Chipotle Mexican Grill

Haven’t really been back since the food scare. It was pretty empty this afternoon. didn’t have to wait in line at all and the dining room was more than half empty. The food quality was as good as usual as well as the service. Although I thought the chicken lacked a little in flavor. I’ve always been a fan and I thought it was really unfortunate what happened to them. I’ll continue to be a customer.

Being kind and generous are two rare actions to be seen these days even more so in businesses. So when Chipotle provides such kindness and understanding towards my situation, I can’t help but to write about it.
I went to Chipotle to pick up some lunch for me and my brother. When I got up to the cashier, I dug around my purse for my credit card to pay. To my horror, I had lost my credit card and had no other form of payment available to me at the time. The young man at the cashier brought this up to his supervisor, and to my surprise, she gave me the meals without charge. Still embarrassed and horrified, I adamantly said I could run back home, come back, and pay for the meals. However, the young man just smiled and said it was fine.
I know there have been negative press news about Chipotle these days. But seeing as the employees at this establishment shows more concern for one’s well-​being rather than sales, I am willing to trust this branch at least to serve quality food. Definitely going back there again. Thanks, Chipotle!

I’m beyond disappointed in this location. I couldn’t believe that my burrito wasn’t wrapped the way it should have been. It was not and came apart to the point where it went everywhere. I pay the high price for quality and got nothing but the rice was old as well the steak. The tortilla in the few bites I did have was so stale in parts. I get it you weren’t that busy but seriously?

Warning! Eating at chipotle is like playing a game of Russian roulette! Only instead of dying you just feel like you are. I have gotten food poisoning from this location in 2009 and at the sunrise location last year. Both times, the people I ate with also were ill and it’s the only thing we ate in common. Fever, chills, sweating, vomiting and the runs. On Sunday evening at about 9pm; my husband went in for a chicken burrito bowl. He has never had food poisoning before today. This morning (Tuesday, 34 hours after having it) he had to leave work because of his uncontrollable vomiting. Thank god I chose to make dinner at home that night since I refuse to risk getting sick there. Again. I don’t blame the location; I blame the business in general. I don’t think we will be back. It’s not worth it. Go to free birds or Costa vida instead. I’d also like to note, I have never had a food borne illness from anywhere else.

Best Chipotle in town!!! Does not skimp on the servings at all, always make my burrito perfect! Go a couple times a week at least. All the other Chipotles in town skimp like crazy, I have to ask for multiple scoops of stuff. Great, friendly staff! Highly recommend.

Always grabbing dinner here when trying to go a bit healthy! Food here just hits the spot! I always buy the chicken burrito and it’s the best burrito ever! Sour cream is just so creamy and the guacamole is seriously the best guacamole ever, I’m not exaggerating. The service is always fast and friendly! No wait time at all :). I love it here! :)

I was in and out within 8minutes I ordered two burritos and a kids quesadilla. They were so quick and accurate, place was clean and pretty busy and still received great customer service!

I used the free coupon to get the burrito bowl this time. Ordered vegetarian burrito bowl. It was delicious no complaint at all!

Went here the other night online order wasn’t ready and there is an older manager lady rude as anything. Next day all four of us who ate there felt horrible.

Food is good like any chipotle. What sets this location apart is the interior of the location. It is very clean and is a nice place for the family. Stop by and see for yourself.

I love Chipotle, and I have been to this location a few times. My last visit here had me a little grossed out. There was a guy scooping the salsas who was very close to contaminating the food. Instead of wearing his hat properly, he had it balanced precariously on top of his reddish white-​boy fro. I’m sure the managers know who I’m talking about. Why even wear it at that point? Luckily, there was no hair in my food (that I saw). He needs to tuck his hair in properly, or wear a hairnet. I’m really disappointed that the manager was letting him get away with that.

This place is very good. I always ask for half chicken half steak and this location always gives so much the cashier always thinks I asked for double meat.
The people here are friendly and I literally have never had a bad experience here. I have ate here on a daily basis for the last year.
Occasionally this location will waive my meal once I reach the register and the person working the register will tell me that because I go there so often that meal is on the house.

Great location. The only problem is the parking situation. Other than that, they seem to have a regular crew with low turnover. It’s great that they started going non-​GMO to add to their organic selection. That’s just a plus but not the reason I go. This is some of the tastiest «quick food» around. The simple fact you could be sitting eating your meal in under 10 minutes no matter how long the line is keeps me coming back. I usually get the chicken but the barbacoa, carnitas and steak are all good. Are you still only get the burrito but now also get the bowl and nachos*
*Side note: you can ask for nachos. They charge you the burrito bowl and a bag of chips.

Great location for a chipotle! The parking lot is very limited and could be very hairy trying to find a spot late at night for a late night snack or a snack before they close! The lady that helped us was very nice and thorough especially while she was multitasking the whole time she made us smile and laugh
I forgot her name but she was very thorough at making a burrito and everything in a timely manner!

I eat at this Chipotle around 3 – 4 times a month. The parking lot during the dinner rush time is a huge pain in the butt only because the lot is so small and shares it with some other businesses… You can park in the adjoining lot and walk across the driveway, no biggie.
The line moves quickly, the portions are great, customer service is always on point and in the year I have been going to this location I haven’t had any bad experiences.

My daughter wanted chipotle and we were over here for some shopping and decided to try it out again. It looks like there is new staff. They were all very friendly. The food looked fresh including the salsa.
The food was great. They had staff coming around to check and see how we were doing and cleaning up. Happy to see that there can be some good times. Looking forward to coming back.
