This place has the worst customer service ever. The cashier with the tattoo on her arms looked like she had attitude! Doesn’t even say hello or thank you. How rude!!! Will never shop here again.

I don’t know what happened to this company, but I definitely know it is not the same it was a few years ago. My family used to shop here very often for our children, and my wife would be tempted to buy entire collections as the quality was great, and the design was very on point. We even opened up a credit card with the company and we did almost all of our shopping for our kids here. Recently,(within the last 2 – 4 years) the store must have definitely switched management or designers as everything is very plain and basic… definitely resembling its cheaper sister company Old Navy than what it once was. Now we are stuck with a credit card at a company that is no longer producing quality product. Very disappointing.

I recently got a gap card and bought maternity clothes over the phone. It was a superb experience. So it is with great sadness that I write this review. When I got some of the clothes they weren’t the right size or just didn’t look right so I was intent of sending them back but since we moved right across the street from the mall I thought hey why not make my life easier. Well, it’s been a good 40+ days since my purchase but most return policies are 60 so I thought i t would be fine. I find some new clothes that fit so I can make it easier and just exchange. I accidentally threw away the receipt but knew what card I purchased it on… my gap card… and knew it wouldn’t be a problem to return(usually it’s not if you know what card you used). We tried the card three times then every other card we own. Long story short they finally said online/phone purchases only have 45 days to return. It was extremely frustrating. I was so irritated I nearly started crying… partially due to hormones I’m sure but a fair amount of legitimate frustration. Now we have mail it back instead. Out of principle I did not buy the two dresses I found.

Horrible customer service. Walked in not greeted stood at the checkout with a employees back to me, finally once she noticed I was standing there she wasn’t very friendly and just asked if I was ready. No help at all either. Disappointed in the customer service at baby gap in the galleria. I am a HUGE Gap shopper I buy almost everything there as I LOVE the quality of the cloths and amazing cute styles. I will continue to shop online ! 5 stars for looks and quality of cloths and 1star for customer service as it was extremely poor.

I love this store! I always thought the clothes were adorable but it was too expensive. However, they have the best sales. And I always check out the clearance rack where they have great deals. I never buy anything full price because I know it’ll always go on sale! When I was pregnant I bought the majority of my maternity wear here. It’s a tiny little section but the clothes are so soft and were perfect for my growing body. The associates are so friendly and welcoming. They always remember my face when I stop in and they ask about the baby. The only negative about the store is that the baby area is so small. If you have 3 or 4 strollers in the store(which happens with all the moms shopping), no one can maneuver to look at the clothing.

Some of the best service I’ve ever received at a retail apparel store that’s non-commission based, so they’re doing it because it’s their job and they’re good at it… not because it boosts/increases their paycheck. Walked in, greeted promptly. Quick suggestive selling and promotion/sale talk, great start! The store was so bright, organized, and such a breeze to shop and browse. Found a sweater that I wasn’t sure if I could pull off… decided to ask one of the people working there what they thought, turned out to be a cool guy who seemed really honest/personable and it just above and beyond from there. I was checked on casually by him and other associates which was an even bigger plus. It wasn’t annoying but quite pleasant.

This review is only for maternity clothes. Very impressed with the customer service here. They close at 9pm, and we got there at 8:30ish and the ladies working there were pleasant and willing to help — not once rushing us. It seems like they get a good share of regulars because a customer came in with two of her kids and the worker said, «Oh my god, she’s getting so big!» So that’s pretty cool. I’m from Sacramento and unfortunately this location has the maternity section. Sacramento Gap get with it! Gap corporation swears there are no pregnant ladies who are fans of Gap clothing in Sacramento! One of the workers made a suggestion to try a top that looked funky on the rack, but assured me that it’s nicer when on an actual body. She even took the time to find the right size for me. They have a pretty decent selection of maternity clothes. Alot of maternity clothes on clearance as well! I’ve been to plenty of places for maternity clothes. Pea in the Pod is gross, too many loud colors and cutesy straps — I’m not 12 nor a middle aged cougar. I just wanted something neutral and simple. I found a sweater going for $ 8! My hubs had to stop me and remind me that I’m only pregnant for the summer, not the winter! But that sweater was soo cute! I ended up getting a pair of their maternity jeans with the band — so comfy! This is a must buy! They suggest to follow the size of your pre-maternity weight and it’s so right on! I also got a button top and cardigan. Woo hoo!

Never return stuff here. You get no «thank u» not even a «bye». I bought baby clothing and returned some and when I walled in they were eager to tell me about the«sale». But as soon as I mentioned«return» a rep walked away from me and when I was done returning I got no simple«bye» yet she started helping the next one in line when I was putting my card away. I still bought lot of stuff yesterday, I will never shop here again.
