Jack in the Box

I would be giving this location negative stars if I could. I never really Unilocal so this is from a while ago (the fact that this bad review is about a fast food place and I still care to remember it should show some depth as to how awful this situation was). My boyfriend, best friend, and I were waiting an awfully long time at the drive through just to sit and listen to (i am not dramatizing) the microphones that must’ve obviously not been muted correctly. Two employees, one female and another male (i believe the male was the cook that night) were talking disrespectful about us as their mics were still on. Please don’t bother them with your business. They truly aren’t worth it.

Bacon ultimate cheeseburgers usually have bacon on them, right? Not today. FAIL.
The guy at the drive thru was nice enough and the food was okay. Just disappointed in the lack of bacon.

This location usually has pretty good service. However, the early morning shift has something to be desired. Occasionally i will hit the Jack in the Box drive through and grab something to eat in the morning on the way to work at around 6:30 am., and every single time I’m sorry I did. The food is fine, but the attitude of the server at the window… WHEW! Snotty and curt. I understand it’s early,., BUT COME ON !! I always leave feeling bad about going there and this morning, I assure you, will be the last time.

Nope. Eggs were not fresh. Not at all. Ordered extra bacon and got regular bacon. Receipt shows that I paid for it. The middle eastern girl taking my order was rude as hell and accused me of being too picky when I told her about these discrepancies. From what I could see in the kitchen, the counters were dirty, there were French fries in the corners or the counters, and the people cooking the food seemed to think it was a big joke to address my concerns. I’m not expecting five star quality from Jack in the Box, but I do expect edible food and good service. I didn’t get any of that at this location.

This is our local Jack in The Box and they are always good for a late night hunger satisfaction. We usually go through the drive thru for that reason and we have occassionally eaten in. We always get our food fresh and always correct but most importantly, they are SO nice and friendly here. Its like going to In and Out Burger, lol. They hire some good kids just trying to make a buck. With that said we always give a tip «just because» they are always so pleasant and you know they probably get some drunk obnoxious A-​holes rolling through at 1am. It is the only fast food place that I ever felt so compelled to tip. We have never had a bad experience here. Well done guys!

Just went through the drive thru. We come here and sit down to eat maybe once or twice a month. Never again. Service has been getting progressively worse. And today was the last straw. The girl at the window didn’t give a damn, didn’t listen, and didn’t give us all we asked for. Then when I asked her if it was in there, she just said, «yeah yeah» and brushed us off.
Fries we stale, burgers were stale and burned as were the toppings on it. I had to throw out the food. Disgusting!
And these people want $ 15/​hr. Ugh
Don’t go to this one. Find any other jack in the box but this one.

Disappointed with This location. Each time I ordered a meal with extra sauce they didn’t add the extra sauce but they charged me. Tonight I asked for extra sauce but this time they didn’t add an ingredient. Will not be ordering here no more. I will take my money down the street at Taco Bell.

This Jack in box sucks… Came inside and it was completely empty and I was standing there for such a long time and the register person didn’t even show up until I say something. When she finally show up no customer service at all. Wonder how the hell she got the job!!! I ordered a num #3 meal told her I wanted a curly fries instead of regular fries. It came in half way regular and half curly wtf… The sourdough bread was over burned and so hard to even bite into it! The Bacon was like a hard beef jerky when biting to it yuck. Never coming back to this place again! If I can give a zero star I would but I can’t cause it’s not one of the option.

I came to this restaurant at 10:30pm after work and waited a while for the drive thru. It had been over a year since I’d had Jack in the Box but I had a great experience. The food was hot. The service was great. My order was right. I left a happy customer.

Go in 2 x a wk for past month. Buy same meal. After second visit, Angela remembered me and my order, asked if I wanted same. She is very friendly to all customers. Thank you Angela for the kind friendly person you appear to be :))

I love the location… Perfect for a late evening sack or a yummy breakfast. As far as fast food goes, I always receive my food timely and fresh. The employees here are always friendly and never have a long wait in the drive thru.

This jack in the box is in what My wife and I have come to refer to as the Bermuda Triangle of fast food restaurants (for some reason unknown to us every fast food restaurant on all sides of foothills and junction consistently deliver terrible service and incorrect orders) but we go here anyway because of its convenience. Today my 6months pregnant wife bit into a broken piece of plastic the size of a human fingernail, from what was probably a lid or cooking utensil, it was inside her breakfast burrito.

I have to admit, I might be considered a regular here at night. I come here more often than I should. Food is always assembled correctly. All the night crew staff are properly trained, courteous, polite, and always use words like «thank you», or «have a good night». I will certainly update this review if that happens to change. Can’t really speak on the morning, or midday crew because I never really stop by during those times. I usually stop by anywhere between 11pm-​4am. Having worked fast food for over 5 years in the past, I can honestly say the night crew here consist of good employees. Sometimes familiar faces, sometimes new face, but that’s just the high turnover rate in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
