service and he assured me we wouldn’t be seeing any live roaches in the house (and if we did, to call and they would come treat again). It’s been about a week and so far so good! Haven’t seen anything in the house since the treatment. So far, I’m very pleased with Zone! Pricing was good and I can now get into bed at night without checking for cockroaches. Win win situation!

Unilocal reviews work. Michael called me the same day after I posted my initial review. Wayne, the new wildlife manager, came out with an assistant to complete the crawlspace doors, which look great. They later sent someone out to seal up the roof and remove the squirrel trap. Michael called to make sure the job was completed and I had to ask him to send someone back out to disinfect the attic, which he did a few days later. The whole job was finished within 2 weeks after I posted the Unilocal review. After each repair, each manager and laborer I spoke with apologized profusely for the original poor service, repeatedly asked if I was satisfied, and then asked me to update my Unilocal review. I would give Zone 5 stars for the end results but only 3 stars because of the time and aggravation required to complete the job.

This is in response to Zone Solutions coming back out to finish the job for which they were originally hired.
I called up Zone Home Solutions again and was able to have a day scheduled for the work to be finished. The contractor came out on Christmas Eve, which I do commend as I usually prefer for people to be with their friends and families during the holidays. It seems that this time the work was completed and the roof no longer leaks. The hole in my ceiling has been filled in and all is well. I’ve upgraded them by three stars but overall I would still grade my experience as three-​and-​a-​half stars.
The pros:
1. The job was completed this time and seems to be fixed. We’ll see what happens over time if it truly too but I’m very optimistic.
2. Stayed here for at least ten hours to finish the work. Was very detailed about making sure it was set properly to prevent any further issues. Poor guy was caked in dry wall dust.
3. Still very friendly and very concerned about the job getting done correctly this time.
4. One of the owners has reached out by contacting me to ensure that the work was completed to my satisfaction. It’s good to see that someone actually cares about what people have to write about their business. I write honest reviews about my experiences so people can get a real picture about what to expect from a business.
The cons:
1. As it seems to occur with all contractors, just wasn’t detail oriented about clean up and making sure that dust wasn’t everywhere in the house. I had a lot of dust from the work in my kitchen and living room and have had to clean it up myself, They may want to think outside of the general work area because some people get real upset when this happens. What matters to me in the end is if the work is done to a high standard. The work seems great, the little details still need some attention.

The reviews don’t lie. A friend actually recommended Zone and I confirmed the decision to call them after seeing these rave reviews.
A couple of weeks ago, I heard a faint noise coming from my fireplace. Upon closer inspection, I saw a wasp, just hanging out behind the glass (I have an enclosed fireplace). I decided to leave it alone for the time being since I knew it couldn’t get into the house.
A few days later, I saw the wasp had a buddy. That’s it, they were outta there! I called up Zone for a free consultation.
The day of the appointment, Todd called me about a half hour after he was supposed to show, explaining that he’d been caught up at the previous job site. I appreciated the call. He said he was on his way and would be there in another half hour.
When he arrived, I showed him the problem. He wasn’t sure how to open the glass at first, so he examined my roof visually from the outside, brought out a ladder to look down the chimney and also checked out my attic. Then he asked to see the fireplace again and it was then he figured out how to open up the fireplace (and showed me how to do it in the process). We killed the one last dying wasp that was left. He removed about 8 dead wasps from the bottom of my fireplace. He assured me there wasn’t really anything I needed to do, as the wasps would be dying off from the cold/​hunger anyway, and if I did see any more I could just turn on the fireplace and smoke them out. He was also kind enough to remove a couple of inactive wasp nests outside my house, free of charge. One of them was hanging from the roof, too!
Really happy with Todd’s visit. I would definitely call them again if the need for pest control arises.

These guys are the best at what they do. Termite problem? They can get rid of them. Mosquitos in the back yard? They can get rid of them. Bugs in the house? They can get rid of them. Rats in the mother-in-law’s house? They can get rid of those too.
Always on time, always professional and courteous, always willing to spend a few minutes listening to the details of your problem so they can fix it correctly the first time. Their pricing is excellent too.
Tom is our current specialist and he’s more than earned our business. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough.

Zone just came out to service my home. The company is fast friendly and professional. Unlike most pest control companies, Zone does not require a one year contract. I also like the fact that they guarantee their work for 90 days.
I hope I never see another bug in my house ever again but if I do, I will contact Zone.
