Love Brusters. Got hooked on it while living in PA. The Roswell location is great but they really need to invest in some umbrellas, awnings or shade for the west side of the building. Afternoon sun makes it unbearable to sit outside and enjoy a cool treat.

I had went for the first time & there was a wait to order(which I was hoping was a GOOD sign as I heard Bruster’s was a great ice cream place). As a window opened & a male teenager worker motioned for me to come, another female teenager ran up to the window to this guy. It appeared she knew him & had already gotten her ice cream, so I was a little agitated when I could be ordering and receiving what I want but this random girl was impeding on Bruster’s business. Anyway, another worker became available – I ordered vanilla ice cream with hot fudge and rainbow sprinkles without whipped cream & to-go. In less than 4/5min I was home. I was so excited to dig into the ice cream. I took my first bite & it was TERRIBLE. Then I decided to taste the ice cream separately, sprinkles separately, & the hot fudge separately… BAM there it was, the hot fudge tasted SOOOOTERRIBLY. It was disgusting. I have no idea why it tasted so bad. Without the chocolate taste, the vanilla ice cream was actually pretty bad too. Needless to say I didn’t finish it, threw it away, & vowed to always go for the best – Breyers Vanilla Bean ice cream. I will never ever go back to Bruster’s & will let my friends know so that they don’t have to go through the disappointment as I had. Summary: Had vanilla ice cream w/sprinkles & hot fudge… The only thing that was edible was the sprinkles

This place is awesome. I had the birthday cake ice cream and a scoop of the triple chocolate Oreo. Simply put, some of the best ice cream I’ve had. Highly recommend it and I can’t wait to go back!

I really love this place. The staff here is extremely friendly. I suggest you buy your ice cream by the pint, you get more and it’s cheaper. I only get Cotton Candy Explosion or Coffee, it tastes great when you mix them together.

Nobody’s written a review for this place yet? Interesting. Straight to the point — the service was quick, and the ice cream was okay. I’ve had better ice cream at other Bruster’s locations, if that’s even possible. I got the cotton candy explosion and birthday cake, which from what I remember since the last time I had it over 2 years ago, were my absolute favorite. This time, it wasn’t all that great. I had the birthday cake ice cream first, and there was way too much frosting in it and not enough actual cake batter flavored ice cream. I was literally just eating frosting. It was so sweet that I couldn’t even taste my cotton candy explosion ice cream underneath. It tasted like nothing. And explosion? What explosion? There was hardly any explosion in my cotton candy«explosion». I think I’ll stick with my old location if I ever need my Bruster’s fix. The boyfriend had no complaints about his mint chocolate chip, though.
