total rip off shinny’s. kiss your vehicle goodbye if its ever impounded! racket rip off! hidden balloon charges! cannot say enough negative things about this business!
saddest part is they have law enforcement on their side even if you have not broken the law! good luck if you ever have your vehicle towed there!

The cops called this towing company when I was in accident to clear the road. I didn’t choose them and well, I wouldn’t have.
I told the guy to tow my car to a Southgate dealership, he said «no problem, we’ll drop it off right now so that it’ll be there when it opens in the morning.» He had a «helper» with him who asked me about four times if I’d rather take it to his body shop. After I said no… four times… he finally just drove it up on the ramp.
I went to the dealership in the morning and my car wasn’t there. I called J&M, the absurdly rude woman that answered the phone told me that her records said my car was at the dealership and gave me a ridiculous amount of attitude when I told her that I was standing in the dealership and my car wasn’t there. She finally rerouted me to the driver, who had left it in a yard overnight.
So, my car finally gets to the dealership and they hand the bill to the girl at the front desk. I happen to ask how much it was (thank GOD my insurance covered it) and it was $ 586. I could not even fathom why it would be that much, so I asked for the breakdown:
$ 50 — clean up of the street from the accident (there was NO clean up — no broken glass, tires, etc.)
$ 150 — hauling it onto the ramp (not driving it… which the guy DID drive it right up the ramp)
$ 200 — keeping it in the yard overnight (which he did not have to do because the dealership has a specific drop spot for overnight deliveries and he knew this because he said he was dropping it off that night)
+ and whatever other random charges he threw in there.
When my car got to the dealership, it was disgusting… mud all over the floors. Disgusting.
