I purchased a battery from their company a couple years ago. I have never had an issue starting my truck or any sign the battery was not working. A few days ago, my truck wouldn’t start and found out the battery had been leaking out of the terminal and corroding the cable as well as the post that connects it. It was so corroded that it no longer would connect to the leaking battery. I took it to them and their response was«I can sell you another battery». It was 5 months past the 2 year warranty on the battery. Obviously the battery was a bad battery if it was leaking and causing further damage in my vehicle. I didn’t ask for anything other than a battery replacement or even some sort of break on the battery price. I would have been more than satisfied with that. Nope. Full price…$ 140+ for the battery. I said«No Thanks!». If they don’t want to stand behind their products, I don’t want to buy them. I won’t be back.

Shout out to Austin who looked up my headlight bulb in the system, found it listed three different ones, so he came out, removed the burnt out bulb, found the replacement in stock, and installed it for me.

«Assistant Manager» was not helpful until the end. Not after a very rude and pompous attitude for asking what type of AC refrigerant my car used. «They’re all the same» he stated. Not a good place to visit if you come across the skinny, geeky light brown hair guy.

Ed at this location was GREAT! I let him know what I was coming in to get which was just some oil to get me by until I can get an oil change in a week. We discussed a few noises that he wanted to check out first. He showed me where the noises were coming from and what they might be. It felt like I was discussing my car with a close family friend who knows about cars & what to have checked out when going to the shop. The other guys in the store even suggested a cheaper gas treatment then what I was going to buy. After purchasing my products, Ed put my oil into my car & advised me when it would be best to do the gas treatment as well as when I should check my oil next to determine how often it is getting low. I am so pleased with the service at this store, this will be my go-to auto part store from now on. They all were great! Special thanks to Ed, you were very helpful.
