we recently received the keys to a new home that was closed by Heath and find ourselves referring him to all of our friends. from home hunting to closing Heath was available ²⁴⁄₇ (literally on holidays as well) to answer our questions, provide support and counsel us on the home buying process. at no time did Heath pressure or show us homes above our price range, we were incredibly happy with his honesty, streamlined business practices and network of consultants and contractors.
We highly recommend Heath if you want to get the best home for your buck and have a no stress home buying experience!

So I don’t usually post reviews but after reading the negative review on here I was at first confused then actually appalled that someone would try to openly slander one of the most honest hardworking people I have had the privilege of working with. Now I am not a multi home owner, this is only my 2^nd house I have bought but based on my previous experience I was hesitant even starting the process of buying a new house. The last time it seemed I had to do all the legwork to even find the house and then had to keep following up to make sure it was getting done. With Heath, who I had met at a charity golf tournament, it was completely different. I explained to him my needs, where I wanted to be (close to my son), certain requirements (RV access etc), some dreams (a pool would be nice!) and that I was using my VA loan. Now I am no wino, I’m a veteran, so my standards of work ethic are quite high, unfortunately I am not used to seeing that in others so my expectations are usually not met. With Heath I was shocked, almost daily he would call or email just to let me know he was still looking and to just check in. We started looking in May of 2014, I would say that of the homes he sent me, we made offers on 90% of them, they fit my criteria that well! I know I was very picky and stubborn on what I wanted, but the houses were all what I wanted. I don’t think we ever looked at a house that wasn’t what I had in mind. Unfortunately I was either outbid or some wouldn’t work with VA so Heath reminded me to be patient, that the perfect house would come. Just when I thought it wasn’t going to happen, 5 months into the search Heath sent me an email one Thursday morning saying the perfect house had just been listed. Let me tell you he was right, close to my son, large lot, RV access and even a pool! The very next day, Friday we looked at the house and immediately put an offer in. Even now due to multiple contingencies being worked out, I receive an update daily if not more than once a day. Heath continues to personally go out to the house while the seller is clearing the pest report just to make sure the work is being done correctly and has provided me with pictures and constant updates. There is not a stone left unturned with his diligence. Heath doesn’t make me feel like just a client, he has made me feel like family and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone including my family as well.

Heath is a great real estate agent! He only showed me homes that were within my budget and met my needs. Meaning he didn’t waste either of our time searching and looking at homes that wouldn’t work. Great listener, good communicator and very professional.

Run don’t walk away from this realtor! If I could give negative stars I would. We just closed on a house he listed. During our transaction he lied, failed to communicate and generally nearly cost us the purchase of this home. If you want a professional real estate agent, look somewhere else.
