I’ve lived here for almost three years and just visited this place for the first time! I have a feeling it’s because they are only open until 2 or 3 in the afternoon… so you have to come for breakfast or lunch. I have heard from several people how delicious this place was, and stopped in here for lunch yesterday. I ordered the turkey, pear, and goat cheese sandwich, & my fiancé ordered the curry chicken sandwich so we could share. All I have to say is – delicious! Both were so good I couldn’t pick a favorite. I did order the carrot salad that came as a side(can choose from that, potato salad, pasta salad, Cole slaw, etc) and it was just okay. It a had pineapple and cinnamon in it, and I didn’t really care for it. Next time I will try something else for a side. This place gets super busy at lunch time so just be prepared for that. Definitely check this place out for lunch if you get the chance.

Ordered online for a small group for pick up and I will definitely be back. The website wasn’t extremely friendly to a first time user, but once I figured it out I was able to customize my order. Everything was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. The cashier went over each item in my order to make sure it was correct. I had paid online so he gave me some napkins(forks were packed with each meal), punched my card and sent me on my way with a smile. I had the Brie and Turkey sandwich– delicious!

Conveniently located off Haynes Bridge and 400. Everytime I visit, the place is always clean, feels welcoming with a staff that is hard working and super nice. The menu is very deep, which I like, so there’s something for everyone. I really like their roast beef sandwiches and love that every meal comes with a pickle! Definitely recommend this place if you’re in the Alpharetta area and want a quick & delicious bite to eat!

I had a good lunch here today with a co-worker. It is conveniently located right near GA400 and is only open for lunch. I had the Durango Chicken sandwich which was made right in front of me with fresh ingredients. The side dish I chose was pasta salad. It was a little small but tasty none the less. The sandwich was also good and the service was efficient. The dining room was open but the noise level was surprisingly low. It was a casual establishment perfect for conversation. The food was definitely superior to and chain sandwich shop. The bathroom was clean as was the rest of the resturant. I would certainly return. I’d love to try all the other interesting options on the menu.

Wow, almost 9 dollars for a cup of chicken soup(with no chicken, I have not found a single peice) and a mini cobb salad(with no egg because its a mini… uh thanks for letting me know) Went to return it and was treated very rudely… they also credited my meal to my boyfriends credit card so apparently I paid for bad food I ended up returning. Oh even better my boyfriends sandwich still had the produce sticker on his apple slice. I’m looking around and it seems everyone is having issues. I will NEVER come back here again

This place is alright. Contrary to what other folks think, I think there’s plenty of lunch options in the area — especially when it comes to sandwiches/delis. I like the Rhythm and Blues sandwich, which is a chicken salad sandwich with blue cheese and bacon. Not cheap. Will cost you 8 bucks, but it includes a very small side of pasta, potato or cole slaw and a small whole pickle. There are usually two guys behind the sandwich bar, one that is really good at making the sandwiches and friendly. And there’s another one that skimps on the portions and is rude. You’ll know which one you get when you get there.

This place has the best bread, fresh and tasty. The chicken salad sandwich is my absolute favorite. Chunky chicken with just the right amount of dressing. Perfect meat to bread ratio My only complaint is that this place is not open past 3pm and closed on Sundays.

I got there at 11:55 and it was decently busy but not packed. I order the soupwich, sandwich and soup of the day for $ 8+. The Firecracker Roast Beef Sandwich was really good and the chicken noodle soup was realy good too. I got a water with my lunch as I usually do but for people who typically get a soda/drink it might suck to probably have to pay extra for it.(I didn’t ask but in the combos a drink was not listed in what I ordered). I would definitely go there again even though I paid $ 9+ after taxes. I mean I am not about to cook this stuff at home or put the energy into preparing chicken noodle soup myself so the price doesn’t bug me too much. For the amount of food, um that sandwich and soup were pretty satisfying. It definitely tasted better than the roast beef sanwiches I had at Panera.

Great place for soups, salad and sandwiches! Super healthy and fresh. Way better than Jason’s and Panera in my opinion.

Always a fan of the Rising Roll. I typically only go when I am ordering lunch for my office. Food is always good and when placing a big order pretty fast.

I would only purchase from this place if it was a free lunch. They have large portions and everything is good, but it can be a little dry sometimes. I’ve had the Firecracker Chicken and a few other sandwiches from there. They’re all good, but just not something i’d pay my own money for. I do love their potato salad, but other than that, it’s just ok to me. Since lunch options in the area are limited, this is one of those places that get crazy packed. They have a small parking lot so get your timing right if you decide to visit this place.

Have been here a few times and have usually ordered salads. You can order one or pick up a premade one. They have always been very good. Had the chicken noodle soup which was great! Ordered a side of fruit for like $ 4 and it wasn’t worth it.

I’m not quite sure which is worse: the fact that they charge $ 8 for a chicken salad sandwich or that they dont even give you much of it. Either way it’s a poor value and one of the biggest reasons why I dont come here often. That being said, the food is decent and generally fresh and they do offer a nice variety. They do a good job on catering too, but if you’re looking for cheap eats, you should skip Rising Roll altogether… you’ll spend too much and leave hungry.

Sandwiches are good and their potato salad rocks. The cookies are big and decadent. I love that you can order online and pick up soon after. I agree with a previous reviewer about the quality being consistently satisfying, even if it’s not at the top of my favorite lunch places list.

As I mentioned in my first review, I like this place as a convenient location for breakfast. Unfortunately, they’ve torked me off with the simple fact that for over 4 months now, they STILL do not have hours on their door, much less on the website. Out of the 9 – 10 times I have stopped around 8:30, the door was unlocked only twice and I was served. Each other time, the lights are on, I see 3 or 4 uniformed employees inside doing nothing. I finally called today, and the person I spoke with didn’t know their hours. I asked to speak to the manager, and after being on hold for 10 minutes(OK…probably only 3, but it seemed like 10 :-p), I finally spoke with someone identifying herself as manager. She said they don’t have the hours listed anywhere because«we JUST changed the hours and have not got the new signs yet». #1, you don’t need signs for your website and #2, it has been over 4 months since they have not had the hours on the door. I lost my patience and they lost 2 stinkin’ stars. I would guess if you want to be sure they are open, call before going, or go between noon and 1 and I am pretty sure they are open for that hour, but I cannot promise anything else!
