History

Established in 2004.

Established by Dr. Filer of Veterinary Referral Surgical Practice at the Mansell Rd. location. As Atlanta Animal Rehabilitation and Fitness and Veterinary Referral Surgical Practice continued to grow we moved to a larger updated facility in 2010. Our goal is to always help as many pets as we can.

Meet the Manager

Jonna K.

Manager

A certified animal rehabilitation practitioner, Jonna Kanable has been part of the Atlanta Animal Rehabilitation and Fitness staff since 2007. Originally from Indiana, Jonna attended Ball State University and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology in 1994. She went on to attend the University of Tennessee and is a certified animal massage therapist and a certified canine rehabilitation practitioner.

Jonna has a special interest in helping her overweight patients achieve their ideal weight so they can enjoy a healthy life. She finds it especially rewarding when she helps patients with chronic pain improve their function and comfort while decreasing or eliminating the need for drug treatments.
