Jalisco Grill as a quality Mexican restaurant. The employees and management are very friendly and provide better than Speedy service. It’s not often that I order get my chips and salsa and sit down and my food is sitting at the table already. The selection of dishes is excellent ranging from your typical Mexican plates too many seafood dishes. One of my favorites that I rate Mexican restaurants by others is the steak rancheros which is excellent here. I also found the food quite consistent from visit to visit. The salsa bar is excellent as well with many types of salsa to choose from. The restaurant as a whole is more or less Self Service in that you order your food at the counter gather your silverware salsa chips and sit down which doesn’t bother me at all.

If you want great Mexican food then go to either of the three Jalisco restaurants in Roseville. Awesome food, great owners, and our favorite employee has watched our kids grow up on their food for the past 15 years.

Legit. Tonight was my first time here. Ordered to go. The cashier was friendly and patient. The place is clean and has plenty of seating. Outdoor seating too. It was nice and cool inside, always a plus. Nice chip and salsa bar. Everything looked and tasted fresh. Good selection. Avocado salsa, a must. The habanero salsa is quite hot and tasty. They even had the rare to find Guava Jarritos, score. Ordered the 2 taco combo plate with carnitas and a taco/enchilada plate. The carnitas were delicious. The tacos were so full I could barely pick them up. They don’t skimp. Enchilada was very good. Beans were good. Rice was a little salty for my taste but still good. Everything was packed up well for transport home. Everyone seemed to be on top of things. Order came out quick and everything was correct. We usually frequent another spot on the other side of Roseville but I guess we found an alternative closer to home.

Discovered this gem about 5 years ago and can hardly stay away. Love the warm chips and variety at the salsa bar. Enchilada sauce is one of my favorites — doesn’t taste canned. Crispy tacos are made with freshly fried corn taco shells, lightly crunchy. Rice n beans, yummy. Tamales remind me of of my niece and nephew’s grandma. Tonight tried something new, Steak Ranchera… OMG, our new favorite. So far the only item I haven’t liked is the carnitas crispy taco. If it were served with crispy carnitas meat(the way I like it), it would be perfect. I’m wondering if Mexican restaurants don’t like to serve crispy pork meat in a crispy shell cuz there are other restaurants that serve it the same way.

Love love love this place. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 is because the cheese quesadilla my daughter had was so greasy she did t even want to eat it. My meal however was delicious lol

Order the Chili Verde Super Burrito simply the best tasting burrito you can find! They have a great selection of home made salsa’s, and the wife loves their Jalisco Burrito. Service is always super fast, even when the place is packed full of people, and the staff is friendly.

Service was quick and friendly. The chips and sauce bar was kept very clean. I enjoy salty foods, but my boyfriend and I ordered burritos and they were both REALLY salty. We couldn’t finish it without a large glass of water.

Excellent food! Service was great, they bring your orders out quick, the staff is nice, a little pricey. They have a chip bar that’s pretty good and I love their horchata! And the pineapple juice is good too. It’s pretty authentic Mexican food.

It’s really grown on me. Avocado and chicken burrito is good. Like the chips and green salsa with a bit more salt.

Just ordered the bean and cheese burrito… All I can say is that I was beyond disappointed when I got home, opened the bag, and it was the size of Taco Bell’s. It tasted good but for $ 6.50 that burrito should have been huge since it was only beans and cheese! NEVERAGAIN!

Let me start off by saying that Mexican food is one of my favorite foods ever. This is my first time to this location. Having come in almost right before closing(last minute decision), the staff was still very friendly and helpful. The food is the same excellent quality as their other location. It’s always fresh, hot and delicious! The menu selection is huge and although there’s only a few things I tried on the menu, their style is authentic and very tasty. I have yet to be disappointed.

Short version: Great tasting, fast, reasonably priced Mexican food! Longer version: We tried Jalisco Grill because it was on the way home and we had driven past a few times. So glad we tried them! The staff was friendly, the establishment clean and inviting, the food was done quickly, it was reasonably priced — and most importantly it tasted great.

Service 5 stars for sure! The owner is such a friendly guy, gave us free chips, guac and 4 free fountain drinks. The food was good, chicken burritos and tacos were HUGE. The inside is s simple taqueria, but clean. On our way from/to Tahoe, we occasionally stop here. It’s a quick alternative to a regular sit down restaurant or waiting in Ikeda’s long lines.

Jalisco Grill deserves some serious accolades! After many check-ins I can assure you that this place does several things right! Food: Absolutely the BEST carnitas I have had in California… and I’ve tried a lot. Great carnitas are about more than the right flavor, which happens to be perfect here. It’s also about the texture. Carnitas done right are not only tender, they are just the right amount of crispy on the exterior. For me, their carnitas have become the gold standard against which I compare all others(including my own which I have been trying to dial-in for years). Their Pastor is also excellent as are their chips and salsas. Cleanliness: It’s obvious that the folks that work here take pride in their restaurant. Tables are bussed quickly and the place is kept spotless even when busy. The crew does not stand still… If they aren’t helping customers they are cleaning the restaurant and servicing the chips/salsa bar which they check continuously. Chips are always warm and fresh and the salsas are top notch! Consistency: This is one of the hardest things to pull off for a restaurant. Different crew members can deliver completely different experiences in a restaurant. After many visits here I have experienced amazing consistency in food quality, cleanliness and friendly service! The result of all the above? This place has made it into my regular weekly rotation of lunch spots in the Roseville area. It’s one that I always look forward to returning to!
