Had to get a new car because my old car had stop working and I was dreading having to go to a dealer and deal with all the car dealers. But than Piero sat my fiancée and I down told us our options and showed us a 2016 rogue. He helped us with our payment options and helped keep us within the range we wanted to be in. We even got a extended warranty and everything was in our budget. I would recommend this car dealer for anyone looking for a car. Had gone to a few others and they couldn’t come close to giving me the deals that Piero had hooked us up with. And if you go ask for Piero great guy honest and never once tried to add any hidden fees or anything.

This dealer was horrible, they are deceiving and lie make sure you have a mechanic with you if you are looking to buy a used vehicle.
Found out a couple of things about the car after purchasing it basically replaced some parts that could not have been from that vehicle. So just be cautious

Wow! Absolutely amazing customer service. My salesman Jason was very knowledgable and helped me with everything I needed to know about my new Rogue, and manager Joey helped to make the process as quick as possible. I will certainly be coming back :)

Right now, I’m on the fence with these guys. A little over a week ago I purchased a used Nissan Murano with a little over 30,000 miles on it. The price was great and I enjoyed my low-​key experience my first day at the dealership when I committed to the car. But, since then I can’t say my experience has been good. Even though I warned them that I would pick up the car a day earlier than expected when I got there the car wasn’t prepared. It wasn’t clean and two days later I discovered that the rear mats and cargo cover was missing. I had to call the dealer 3 times about this one issue. The manager, Steve, said, he has to order a new cargo cover (but he didn’t say they would cover the cost of this). When I randomly stopped by a day later, it turns out that the mats and cargo cover were indeed still there. While there I point out that one of my remote keys doesn’t hold a charge and they send me back and forth between parts and sales until I finally just give up.
But, then, a half hour later the Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) comes on. Is there anything more frustrating than spending over 20K on a car for the first time in your life and having something be wrong with it immediately!!! This is a place, I’m understanding, that will turn on the charm while you are searching for a car and then as soon as you drive off, forget about it, awful service. Also, it’s all dudes. No women up front in sales, as far as I saw on my three visits, which is kind of sad given it’s 2015 not 1972. My MIL issue is still an issue. The manager told me that the car has a powertrain warrantee still on it, but when I called service today, they said that it was only 3 years/36,000. The website is also tricky (and somewhat deceptive) regarding this because on the website the car I purchased appeared to be «Nissan Certified.) I took a screen shot of this page because my conversations with the sales people at Baron were so sketchy. Thank god that I purchased an external bumper to bumper warrantee with another company or I’m sure I’d be screwed. I called about the MIL today and when I spoke to the manager who helped me make my deal, I think I heard a little laughter in his voice, like, «this person is calling again!» I would not be calling constantly if I felt like I was getting any help! The more I write this review, the more awful this experience feels.
Lastly, they are supposed to be registering my car in Pennsylvania but seem completely ill-​equipped to do this. If you can’t do it, you should probably say so before taking my money. They never told me how to pick up the registration, whether it would be sent to me or them, etc. I literally don’t think they know. Although I love this car, I’m having a little bit of buyers regret, like I should have gone with my second choice at a different dealer. The price of the car was a little more but I would probably have been worth it for better customer service and care.

Horrific experience, bait and switch tactics indeed. Called to inquire about a used vehicle, lied to me that it was available. Completely wasted my time to go there.

They worked with us after having issues with their service. They even waived a fee to try and make us happy. Thanks.

I am surprised by any negative reviews, The friendly and welcoming staff got me into a new lease at a great price. My salesman Satish even suggested I get a lower model because earlier in the conversation I told him I didn’t want a huge monthly payment for silly gadgets. I have already recommended this dealer to multiple friends.

Did I just get a new car? The answer must be yes but it was such a simple, transparent and stress free event that its hard to believe that today I have a new Pathfinder in my driveway! I have been dealing with the same Volvo dealership for over 25 years and they were great but time to move on. From our first visit to Baron last week dealing with the Sales Manager, the process was so low key as to make me wonder if this was really happpening. This is how All new car negotiations and purchases should happen. We had visited 4 other dealerships but this is the one that got the business. It’s apparent that some folks didnt have the experience I did but thats their bad cause the people are really caring and between Tish who sold me the vehicle and Valerie the Finance Mgr I can truly state this dealership is where you should buy your new car. Family style business goes a long way in my book and we are looking forward to cruising in our new short!

DON’T TRUST THEM! YOU HAVE NOW BEEN WARNED… Gave them a $ 500. deposit and they could not deliver the car I wanted. Now it’s been a month since I asked for my deposit back and have not received it. A week ago I spoke to a male manager and I again gave him the info he requested. I called this morning and spoke to a manager named Jasmine and she told me it was never processed. She said she would definitely process it. I think they’re messing with me!

First off, if I could give these guys a ZERO I would. I went in here looking for a certified preowned Nissan Maxima SV. They showed me the paperwork and car fax and it looked good for the price. However, they did the old bait and switch on me with the car fax. It said there was no accidents and there actually were later finding out by going to other dealerships and trying to sell my car. I tried to sell back the car to Baron to a stuck up fake sales manager Mike. He and a sales rep low balled me and said oh there’s an accident on the car fax we can’t give you a good price. THEY WERE THE ONES WHO SOLD ME THE CAR AND DENIED ALL ALLEGATIONS. I am writing this now because I finally sold my car to a stand up dealership in the south shore area who gave me the right price even though I was spiffed by Baron Nissan. Not to mention, Baron Nissan practicing Jamming as well like we have seen recently in the news. I would hope the government and authorities look into this dealership. BUYER BEWARE, this is a TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP WHO PRAYS ON ANYONE AND EVERYONE. THEY BAIT AND SWITCH BUT ARE SUPER NICE TO HIDE IT. SCAM ARTISTS. The Google reviews are fake by the way as well.
08/​16/​15-​UPDATE– DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT ALLISON HAS TO SAY AND HER MEANINGLESS APOLOGY. BARRON NISSAN ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS. THEY ADD ON EXTRA FEES AS WELL. IT HAS BEEN ON NEWSDAY AND NEWS 12 RECENTLY. THEY SHOULD BE LOOKED INTO. THEY HAVE FRAUD WRITTEN ALL OVER THEM.

I leased a 2014 Nissan Sentra SV. The full package. I remember walking in just to check out the prices and selections and they made a full effort to try and make me walk out with a car that same day. Well after few trips, I couldn’t resist their quote after literally negotiating down to pennies and change. That’s where the problem started. I bought the fully loaded Sentra but the navigation system refused to load. They told me that the maps had been updated and the car, being a 2014 model, had to be processed. Waste of time. I ended up coming home with a car I paid for the extra features that had a non-​working navigation, no radio speakers or music, hardly any rear view back up camera and I couldn’t even tell the time. Since then, I have made 4 trips to resolve the issue and they couldn’t decipher it. Finally they said that they were going to order a new part for the car. It’s been more than 3 weeks. I’m going in today. In all honesty if the issue is not resolved, I am literally leaving the keys with them and walking back home. I don’t expect much from here, especially when you see grown mechanics chasing one another playing tag and scaring eachother by popping up while the other is working. True professionalism.

I’ve taken my car here twice for service and have had two very pleasant experiences. I appreciate the drop-​off and ride to work in town policy. The service department is always smiling and I am happy to give them my business.

This is the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with in my 32 years buying cars. The salesperson was a complete scam artist. The manager, Brian, was a complete idiot and a liar. The finance person was awful. We were approved for a loan and wanted to know the figures… payment, interest rate, etc before coming in to close the deal. They wouldn’t speak to us on the phone. Spent a week of trying to get the details from our saleperson who said we needed to speak to the finance guy… who we couldn’t reach. After calling all three people repeatedly we finally got the finance guy on the phone who couldn’t talk to us because he was eating breakfast!!! We complained to the manager about the finance guy. Then the finance guy calls us back with an attitude. Long story short. They ran our credit twice, reduced our credit rating and never sold us the car. The manager, Brian, promised to take over and fix everything. We called him twice and both times he said he was on it. Then we never heard from him again. After a month we got a letter from Capital One stating our 18K loan had expired.

Baron nissa is the best! Frank in service is fanulous. Tish in Sales gives you the best card at a great rate! Go to Baron!

My wife and are were helping a friend look for a Nissan and she was looking for a good deal, with a dealer we could trust which is most important to me. Out of the three dealers I called, Baron was the one I felt most comfortable with and the sales person Sue put us at ease. She was direct and honest, what she said is what we got and most importantly it wasn’t stressful, like we thought. If more dealers would do business like this, salesmen wouldn’t have such a bad rap. The’re direct, honest and did us right.

I purchased a used Mazda Tribute from Baron Nissan a few years ago. The complaints I have were they added a $ 100 «fee» on the day the car was picked and they didn’t fix a leak from the oil pan plug.
The manager said $ 100 fee should have been added to the price. I didn’t question what the fee or what it was for at the time (too late to complain now).
The second complaint was the oil drain plug threads were stripped. This caused oil to drip because the plug cannot be screwed on tightly. The salesperson said the problem was fixed. I noticed he lied when changing the oil several months later.
The vehicle was a top of the line model, bought at a below book value price and was very reliable for the 40k miles driven. So I considered the two complaints as minor inconveniences.
Overall, I wouldn’t buy another car from them and would not refer them to friends.

I have been in a dispute with collections for over a month because of Baron Nissan. When I leased my new car in February, the contract was written that Nissan would cover the early lease termination of my old car and cover the cost of the miles I went over. They never paid for the miles and have not been able to clear up the $ 1200 debt that my account is in due to their lack of follow through. The Manager has not returned any calls, I’ve had to call him and I’m extremely disappointed with how this dealer has handled it’s business dealings that will now be negatively effecting me, when I have done nothing wrong, except chose them as my leasing dealership.
I just received a call from collections letting me know that my account is now over 30 days due and they will be reporting me to the credit bureau. Shame on you Nissan. Terrible customer service.
