i was driving in garden city when my my car hit a pot hole. Not thinking much, suddenly my dash lit up and said my tire pressure was extremely low. Of course in Winter we should come to expect a few pot holes and damaged rims! I needed this fixed fast, my car is a E350 so the tires aren’t easily to come by. East Hills Auto Fix was my first call, they didn’t have the tire in stock but promised me that by the time i got my car there, a replacement tire would be ready. Not sure how they did it, but within 20 minutes Seasar, the manager was right there waiting for me with the tire! Tell me where else in the island you get service like that? They drove the car right up, replaced the tire, reset all the lights and I even got an education on car maintenance. The car being a 2015 has a factory warranty, and needs a A/B/C service from Mercedes. As long as a license mechanic does the work your warranty is still valid. I called MB while i was there to confirm! Any mechanic can check the car and do the recommended maintenance. I was so happy I even filled up my gas tank. Everyone here is happy to help you, has a smile. While waiting for my car I went to the market next door. I highly recommend both!

I had my car inspected there yesterday(Saturday) and also an oil change. I appreciate that they did not attempt to find anything wrong with my car during the NYS inspection and sell me parts/service that were not necessary. They accommodated me without an appointment and treated me like a long-time customer which I wasn’t. The shop is organized and operated professionally. They maintain computerized repair records. I like the Saturday hours.

When I needed to borrow a gas can because my bike had run out of gas, the attendant was nasty and refused. He insisted that I purchase a gas can, which I would have to throw out afterwards, as I couldn’t carry it on my bike. A good samaritan let me borrow his gas can instead. Avoid at all costs!
