McDonald’s

Not sure if their ratings could even go lower.
Sometimes you just really want a McDonald’s hash browns, and it was one of those days. I went through the drive through because I was in a rush, and when grabbing the bag the lady said «here’s your hash brown!»
Then you realize the horror that when you’ve arrived at your destination, excited to pull out those golden crispy hash browns, you find a chicken sandwich.
What.
Contacted McDonald’s websites and they said they’d follow up. No one responded.

I haven’t eaten McDonald’s for a long time just for personal reasons but I went over to my boyfriend’s house to take an online midterm but his power was out and I was super desperate for an outlet to charge my computer. This McDonald’s was the closest place that offers free wifi. Being super stressed and worried that I would miss my timeframe, I went to McDonald’s but they lock their outlets. I asked an employee if they were able to unlock it but they weren’t sure so they ask their manager. She looked super nice but when I asked her to unlock it, her smile just went away and nodded no. I even said I would purchase something but she kept nodding her head without saying anything. So basically, she screwed me over and I wasn’t able to finish my test in time. So if you plan on staying here just to browse on the computer on their wifi, don’t expect to be able to charge any devices.

Staff is friendly, the restroom always clean. Just once I got a girl toy in a boys happy meal. The girl was nice about it and gave my kid two toys and some stickers. They have mini touch 2plays at the tables for the kids too.

been to this location TWICE and the same thing happen Ordered 2 orange juices and they only filled up the cup half way. at least put ice? Got a mcflurry today and it was halfway ! stingy

This place is a ripoff always something wrong with orders when I come to think location this time I ordered medium & large fries why did the medium fries have way more the the large ones.

Avoid this McDonald’s if possible. I had avoided this location for a long time because of past experiences. I started going again after a while out of convenience and it wasn’t too bad again, but now it’s back to the same old situations. Incompetent staff is the name of the game. The last several times over been here is been bad. It is a horrible location, often makes people pull over and wait for their food when using the drive thru even if there is no one else in line. I had to do this once and they didn’t even get my order right and by the time I got to where I was going I found they ripped me off and didn’t give me part of my order, terrible experience. If you must eat here make sure you you double check your food very very carefully after they give it to you especially if you ordered several items, they will rip you off

Steer clear of this McDonald’s… Unless you’re ready to have them mess up your order then act as if you’re inconveniencing them when you bring it to their attention. Melanie and Michael are the WORST managers ever!!! They have no accountability for their mistakes or customer service skills. It’s experiences such as the one I had at this location that make me glad McDonald’s is closing restaurants. To think, they want a wage increase…

Friendly staff. Welcomed as i walked in but no table service as they advertise on tv. Dissapointing..

Do not come here! Service is horrible. Fast food turns into slow food. Takes forever. 2 drive thru lanes yet took me 20 mins to get to the first window. Also hostile customers. Seen 2 fights early in the morning due to impatient customers. They forget my egg in my sausage egg mcmuffin all the time.

Management needs to come in here and clean house. Restroom here are very dirty. Service is inadequate. Very slow and they get your order wrong. If only the owner to this Mac Donald’s was aware of all of this, he or she would have a heart attack. Do your self a favor and don’t come here.

Took a long time having my Big Mac combo order filled. Gal behind the counter apologized for the wait and gave me an apple pie for free for being patient. For that, I gave this McDonalds’ location three stars.

This place sucks! I stopped for a few refreshing sweet ice teas and they hardly had any ice and they tasted like crap. Don’t stop here if you want a refreshing drink they do not know the meaning of good service and «Ice Tea».

This place will make a mistake on my order almost every time!!! In drive-​thru, they’ll either: 1) forget to give me napkins, 2) forget to give me ketchup, 3) forget to give me BBQ sauce for my nuggets, 4) or when they finally give me ketchup, they’ll give me three bags for a large order of fries, 5) forget to give me a straw

NO STARS!!! So I come to get a FAST FOOD MEAL!!! There is a long line on the drive thru line I come inside and and there is 3 people in line before me… And a guy behind the register (Robert De La Torre) comes to the cashier and tells her she needs to step away to help «run orders» she (Rebeca) looks confused (mind you there was by now about 4 more people behind me.) she steps away NO OTHER REGISTER IS OPEN HELPING CUSTOMERS!!! I ask, «can anyone else take orders?» «Robert» rudely says «NOPE we are short staffed» so I asked to speak to his manager. He said «he is busy in the kitchen» the manager heard all this and he ignored everything. As I waited a custumer next to me said, «I’ve been waiting for the manager for 15mins. I got some chicken nuggets for my little brother and part of a chickens foot was in one of the Nuggets!!!» I was shocked!!! Then I asked «Rebeca» for the guy’s name (the rude one) and her manager’s name. Managers name is Jimmy and «Robert» is the other guy’s name. Trust me I understand when a place is busy it is over whelming. I work in retail and everything that happened today IS NOT OK! By the way I am calling corporate first thing Monday morning! As I can see on other reviews this place is unprofessional! Way to go McDonalds maybe change management and staff!!?

Not on the top of their game tonight no side salad… friendliness not their, apologies… none…known for their fries… mostly undercooked, it’s convenient but not so good… sometimes they run out of Buns… really!!! I hate to complain but seriously, can’t you apologize and compensate me for future loyalty?

Never going to this McDonald’s again!!! First, it’s 1am, I’m tired and hungry. Obviously if I wanted to spend some extra time here, I’d take the time to get out of my car, and go inside and not conveniently drive through the damn drive thru.
Second, I don’t need the stupid idiot of the drive thru to talk to me like I’M the idiot. I gave my order at the speaker. A #6 with a strawberry milkshake large, and a regular #1 with a orange Hi-​C. She repeated it back and said she’d give me my total at the second window. Upon reaching the car I front of us, we noticed that their order was wrong and they were handing back the bag that they had in their car, to the window for correction. Shoulda taken that as a clue to just leave and forget about our hunger.
We approach the window and are told by some guy that our total is like $ 8 something. I hand him our card and he takes it. Then he disappears and this blonde chick (who sounds just like the girl who took my order at the speaker) We then come to the realization that $ 8 and some change is So not what 2 combos cost. She tells me our total again asking for payment. And i tell her that we already gave our card. She gives me a dirty look and takes a short glimpse at her register. And then makes some coment to the first guy like it’s his fault she effed up and made her look like an ass. She finds the card and charges us the $ 8 amount. I check the receipt, sure enough, the #1 combo isn’t on there. She takes forever to come out with our meal and shake and hands over a small fry with the #6 burger. I inform her that we had ordered a #1 as well. I get yet another dirty look and some attitude, «oh, you wanted the #1 also? Ummm… Duh! That’s what you repeated to me back at the speaker! She charges me again, I ask for the drink, she claims she have it to me already. «No, you handed the shake to us» to which she responds with a look that says, you’re full of shit. We finally get the second bag and drinks… What an ordeal!
BUT… That’s not the end of it… I found a big dark hair in my fries!!! Pictured below… Talk about a shitty experience!!! Never again!!!

McDonald’s, standard.
Came in today to get just drinks, which came quickly. Their Mickey D’s was remodeled and fancier than others I had seen. But looking at the drive thru, there were 6 or 7 cars, while inside there wasn’t anyone at the register, so I’m wondering why it’s taking so long for them to get their orders made. They don’t have too much of a seating area so if there is a «lunch» rush, they won’t have enough space.
One thing today that I saw outside McDonald’s, which is why I’m giving it an extra star (free show, ya know?) There was a car who was sideswiped by another car and hit the fire hydrant and crashed into the McDonald’s Palm Tree (on Montebello Center Drive and San Gabriel). Thankfully, it was okay but the sheriffs/​tow truck were all there.
