PF Chang’s is suppose to be very good Chinese food and usually is, but this Chang’s is not good to me any ways. The service is poor and slow. Portions where extremely small. All in All I was disappointed. That’s just me though. Maybe you will like it

My husband and I took a friend here for dinner before our flight on 12÷22÷15. We all enjoyed dinner and drinks. My husband said the lo main wasn’t as good as it is in Novi or Ann Arbor. Got our bill and wanted to use my gift cards. I only gave 2 stars because they would not accept my PF Changs gift cards. I am still still vary mad about that! Unacceptable. No sign anywhere saying they don’t accept them. B.S.

Quick stop in during layover, would normally not hit this chain. Veggie lo mein was overly salted, bland and no heat at all given I requested hot as hell. The greatest sin, all veggies to cooked to within inch of their life. Waitress was pleasant.

PFC is popping up at major airports around the US, that’s welcome news. I was excited to try out the DTW location. Waitress was nice, took order and food was on table no time(thanks microwave technology). Food quality is as any PFC location, good Americanized Chinese food. My only beef was the lack if power outlets at the table. If you want power out let you have I sit on high chair counter overlooking the concourse. Hmm, I want some privacy while finishing up my report. That’s the major difference from DTW to ATL, ATL location offers more power outlet and feels more settled, where DTW location feels fast food quick turn around.

Had a nice lunch while on a layover for a connecting flight. Tuna tataki and Kung poa chicken . Food was delivered promptly and tasted good for this type of restaurant. Service was good and overall it was a nice lunch experience.

I loved this place! It was 9 am and I wanted lunch/dinner food while I waited on my flight! I was super excited to hear they had breakfast and lunch at that time! The waiter was really friendly and while I enjoy dining alone at times he made it extra enjoyable and humorous! Good food good service fast service and a smile. Great experience.

Waited for over 15 minutes and no server came to the table this time. Not even for a drink order. I have been here twice and service was painfully slow but I wanted to give it another shot. Foolish this place is the worst PF Chang’s I have ever been to.

This is one of favorite chain restaurants. I love the brown rice with the Kung Pao Chicken. My husbands favorite is the Hot Fish.

This P.F. Chang’s is along the A gate corridor. The wait staff were friendly, the place was clean and service was reasonably fast which makes it a good option at the airport. However, I had the vegetable(and tofu) curry and even though the curry had a decent flavor the vegetables were raw and not cooked through. Personally I would try a different option next time.

The bartender was awful. Sat 10 minutes before even greeted. Very unorganized and rude. Food was fine. Coffee also took about 15minutes to get. I will spend my layover elsewhere now.

I really loved the airport and how gorgeous it is and all the things you can do while you’re waiting for your flight. There’s a lot of choices to eat at there too, so I had lunch at PF Changs. It’s a decent size restaurant with lots of space for all the luggage that people were hauling. They also have a to-go section so if you’re in a rush to get to your terminal/eat on the plane you could order to go. It’s the normal kind of food you would expect at any PF chang’s anywhere in the nation. I ordered the crab wontons and the crispy honey shrimp. Food was alright. Nothing bad, and nothing that stood out for me. I was debating if I was going to take away a star — and that was the service. The service was alright — the server was super nice, but it was always so hard to find him! I waited a long time between sitting down and ordering food, and once i was done with food, waiting a long time for the check and even a to-go box. Although, I am cutting some slack because it’s not like I had anything else to do at the airport — I checked in 4 hours early just because I was ready to go home. The server did ask if I had to go fast for a flight and i witnessed him rushing an order for a table near me so that they could order food to go and make their flight. So I can understand the balancing they have to do between all the people that come and within that group, who needs service ASAP because they need to catch a flight. Now, if i didn’t have time to kill, and I was in a rush for a flight and he took how long, then yea maybe i would have taken some stars away.

I ate here while waiting for my flight to board. Sat at the bar, ordered some pork dumplings and chicken pad thai. Dumplings had a hair — just saying. Pad Thai was just how I liked it = spicy! A very good portion and was fresh! I tried a few local brews on tap which they let me sample. I appreciate that! Service was eh but I had little expectations since it’s at a airport.

First I must say I’m glad they replaced the TGI Fridays that was here. It right in the middle of the A terminal in the center so it has a great location. The Place I was there Sunday night and it was pretty busy. This place is very compact you are constantly getting run into by people. Most do to the small nature of the restaurant and bags being next to all the tables. So be ready to be cramped table to table with little room. The staff They were great! The hostess was very helpful in trying to getting a table and our waitress was very nice. She constantly checked in on us and being in the airport was very quick to get us a bill. This is a huge deal when you are trying to eat before a flight! The food I ordered the Pad Thai and my mom ordered the Mongolian Beef both were really good!!! That was my first Pad Thai there and overall I was very impressed. It has slight sweet flavor but not too much like many places I have been. All of the ingredients seemed fresh unlike many other Asian places you eat at. They also have very nice selection of gluten free options for those who need it. My only complaint is they are a bit pricey for what you get. Average Pad Thai is 11 bucks mine was 18!!! I understand the airport normally is higher priced but that is a bit pricey! The verdict I would say if you have the time to sit down and eat this is one of them top options in the A terminal. There is nothing worse than eating nasty food that makes you sick and getting on a plane. So I would say its worth paying a premium for that!

From all the different options you get in Concourse A I personally think this is the best. Not the same menu of a stand alone restaurant, but good options for you to pick. I ordered the WonTon soup with PF Chang’s fried rice and I was pleased. Soup was hot and tasty… and the rice was a big portion… but it was good! I’ll keep coming back!

Spicy green beans: excellent. Battered and crisp with a delicious spicy dipping sauce. Think it was mayonnaise with sriracha sauce. Enough for 2 to share. Service: OK. Just wasn’t feeling it here. No credit for rewards here. Humph!

I was pleasantly surprised that this location has vegetarian options. The vegetables were fresh, the price was not unreasonable, and the sauce was not too rich. There was even brown rice. Also the service did not take too long either, and it is fairly spacious. I would come back, although I prefer the Japanese place at A35.

This is definitely not the P.F. Chang’s quality I am used to. This is worst airport food. They served the soup and the main dish together. When I asked about it they said that this is an airport, therefore everything is fast. ?!? Of course the main dish was cold when O started it. The beef was very(!) dry. Obviously reheated. I should have gone to McDonalds.

The food was good, but almost everything was dirty. The table they gave me, the silverware, the serving spoon… Furthermore, I am sure that the waitress had better things to do than serving tables… Probably talking to some of the other employees that were just stand there chatting. She never asked us how was the food, I had to go and ask the hostess for spicy sauce, because the waitress wasn’t around and my food was getting cold. She brought what she wanted and did everything she had to do, before taking the time to take my credit card, which she returned all greasy. It was a bad experience.

Located by tunnel in A-terminal. Spicy Chicken with Rice was really crispy, good heat and flavor. Ordered with brown rice, but white rice is available. Apparently white rice is faster, because the guy next to me ordered same thing 5 minutes later and got his white rice bowl and Spicy Chicken 5 minutes sooner than me. Good selection 6 of real beers on tap. Fat Tire, Stella, Sam A Summer, Dog Fish, Blue Moon fresh from tap… sorry no Schlitz light or other lite variants outside of bottles. Good bar service

Eh, it really isn’t half bad. Ordered the seared tuna with peppers and seaweed salad appetizer, and the«street noodle» gluten free plate which consisted of rice noodles with sauteed veggies and a light curry sauce which I enjoyed. Overall, the food was decent. My server appeared stressed and truly was running around the place to wait on his section. I had to ask a few times for water refills, but he eventually got back to me. In my opinion, the staff at this establishment need to be careful when they’re talking amongst each other around customers because we all heard everything you said about taking your break at 9PM and how that previous party you hosted was and, really… keep your conversations private to yourself. We don’t all want to hear your gossip. All in all this is a decent Asian-modern cuisine restaurant. I stayed away from the more popular Mongolian beef and fried rice options, so I found that my meal was tasty. Every time I walk by, there is a stench floating through the surrounding air of the restaurant entrance that makes me gag, but it isn’t inside FYI! Location: 8⁄10 on A concourse of McNamara. Interior: 6⁄10 I never like airplane restaurants, they’re crammed, this being no different. Food: 8⁄10 alright. Price: 5⁄10 not alright. Service: 7⁄10
