Great tamales in a pinch! They have always been very nice.

The sweet breads and cookies are some of the best here. They are always fresh, soft, sweet and not greasy. I always get the elote here and for 50 cents a piece, you can’t beat it. The guys who work at the counter in the morning aren’t the friendliest so don’t expect a smile or a good morning nod.

What a disappointment. I remember coming here maybe 5 years ago and walked away with nothing. Recently I’ve been craving Mexican bread like crazy so I went back here. The worker/owner seemed nice but he was kinda uptight. $ 2.30 got me pink concha, palmier, crispy thingy and bread pudding. The pink concha was kinda good but that was the only thing that I liked. The palmier and the other crispy flaky thingy smelled funky. It didn’t smell fresh @ all. I took a bite of the palmier(my favorite) but I was disappointed. It was almost like they forgot to use sugar… it was tasteless. The bread pudding was so heavy like a brick, but it didn’t taste good. I took a bite and it ended in my trash. 2 stars! Sorry… I didn’t like my pastries from here. La Paloma Bakery is not yummylicious!
