We have been using them for 12 years and are satisfied with them every time. Honest regarding prices and work needed. They are always prompt and polite with their service and do their due diligence in trying to find parts they may not have on hand or point us in the right direction, even if it means not receiving their services. After repair work is done, they always call within a couple days to see how the vehicle is doing and are quick to tell us to bring it back in if their is any difficulty. One time I did have to bring it in and they repaired whatever was causing the sound at no cost. Highly recommend!

Maybe this should really be a review of my Ford Ranger, but about 12 years ago I had a significant oil leak develop in my ’96. RAC replaced the engine seals and to date it’s the only engine work I’ve ever had done. I’m now closing in on 230,000 miles on that thing, so I guess they do good work. Or did good work. Either way, I can’t complain.
I’ve been saying for years that next time I need serious maintenance done this is where I’m going, but unfortunately for them their work continues to hold up.

I was passing through Atlanta when my Truck broke down. A friend recommended Roswell auto center and I have to say they were top notch. They worked with me on the schedule even though they were busy and got my vehicle back to me within 24 hours at a reasonable cost. The work was well done as was the communication.

I have to say that my experience here today was great. First, I was warmly greeted when I stepped through the door. I took my car because I was hearing some noises when I would brake, so I wanted them to check it out for me and I needed an oil change.
Guess what? They told me that my brakes were just fine. Perhaps it was just some dust or the material from the brakes pads, but that my brakes looked good. WOW!
I have always believed in my heart of hearts that even if you brought in a brand new car that has never been driven, a mechanic is going to tell you you need a whole new transmission. I believed that an oath is taken that states they must tell the customer that something is wrong and they have to over charge for whatever it is whether there’s a problem with the car or not.
I was shocked to hear that my brakes are fine. I was also very pleased and will be referring this place to anyone I know who needs repairs. I left paying $ 30 for my oil change and this is cheaper then where I regularly go.
I will be a returning and referring customer!

I went here based on another Unilocal review and was super disappointed! I had a standard oil change, and I asked them if they could check the brake fluid because that light had come on. Well, they finish in about 30 minutes, and as I pay I see they charged me $ 15 to check the brake fluid… WTF?!? So I ended up paying almost $ 70 for a standard oil change. I will not be back and recommend that you don’t waste your time.

Love love love this shop. I take a Ford, a Honda, and a Saturn here. Zero complaints, love the service.

Condesending, take it or leave it attitude.

Use to trust them, but not now. Treated very poorly by Robert and not the «award winning service» they brag about. What a joke. Long story short, 2500.00 later they replaced cat. converter and other procedures. Picked up car, strong smell in car that he said would go away. Took car back in a week later due to the same sickening smell. My commute is 2 plus hours a day. They cleaned converter and said coating would burn off. 10 days later no improvement and I called Robert back and his ONLY solution was to put my defective part back on and send me on my way, no apology, nothing. To make matters worse he even said I had sensitive smell issues, unbelievable. I wonder if he would say the same thing if it was his car or if his wife had to drive it, I don’t think so. Took car to dealer and they said smell NOT normal for time frame and couldn’t believe how they treated me. 5 different people who were in my car could not believe I was still driving my car around due to the strong smell. Bottom line, he handled situation poorly and I will continue to tell people, my clients, etc. my story with this place. Award winning service? I think not. Poor customer service? Absolutely.

I drive a Volkswagen, and it was always difficult to find someone who would agree to work on it – the place around the corner from me (where I used to get my oil changed on a regular basis) even shied away from changing the brake light for me. I ended up at Roswell Auto Center because I had heard that they worked on Volkswagens, and I have been extremely pleased by the service I’ve received there.
The people are very friendly, everything has always been completed in a timely matter, and I’ve found the prices to be extremely reasonable. One time I got my oil changed and four bulbs replaced and it only cost me a little over $ 40.
I would definitely recommend this place to others, and I certainly plan to have all of my future car care done here.

I stopped by this shop earler today, which I have patronizing for the past year or so for oil changes and other routine maintenance, for a simple task– to have a headlight bulb that I had purchased myself earlier installed. The older, rude fellow at the counter stated that they do not install ANY parts that customers have purchased. What can be so complicated about installing a lightbulb? So I went to another shop near Northridge in Sandy Springs and they took care of this simple task for me, in about 5 minutes for a nominal charge. My advice is to skip this mean spirited, mediocre shop and go elsewhere for your automotive servicing needs, as I will be doing.

My car over heated, they looked at it and told me that that i have an intake manifold leak, need a water pump, all hoses need to be replaced, and possibly head gaskets but they will not know untill they replace the water pump and and fix the manifold gasket which will cost over $ 2K and if they car needs head gaskets replaced then ti will cost another $ 2K. I filled up the radiator with water and drove the car to the shop (one minute away), so i knew that it wasn’t that bad because the car ran fine) So i was getting ready to sell the car for parts, when i took it to another mechanic who told me that there was no intake manifold leak, and that head gaskets are ok (checked spark plugs and oil for water residue) and all i had to get was a new water pump for $ 500. I’ve been driving the car for a couple of months now without problems. These guys are either tryign to rip off customers or their mechanics are useless.

The only place I’ll take my truck for repairs.
While the prices leave a little to be desired, I can’t speak highly enough of their prompt attention and quality of work.
These guys are honest, and they’ll get your work done quick.
They also do emissions for $ 20, which is cheaper than any other place I’ve been to.

I could not speak higher about a service. The repair department took the time to actually figure out my problem without charging me for test after test like the dealer repair departments do.
They have worked on both of myvehicles and did both for very reasonable prices. I would bring your car here before anywhere else.
