We went to Claire’s yesterday to get my niece’s ears pierced. The manager, Diana was very good with her and had a very sweet personality. I decided to get my ears pierced while there and she was very helpful, accommodating, and patient with all of my questions. My niece’s ears turned out perfect. Mine had to be done twice because I didn’t like the way mine looked the first time, and again, Diana was very patient with me. Thank you for a great experience!

So I bought a dangly belly piercing here and when I was trying to take off the ball, the dangly part comes off. Waste of my $ 16 dollars!

We brought our 5-​year-​old daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time and our experience started out just fine. They did a great job of piercing both at the same time and she didn’t even flinch. We thought all was well, until after having them less than 12 hrs, the back of one of the earrings fell out during the night. We replaced it with a back from another earring, but it obviously wasn’t tight enough because that day, her whole earring fell out and was lost. We tried to put another earing in when we found it was missing but it was too late, the hole was closing and it was too painful for her to try and force it in. So we took her to Claire’s the following day (which is 20 – 30 minutes away) thinking it would be reasonable and right for them to redo that side and to replace the earring. But they would not do so. We had to pay another $ 20 for the earring. So the piercing ended up costing over $ 50 plus gas to drive there and back a second time! That earring obviously was not put in tight enough to begin with, so they should have replaced it for free. The ear piercing earrings are locking which makes them very hard to remove. If it was put in correctly, this would not have happened. I believe this is very poor customer service and will not be returning.

Well I had my two daughters cartilage pierced today… One went well the other not so great! Then the made is buy two bottles @ 8– bucks each… Hello! Were in the same house! My daughter was sooo upset… She may take it out, & try again!

I walked into Claire’s searching for simple hoop earrings. When I walked inside there was about 10 employes at the front and nobody greeted me. I walked to the earring sections it was SUPER difficult to look because it was a MESS! And not just the earring sections, EVERYWHERE looks like a sloppy mess! And to be honest I doubt they care! Luckily, I was able to fine the only set that was not broken, dirty, or messed up. I walked to the counter and there was one person in front of me. The lady at the counter had to ask help on how to charge on a credit card! The MANAGER came to takeover and then it was my turn. I was about to hand over the money when out of nowhere she did THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL THING YOU CAN DO she stopped, and walked away and started to TALK LOUDLY to her friend! They made plans right in my face and she just stood there talking for 5 minutes when she relized that she was at WORK with 10 more people in line! She did not apoligize about the scene she just made. I wanted to ask for the manager but then I saw that SHE was the manager! This experience made me see what type of work ethic claires has. A BAD ONE! Do not come here for it is overpriced and unprofessional.
