History

Established in 2007.

Appletree Deli began its journey in 2007, when Ki & Young Kim decided to offer something amazing to the Roswell community. It was no smooth sailing in the beginning, but with a little bit of hard work, determination, and some awesome sandwiches, more people began to recognize the results.

We are now going into our 5^th year, thanks to our many loyal customers who have discovered Roswell’s diamond in the rough, and continue to come back for more! Won’t you join them? Young and her husband Ki are originally from South Korea, and moved to the states in 1984, residing in Philadelphia for a little over 20 years until they decided to move to Atlanta in 2005. They both appreciate good food, and love to eat fresh and healthy, which shows in the way they serve their customers. Whether it is baking a new batch of sub rolls every morning, only choosing the greenest greens in crafting their sandwiches, or demanding the highest quality meat from a well trusted brand– Boar’s Head, taking short cuts is certainly not an ingredient in their business. But you don’t have to take this Bio’s words for it, come experience it for yourself! Because tasting is believing!
