These guys are scam artists! I scheduled gutter cleaning through Angie’s List — they charged my card, never showed up on the scheduled day. Repeated attempts to call their office and the owner’s cell phone have gone unanswered. And today, both office numbers are not working/“temporarily out of service”

I used them this week to clean my gutters. They came when they said they would and did an excellent job. Not much more to say. I will use them again.

Horrible experience. No firm time given from Paul (owner) for an estimate… finally comes after 5pm but overall good prices using Angie’s List deals and they do everything. Pretty personable guy, I’m pretty happy to work with him. Scheduled for Friday afternoon to clean gutters, add plastic Home Depot gutter guards and clean 34 windows. It rained so nobody showed up… but nobody calls either. Monday morning I call and leave a message. Tuesday morning I call and leave a message. Wednesday morning I call and the owner Paul finally picks up the phone. He was shocked to find out that nobody showed or called on Friday. He apologizes and asks to reschedule for tomorrow. I told him that I want a reliable company to use in my newly purchased home, so before I reschedule I need to understand why nobody called and nobody ever called me back after messages were given. He apologize and said that I must be looking for a discount. At this point I explained to him, I don’t want a discount I just want to know what he was going to do to fix this problem of not contacting me back. I guess some people think that saying sorry multiple time is enough, but to me I would rather pay a little bit more for good customer service. We agreed to disagree and went our ways.

Wonderful experience! They came on time, were friendly, and worked quickly. I had 60 windows and he was done washing the inside/​outside/​screens in four hours. My windows look great and don’t have any streaks or mess.
I will be hiring them year after year and will be recommending them to all my neighbors, family, and friends.

I started using these guys in 2010 when they were a new company, and ever since then I been using their services. They helped me out with numerous things. Anything from window washing and gutter cleaning to power washing and deck staining. Always an outstanding job. Polite and on-​time, good prices. Would recommend them to anyone.

I used this company several times and they are always did outstanding job. They cleaned my windows several times and did gutter cleaning recently. Guys that do the job are courteous, do, what I ask them to do with no «attitude», that is so common these days and quality of work is great, price is reasonable.
